Definitions
- the present invention relates to a receiving bag for liquid Cosmetic products with at least one surrounding the recording space elastic membrane wall, a frame ring surrounding the membrane wall and an annular protective shell fixing the frame ring, through which a protecting at least the peripheral areas of the membrane walls surrounding ring channel is provided, the protective shell of a upper and a lower shell element is composed and the fixation the frame ring in the area of the separating surfaces of the two shell elements he follows.
- Such a pouch is e.g. known from WO 97/46465 A1.
- This deals with a flexible packaging bag that consists of two at their Edge areas there are welded foils. At one point of the A mouthpiece is inserted into the bag.
- This bag can be placed in a frame, which consists of an upper and a lower frame part, which over a Hinge are interconnected.
- the edge of the bag has some Openings that fit snugly on pins on the frame. hereby the pouch is fixed in position relative to the frame. By Fold the two frame parts together using the Locking the bag should be held securely and stably in the frame.
- the frame ring Has profiling with at least one elevation and / or depression and the Partitions of the shell elements an adapted counter-profiling have and the shell elements and the frame ring with the profiling or Interlocking counter-profile form-fitting.
- This configuration offers the possibility that a fixation of the Storage bag inside the protective shell over the entire frame ring he follows. This distributes the force necessary for the fixation evenly the entire scope. The additional weakening of the bag material through Punching holes and other openings is not necessary.
- a special aspect of this configuration can also be seen in the fact that the Bags do not stretch excessively, as in the case of previously used tubular bags (which would result in relatively thick structures), but depending on the Stability of the frame ring and the elasticity of the membrane walls also a relative flat receiving bag can be designed. Due to the shape of the Frame rings with an adapted shape of the membrane walls can be easily create countless different shapes of bags (e.g. polygon shapes of any kind).
- Outlet device one that communicates with the receiving space Outlet device may be provided.
- An outlet device does it superfluous that the receiving bag has to be torn open. This can be designed in a variety of ways to meet the most varied of dosage requirements to meet. In most cases, however, it becomes a sealed one Sealing and reopening the outlet device are sufficient.
- a structurally simple embodiment provides that the frame ring as Profiling has an annular groove running at least in sections.
- a suitable counter-profiling of the interface at least one of the Shell elements then ensure a secure engagement in this ring groove and one Anchoring the frame ring over a large area.
- a top of the frame ring has a at least in sections circumferential annular groove and an underside of the Frame ring an annular circumferential at least in sections having.
- the ring groove and the increase together by an am Frame ring executed stamping process can be done by a single Deformation process of the frame ring with a corresponding profiling be provided. Here, material is pressed in on one side, which is reflected in the other side of the rise.
- the outlet device in the Frame ring to be integrated.
- the outlet device is stable Place arranged, which also causes any opening and closing can be carried out very easily.
- the outlet device can advantageously comprise a closure element for opening and closing an outlet channel formed by the outlet device.
- a closure element for opening and closing an outlet channel formed by the outlet device.
- the frame ring can be used to attach the membrane walls and the outlet device is arranged between the two membrane walls his. At least one membrane wall then has one on the outer contour of the Outlet device adapted recess, the edge regions of the Recess are attached to the outlet device. This ensures Frame ring also ensures that the two membrane walls at the edge of the already have a certain distance from each other so that these areas are also sufficiently filled with the mostly viscous liquids become.
- An advantageous embodiment for attaching the frame ring to the ring-shaped protective shell is that at the foot of the ring channel with a this circumferential annular groove is formed, in which essentially a perfect fit the frame ring is included.
- the frame ring is quasi in the groove bottom of the Protective shell inserted and held securely by this.
- this Form-locking can also use additional connection methods such as gluing etc. be applied.
- the parting surfaces of the two shell elements can be placed in such a way that also the ring channel into an upper and lower circumferential ring channel section is divided. It is important that the ring channel section is a Shell element is open laterally in such a way that the frame ring can be inserted into it is. For manufacturing reasons, the dividing surfaces therefore divide the protective shell and the ring channel is preferably symmetrical. Same manufacturing forms can therefore be used for the shell elements.
- the frame ring is at least in the annular groove included in some areas.
- the annular groove is a cross-sectional shape with an undercut as Counter-profiling and the frame ring at least partially in the Has undercut engaging cross-sectional shape as a profile.
- the most diverse cross-sectional shapes e.g. Swallowtail or Similar, applicable.
- Another firm connection by gluing or Welding between the frame ring and shell elements is no longer required, since this no longer from the after the shell elements Ring groove can be removed.
- the annular groove has at least one convex Sidewall and the ring frame at least one concave adapted to it Frontal section includes.
- the end section can be both form-fitting engage in the undercut as well as secure attachment of the Allow edge areas of the membrane wall or walls without sharp edges.
- the protective shell can be positively connected to the outlet device adjusted so that this is also fixed again.
- the protective shell essentially comprises the outlet device form-fitting surrounding recess, the outlet channel the protective shell penetrates. The liquid cosmetic product flows out of the protective shell out.
- a particularly favorable form results from the membrane walls are circular and the frame ring is circular, the membrane walls being lenticular when the receiving space is filled span.
- the receiving bag is namely in such circumstances Able to be used as a magnifying lens. Such magnifying lenses are extremely beneficial, especially in the cosmetics sector, especially since there is one Never before in this field has given.
