Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Fördern von Bogen (12) in einem Anleger (4) einer Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine (1), wobei der Anleger (4) mit mindestens einem Transportband (6) ausgestattet ist, welches eine vorzugsweise geschuppte Folge von Bogen (12) im Bereich zwischen einem Bogenstapel (20) und den Vorderanschlägen (22, 23) der Maschine fördert, von wo die Bogen in die Bogen verarbeitende Maschine (1) übernommen werden und wobei die Laufgeschwindigkeit des Transportbandes (6) unabhängig von der Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit der nachgeschalteten Bogen verarbeiteten Maschine entsprechend vorgegebener Geschwindigkeitsprofile veränderbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportband (6) beim Anfahren oder Stoppen des Anlegers (4) entsprechend einem vorbestimmten Beschleunigungsprofil gestoppt und/oder angefahren wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportband (6) mit einer vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeitsrampe angefahren beziehungsweise gestoppt wird, bei der die Änderungen der Geschwindigkeit über der Zeit einen stetigen Verlauf haben (Figur 4). - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anleger (4) in einem ersten Schritt nach einem vorbestimmten ersten Beschleunigungsprofil verzögert, vorzugsweise in einem zweiten Schritt um einen vorbestimmten Rückfahrweg in eine Anfahrposition zurückgefahren und aus der nach dem ersten oder zweiten Schritt erreichten Position mit einem vorbestimmten zweiten Beschleunigungsprofil angefahren wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Beschleunigungsprofil derart bestimmt wird, dass der Anleger (4) mit den mit unveränderter Reihenfolge auf ihm befindlichen Bogen (12) störungsfrei anfahrbar ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Beschleunigungsprofil für den Stopvorgang und gegebenenfalls das zweite Beschleunigungsprofil für das Anfahren des Anlegers (4) in Abhängigkeit von der Winkelstellung des Anlegers (4) bei Beginn des Stopp- beziehungsweise Anfahrvorgangs ermittelt und danach der Anleger (4) entsprechend dem ermittelten Beschleunigungsprofil verzögert beziehungsweise beschleunigt wird, wobei die Winkelstellung sich auf die Frequenz der sich wiederholenden Folge von Arbeitsschritten des Anlegers bezieht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verzögerungsprofil des Anlegers (4) und gegebenenfalls der Rückfahrweg derart bestimmt wird, dass die Bewegung der Bogen (12) mit dem Anleger (4) abgeschlossen ist bevor der Anleger einen Arbeitsschritt durchführen kann, durch welchen mindestens ein Bogen (12) der nacheinander folgenden Bogen durch die beim nachfolgenden Anfahren des Anlegers (4) erfolgenden Arbeitsschritte nicht befördert werden kann. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verzögerungsprofil des Anlegers (4) derart bestimmt wird, dass der dem führenden ersten Bogen (12) folgende zweite Bogen vor oder an einer Haltevorrichtung (22, 23 bzw. 25, 26) das Minimum seiner Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit erreicht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung durch die Vorderanschläge (22, 23) oder die Stoppfinger (25, 26) des Anlegers (4) gebildet ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des zurückgefahrenen Weges derart bestimmt ist, dass folgende Arbeitsschritte noch nicht durchgeführt werden: die Taktrolle öffnet und/oder der am Schleppsauger (15) hängende Bogen (12) wird losgelassen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (6) unmittelbar vor dem Anfahren in Richtung Bearbeitungsmaschine (1) oder unmittelbar im Anschluss nach dem das Band (6) zum Stillstand gekommen ist zurückgefahren wird.
