Description
- la feuille comprend un matériau dont la résistance au déchirement selon la direction de la ou de chaque première partie de ligne de déchirure est inférieure à sa résistance au déchirement selon une direction orthogonale à la direction de la ou de chaque première partie de ligne de déchirure ;
- ledit matériau est un matériau orienté principalement selon la direction de la ou de chaque première partie de ligne de déchirure ;
- une ligne de moindre résistance est ménagée dans la feuille sensiblement le long de la ou de chaque première partie de ligne de déchirure ;
- la ou chaque ligne de moindre résistance est une ligne obtenue par endommagement de la feuille par un faisceau laser ;
- la ou chaque ligne de moindre résistance est une ligne obtenue par endommagement mécanique de la feuille par un outil ;
- la languette de saisie est formée au moins partiellement par une partie de la feuille ;
- les moyens d'amorçage comprennent au moins une découpe ménagée dans la feuille à proximité de la languette de saisie et à une extrémité de la ou de chaque première partie de la ligne de déchirure ;
- la feuille présente deux lignes de déchirure dont les premières parties sont sensiblement parallèles et espacées l'une de l'autre, les deux premières parties délimitant entre elles dans la feuille au moins une partie d'une bande déchirable terminée par la languette de saisie ;
- l'emballage comprend un manchon sensiblement cylindrique, un fond et un couvercle qui ferment le manchon au niveau de ses extrémités inférieure et supérieure ; et
- ledit élément d'emballage forme au moins ledit manchon, ladite ou chaque première partie de ligne de déchirure s'étendant au voisinage du fond ou du couvercle.

Claims (11)
- Ensemble du type comprenant une portion de fromage fondu (22) et un emballage (26) enveloppant étroitement ladite portion, l'emballage comprenant un élément (1) comprenant lui-même une feuille (2) enveloppant étroitement ladite portion et en contact avec celle-ci, et des moyens (11 ; 32) d'amorçage d'une déchirure pour que la feuille (2) se déchire le long d'au moins une ligne de déchirure (8) lors de la traction d'une languette de saisie (10) de l'élément, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une première partie (34) de ladite ou de chaque ligne de déchirure (8) est définie par ou dans un matériau de la feuille (2).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage (26) comprend un manchon sensiblement cylindrique (14), un fond (27) et un couvercle (28) qui ferment le manchon au niveau de ses extrémités inférieure et supérieure.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'emballage (1) forme au moins ledit manchon (14), ladite ou chaque première partie (34) de ligne de déchirure (8) s'étendant au voisinage du fond (27) ou du couvercle (28).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la feuille (2) comprend un matériau dont la résistance au déchirement selon la direction de la ou de chaque première partie (34) de ligne de déchirure (8) est inférieure à sa résistance au déchirement selon une direction orthogonale à la direction de la ou de chaque première partie de ligne de déchirure.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau est un matériau orienté principalement selon la direction de la ou de chaque première partie (34) de ligne de déchirure (8).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ligne de moindre résistance est ménagée dans la feuille (2) sensiblement le long de la ou de chaque première partie (34) de ligne de déchirure (8).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque ligne de moindre résistance est une ligne obtenue par endommagement de la feuille (2) par un faisceau-laser.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque ligne de moindre résistance est une ligne obtenue par endommagement mécanique de la feuille (2) par un outil.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la languette de saisie (10) est formée au moins partiellement par une partie de la feuille (2).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amorçage comprennent au moins une découpe ménagée dans la feuille à proximité de la languette de saisie (10) et à une extrémité de la ou de chaque première partie (34) de la ligne de déchirure (8).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la feuille présente deux lignes de déchirure (8) dont les premières parties (34) sont sensiblement parallèles et espacées l'une de l'autre, les deux premières parties (34) délimitant entre elles dans la feuille (2) au moins une partie d'une bande déchirable (9) terminée par la languette de saisie (10).
