Claims (17)
- Armlehne, die auf einem Armlehnenträger insbesondere höhenverstellbar befestigt ist, und die zweischalig ausgebildet eine Armlehnenunter- und eine -oberschale sowie ein Einsatzstück in einem Hohlraum zwischen beiden aufweist, wobei die Oberschale insbesondere eine gepolsterte Auflage für den Arm aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der von Armlehnenober- und Armlehnenunterschale (11, 16; 31, 36) gebildeten Schale der Armlehne (10; 30) ein Einsatzkörper (20; 40) angeordnet ist, der über Mittel zum Befestigen mit dem Armlehnenständer (1) fest verbunden ist, wobei Einsatzkörper (20; 40) sowie die Mittel zum Befestigen derart ausgebildet sind, dass dem Einsatzkörper (20; 40) in der Schale hinreichend Lose für seine Bewegbarkeit verbleibt.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mittel zum Befestigen des Einsatzkörpers (20) der Armlehne (10) erster Art an dem Armlehnenträger (1) mindestens zwei Befestigungsschrauben (17) vorgesehen sind, die durch quer zur Längserstreckung der Armlehne ausgerichtete, gerade Langlöcher (12) in der Armlehnenunterschale (11) geführt und so ausgebildet sind, dass nach Anziehen der Befestigungsschrauben (17) eine die seitliche Bewegbarkeit ermöglichende Lose bestehen bleibt, und dass der gegenüber der Breite des Hohlraumes schmalere Einsatzkörper (20) auf der der Unterschale (12) zugewandten Seite zumindest eine Quernute (26), vorzugsweise drei Quernuten (26) aufweist, wobei die Querleiste/-ten (14) in diese Quernute/-ten (26) eine auf der Innenseite der Unterschale (11) mit dieser zusammenwirkend eingreift.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine den seitlichen Verschiebeweg der Armlehne (10) definierende und die Einstellung fixierende Rasteinrichtung, vorzugsweise gebildet von einem im Bereich der Unterseite des Einsatzkörpers (20) angeordneten Rastkörper (29), der in einer quer zur Längserstreckung der Armlehne liegenden nutartige Ausnehmung (28) federnd gelagert ist und mit zumindest einer Ausnehmung (14.1) als Rastvertiefung auf der Innenseite der Unterschale (11) zusammenwirkt.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Rastkörper (29) ein zylindrischer Körper vorgesehen ist, der in der nutartigen Ausnehmung (28) vorzugsweise mittels eines elastomeren Federkörpers (29.1) federnd gelagert ist.
- Armlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (20) zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, mit einem Einsatzkörperoberteil (21) und einem Einsatzkörperunterteil (23), beide verbunden über ein Drehgelenk mit vertikaler Drehachse, wobei das Einsatzoberteil (21) mit den Befestigungsschrauben (17) an dem Armlehnenträger (1) festgelegt ist.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzkörperunterteil (23) im wesentlichen X-förmig mit einem Mittelteil und davon ausgehenden, in Längsrichtung weisenden auskragenden Armen (25), wobei die Außenkontur der Arme (25) der Innenkontur des Hohlraumes in der Unterschale (11) entspricht.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einsatzunterteil (23) einen zylindrischen Ansatz (27) aufweist, der zur Bildung des Drehgelenks in eine korrespondierende Öffnung (21.2) im Einsatzkörperoberteil (21) eingeführt ist, wobei die den Rastkörper (29) aufnehmende nutförmige Ausnehmung (28) im Einsatzkörperunterteil (23) mittig unter dem zylindrischen Ansatz (27) vorgesehen ist.
- Armlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Fixieren der Einstellung Drehrasten vorgesehen sind, gebildet von radial verlaufenden Rastnuten (22), die an dem Einsatzkörperoberteil (21) vorgesehen sind, und mit diesen zusammenwirkenden radialen Rastleisten (23.1) auf der dem Einsatzkörperoberteil (21) zugewandten Seite des Einsatzkörperunterteils (23).
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mittel zum Befestigen des Einsatzkörpers (40) der Armlehne (30) zweiter Art an dem Armlehnenträger (1) ein am Einsatzkörper (40) angeordnetes Verbindungsstück (49) vorgesehen ist, das durch ein in der Armlehnenunterschale (31) vorgesehenes Fenster (33) geführt ist, und so ausgebildet ist, dass nach Anziehen des Einsatzstückes (49) eine die seitliche Bewegbarkeit ermöglichende Lose bestehen bleibt, und dass das gegenüber der Breite des Hohlraumes schmalere Einsatzstück (20) auf der der Innenseite der Oberschale bzw. der Unterschale (31; 36) zugewandten Seite zumindest zwei im wesentlichen rechtwinklig abstehende Rastnasen (43) aufweist, die mit auf der Innenseite von Armlehnenunter- oder -oberschale (31; 36) vorgesehenen Rastmulden (34) als Rastmittel zusammenwirken. wobei die Rastmulden (34) auf dieser einen Innenseite in einer Vielzahl voneinander beabstandet flächig verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich der Rastmulden (34) auf der Innenseite von Armlehnenober- bzw. -unterschale (31; 36) eine mittige, in Längserstreckung der Armlehne (30) verlaufende Längsnute (35) zur Kennzeichnung der "Neutrallage" der Armlehne (30) aufweist.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 9, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein das Fenster (33) in der Unterschale (31) abdeckender Fingerschutz vorgesehen ist, vorzugsweise gebildet von einer ersten Kulissenplatte (45) mit einem Kulissenschlitz (45.1) und einer zweiten Kulissenplatte (48) mit einem Kulissenschlitz (48.1), beide zwischen Unterschale (31) und Einsatzstück (40) angeordnet, wobei sich die beiden Kulissenschlitze (45.1, 48.1) im Winkel kreuzen.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine Kulissenschlitz (45.1) sich rechtwinklig zur Längserstreckung der Armlehne (30) und der andere Kulissenschlitz (48.1) im Winkel zur Längserstreckung der Armlehne (30) kreuzen, wobei der Winkel vorzugsweise 45° beträgt.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kulissenschlitze (45.1; 48.1) in ihrer Weite der Abmessung des Verbindungsstückes (49) von Armlehnenträger (1) und Einsatzstück (40) entspricht.
- Armlehne nach Anspruch 11, 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Kulissenplatten (45, 48) gegenüber der Armlehnenunterschale (31) sowie gegeneinander frei bewegbar sind, wobei eine der Kulissenplatten (45; 48) seitlich angeordnet, zumindest erhöhte Seitenränder (46) zur Führung der zweiten Kulissenplatte (48; 45) aufweist.
- Armlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine der Kulissenplatten (45; 48) mindestens eine erhöhte Endleiste (47) zur Begrenzung des Weges der anderen Kulissenplatten (48; 45) und zur Abstützung gegenüber dem Einsatzstück (40) aufweist.
- Armlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest Unter- und Oberschale (11, 16; 31, 36) als Kunststoffteile ausgebildet sind, wobei die gepolsterte Armauflage (3) auf der Oberschale (16; 36) vorzugsweise aufgeschäumt ist.
- Armlehne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatzkörper (20; 40) mit Einsatzkörperober- und -unterteil (21, 23) bzw. mit rhombischen Körper (41) und/oder die Kulissenplatten (45, 48) als Kunststoffteile ausgebildet sind.
