Abstract

L'invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant comportant un corps soupape (1) déformé axialement contre un corps de maintien de soupape (3), ainsi qu'un perçage (5) fermé sur l'extrémité côté chambre de combustion et présentant un siège de soupape (32) et au moins une ouverture d'injection (34) sur ladite extrémité. Un élément soupape (10) en forme de piston est disposé dans le perçage (5), ledit élément soupape étant guidé dans le perçage (5) avec une première (110) et une deuxième extension (210) radiales. L'élément soupape (10) entoure une chambre de pression (23) pouvant être remplie de carburant, ladite chambre de pression s'étendant vers le siège de soupape (32) en tant que canal annulaire entourant l'élément soupape (10). Sur le côté opposé à la chambre de combustion par rapport à l'élément soupape (10), le perçage (5) comporte un piston à soupape (12) étanchéifiant la chambre de pression (23) et s'appuyant contre l'élément soupape (10). La première extension radiale (110) présente dans le perçage (5) un jeu supérieur à la deuxième extension radiale (210) de manière que le frottement de l'élément soupape (10) est réduit lors du mouvement longitudinal. La première extension radiale (110) ne sert plus qu'au guidage tandis que l'étanchéification de la chambre de pression (23) est effectuée par le piston à soupape (12), et donc par un composant séparé de l'élément soupape (10).
