Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for moistening liquid-receiving means for personal hygiene or care, such as toilet paper, cotton balls, cleaning cloths, cotton wool pads, nonwovens or the like with a system container in which the liquid is stored for moistening, such as in the document DE-297 16 687 U1 is described.
  • Damp toilet paper is folded and stacked in a box available. When removing the separation of the wipes from each other is very laborious and needed very often the second hand. Closing the box after removal is another cumbersome, but necessary process, otherwise the wet cloths dry out very quickly.
  • a very significant disadvantage of wet wipes is that they decompose very poorly and slowly in liquid, including wastewater, which is often the cause of pipe blockage. Also in the wider ecological cycle, the resistance to moisture and liquid of such towels is very problematic and requires appropriate measures in sewage treatment plants and generally in the discharge of wastewater into rivers.
  • Some solutions wet the normal toilet paper in a device by contacting a wet web previously drawn by the cleaning liquid contained in an open container as long as the strip with the individual sheets rolls off the roll. This means that the wetted toilet paper is pulled out of the device with a certain force, whereby the supply roll is brought to unwind.
  • a solution is for example in the WO 99/53816 described.
  • the result is that the toilet paper strip already dissolved by the moisture and thus mechanically no longer very durable and thus often tears off unintentionally. Renewed, cumbersome and time-consuming threading of the strip into the device is thereafter necessary. Often it is very cumbersome to refill the liquids in this device, with the risk of spillage consists.

  • the ejected amount of cleaning liquid is pressed against the baffle surface 3a of the wetting wire 3 and distributed in the space 16 between the distributor plate 2b and the wetting wire 3 ( Fig. 6 ).
  • wetting wire 3 Due to the contact between wetting wire 3 and toilet paper 12, the cleaning liquid is transferred to this, from the previously described space - delete blade effect.
  • the many small recesses 3b of the wetting wire 3 are dimensioned so that they have capillary action, on the other hand, they are distributed in the sieve so that over the temporal sequence of the wetting process over-subsidence of the paper can not occur, even if for the corresponding paper a something too big Fluid volume was preset. Excess liquid flows into the existing evaporation tank 6.
  • An essential part of the invention consists in this arrangement between distributor plate 2b and wetting wire 3 to each other, as well as their dimensions, so that the deletion blade effect arises.
  • a device in the device for presetting the amount of liquid to be dispensed is necessary so that the best ratio - toilet paper capacity to volume delivery and transmission through wetting wire - is adjustable.
  • the distributor plate 2b with the wetting wire 3 returns to the starting position by the spring force in the double ball valve 5a. In this process, the appropriate amount of cleaning liquid is again sucked into the valve 5a and is separated by a ball against the environment.
  • the lid 1 of the housing 7 is then closed, after which the wetting wire 3 is protected.
  • This evaporation tank 6 is designed for the evaporation of the remaining liquid with cascades 6b with a relatively large rough surface. Due to the surface tension of the liquid, this deposits a longer way back to the drip pan 6a of the evaporation tank 6 and evaporates.
  • the housing 7 is opened laterally and forwards, in the housing intermediate floor 8 and on the housing cover 1 with large ventilation slots for convection, whereby a chimney effect is produced in the entire housing 7. This effect in turn, in addition to the evaporation of the remaining excess cleaning liquid for air freshener in the room, also that even the smallest dust particles that could possibly pass through the narrow outlet openings in the housing cover into the device, can not settle on the wetting wire 3.
  • the cleaning fluids used may be mixed with a fragrant perfume and with cleaning fluids usual, small amount of alcohol, to support this effect.
  • the delivery of perfume can be reinforced with inserted substances in the evaporation tank 6. After that occurs with this solution, the auxiliary function to a fragrance dispenser in the sanitary room.

  • the system container 5 with valve unit 5a can be easily removed from the device (arrow A in FIG Fig. 4a ) by opening the housing door 11 (arrow T), the empty system container is removed and replaced by a filled container available on the market.
  • Hygienic issues are largely satisfied by the fact that the user before inserting the system container 5 with the cleaning liquid into the housing 7 an adhesive strip from the nozzle opening of the valve head of the valve unit 5 a - deduces - as in toothpastes known - and then the distributor device 2 this container unit touches down.
  • the system container 5 is closed during transport in a securing position / locking of the valve head of the valve unit 5a against the environment; an unintentional pump stroke and consequently a liquid outlet is not possible.
  • the cleaning liquid after being inserted into the apparatus is closed to the outside world by the double ball valve of the valve unit 5a.
  • the cleaning liquid is discharged from the system container 5 by depression on the unit distribution plate 2b with wetting wire 3 - also a sponge or grating is conceivable here.
  • the cleaning liquid is then absorbed by contacting between wetting wire 3 and toilet paper 12 from the toilet paper in a predetermined amount.
  • the device has a volume preset.
  • the stop position of the volume stop bar 4 is adjusted via the coupling member 10.
  • the stroke length of the distributor plate 2 b is limited by the curve stop 4 a of the volume stop bar 4.
  • the dispensed volume of the cleaning liquid is determined by the movement stroke of the distributor plate 2b, which moves against the volume stop bar 4.
  • the lift height of the distributor plate 2b is transmitted to the valve unit 5a of the system container 5 and is equivalent to the discharged liquid volume.
  • the volume stop bar 4 has a lateral recess with a scale 4b (FIG. Fig. 8a ). This is designed so that the scale 4b upon adjustment of the adjusting spindle 9 and the resulting change in the stop position 4a of the volume stop bar 4, below a viewing window of the housing intermediate base 8 rotates past.
  • the numbers displayed are an indication of the Dispensing dose of cleaning fluid, or serves as a set value for the different types of toilet paper.
  • the contact surface for the liquid discharge of the wetting wire is covered when not in use by the housing cover 1 and lies in the air flow through the housing so that it is not polluted by normal conditions.

  • On the lower surface of the housing may be a system coupling device, for an alternative attachment with a different housing installed underneath, for example, a device in which there is a receptacle for a roll of toilet paper with output unit and other utensils.
  • FIGS. 9 to 11 is a second embodiment of a device 50a shown for humidification, which works the same principle principle as the embodiment shown above.
  • a distributor device 2 ' is used, which has a funnel unit A2, wherein on the end region of the funnel unit A2 with the larger diameter a wetting grid A3 is arranged, which has through recesses 3b, which are dimensioned so that the capillary effect occurs.
  • a nozzle A1 is arranged which communicates with the system container 5.
  • the distributor device 2 ' is detachably arranged on the valve unit 5a of the system container 5.
  • the nozzle A1 is designed as a sputtering nozzle, that is to say the liquid does not act as a liquid jet but introduced as a liquid mist in the laterally limited by the funnel surfaces A2c interior of the hopper unit A2 and settles on the wetting mesh A3, so that when placed on toilet paper 12, this sucks due to the capillary effect with liquid.
  • the liquid is thus also introduced by depression of the distributor device 2 'in the form of liquid mist in the hopper unit A2 and fed to the wetting mesh A3.
  • the processes A2a discharge the excess liquid into the evaporation tank 6, which has already been described above. All other components bear the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment and will not be explained again. Also in this solution, it is possible, depending on the suction quality of the laid toilet paper 12 to regulate the introduced into the hopper unit A2 amount of liquid mist or adjust the vertical stroke of the manifold 2 'variable.
  • the described device 50 or 50a optimally solves moistening problems after it has been conveniently attached to the wall in the sanitary area and, in the manner described above, transfers the liquids to the carriers.
  • the device meets criteria such as safety, appearance, functionality and time savings and meets high standards.
