- Cell C3 detects the presence of the box 100 and actuates the jack 18 so as to bring the other set 17 closer to the box 100, until the cell C4 (see Figure 5).
- This cell C4 stops the jack 18 and restores operation of the conveyor 11 and the endless belts 27, 37.
- the scrolling of the box 100 in front of the blade 22 causes the cutting of part of the corresponding lateral edge of the box 100.
- the box 100 advances until cell C5 is obscured (see Figure 6), which actuates the jack 19 and moves the plate 42-motor 43 assembly towards the aforementioned arrival position.
- the blade 44 cut the front edge of the box 100 (see Figure 7).
- the occultation of the cell C6 stops the cylinder 19 and restarts the conveyor 11 and the endless bands 27, 37, until cell C7 is concealed, which causes the cutting of the lateral edges of the box 100 (cf. figure 8).
- the transporter supply is no longer controlled by cell C9 but by the time delay cited above; the frame 8 is placed at the height corresponding to the height of the box 100 and the movable assembly 17 is placed in a position determined with respect to the fixed assembly 17, corresponding to the dimension of the box 100 in the transverse direction to the advancement of this box 100; cells C2 to C4 are inactive and only verify the presence of a next 100 box compared to a 100 box being cutting; cells C5 to C8 work the same way as in the "multiformat" mode.
- the invention provides a machine for opening boxes 100, in particular cardboard boxes 100, with the advantages of being inexpensive to manufacture and of keeping the integrity of the boxes 100 after treatment, so that these boxes 100 can be used as a temporary product storage bin.