- the protective shell bounded opening has an elliptical cross section, with a longest Line of symmetry of the elliptical cross section intersects the outlet device. This allows the membrane walls in particular in the direction of Exhaust device are squeezed closer to the wall areas than Offset by 90 °. This supports the fact that the whole Content can be pushed out of the recording room, even if one relatively rigid protective shell is used.
- the ring channel the protective shell has a U or V shape in cross section. This will make the Membrane walls, especially in their edge areas, not on one Clamping process hindered and yet sufficiently safe from the Protective shell bounded.
- the Frame ring is made of a plastic material and the edge areas the membrane walls also made of a plastic material with the End faces of the frame ring are ultrasonically welded.
- the marginal areas are simply placed on the frame ring and then welded to it.
- the edge areas take the same shape as the front of the Frame ring, which is why a later inclusion in a profiled Ring groove is not a problem.
- optical properties as well as a visual fill level assessment can be improved in that the membrane walls from a transparent Plastic film exist. This can be colored as well as in Interplay with the color and permeability of the cosmetic product in the Create a wide variety of effects.
- the invention makes it possible for the shell to hold the frame ring if necessary fixed in a protected place and at least beyond grips the edge areas of the membrane walls in a protective manner.
- the Design of the protective shell can be chosen so that on the one hand Fall of the pouch is caught on the edge and that too a fall on the broad side of the bag does not cause a burst.
- the edge of the The bowl can also absorb a fall on the broad side. It means that itself inside the recording room due to an impact load build-up pressures do not cause the bag to burst, particularly at the Attachment to the frame ring.
- the outlet device can be a penetration device for penetrating a Include membrane wall.
- the outlet opening is then only perforated a membrane wall at a selected location.
- the receiving bag 1 shown in Fig. 1 has a front view circular shape and primarily serves to absorb liquid Cosmetics.
- the centerpiece of the receiving bag 1 is the annular frame ring 6, which a point is interrupted, in which gap the outlet channel 8 defining outlet device 7 is arranged.
- the frame ring 6 and the Outlet device 7 are produced by a single injection molding process.
- the outer diameter of the membrane walls 2 and 3 essentially correspond to that Outside diameter of the frame ring 6.
- the edge area 9 of the lower Membrane wall 1 with the lower end face 10 of the frame ring 6 and Edge regions 11 are firmly connected to the upper end face 12 of the frame ring 6.
- the connection is usually made by ultrasonic welding. Between the lower membrane wall 2 and the upper membrane wall 3 is through this Connection process a receiving space 13 (see also Fig. 5) is formed.
- Both the lower membrane wall 2 and the upper membrane wall 3 have each have a cutout 14 or 15 open towards the edge region 9 or 11.
- the Recess 14, 15 is adapted to the outer contour of the outlet device 7, see above that it lies flush against a wall area of the outlet device 7.
- the edge region of the recess 14, 15 is then connected to the outside of the Outlet device 7 firmly connected (e.g. by ultrasonic welding).
- the inner part 16 shown in Fig. 2 is obtained.
- This Inner part 16 is only in the area of the outlet channel 8 which is circular in cross section open. Otherwise, the receiving space 13 through the fixed connection Membrane walls 2 and 3 on the frame ring 6 and the outlet device 7 closed.
- the protective shell 17 is annular designed and has a circular outer contour and an elliptical Interior outline on.
- the lower and upper shell element 4,5 are each with a Provide recess 18,19 which encompass the outlet device 7 in a form-fitting manner.
- the outlet channel 8 also extends through the protective shell 17 Outside.
- the front area of the outlet device 7 is also form-fitting adapted the outer contour of the protective shell 17.
- the outer contour of the protective shell 17 can be described as a lenticular body through which the vertical an elliptical bore was driven through to its longitudinal axis.
- the height of the protective shell 17 changes depending on the Location of the elliptical hole.
- the longitudinal axis of the elliptical openings 20 in the lower and upper shell element 4,5 cuts the recess 18,19, preferably symmetrical.
- the protective shell 17 defines on its inside a circumferential cross section U- or V-shaped ring channel 21.
- the ring channel 21 is divided symmetrically, so that each half is arranged in the lower and upper half of the shell 4.5.
- At the At the foot of the ring channel 21 there is another at the joint 22 (see FIG. 6) essentially circumferential annular groove 23, which is used to hold the Frame ring 6 is used.
- the groove base of the annular groove 23 is surrounded by webs 24, 25 defines or limits that when joining the shell elements 4, 5 together come to the plant and be connected. As a result, the edge area of the Inner part 16 of the protective shell 17 completely shielded from the outside.
- an undercut 28 is formed, which in the Interaction with the cross-sectional shape of the frame ring 6 for a safe Anchoring this component ensures. It can also be seen very well in FIG. 7 that the Membrane walls 2, 3 do not lie directly on top of one another at their edge regions, but are spaced apart by the interposed frame ring 6. As a result, there are no bottlenecks that are difficult to handle with liquid Cosmetic products would have to be filled.
- the shape of the end faces 10 and 12 also supports the clamping of the membrane walls 2,3 during the filling process, since one essentially tangential transition to the connection point is given. As a result, the load is on reduced this point.
- FIG. 4 shows the receiving bag 1 before being filled with a liquid Cosmetic product.
- the membrane walls 2, 3 have only one small distance from each other, which is approximately the inner width or thickness of the Frame ring 6 corresponds.
- a liquid is then discharged via the outlet channel 8 Filled cosmetic product.
- the membrane walls tension or bulge 2, 3 so that the shape shown in FIG. 5 results.
- the inner part 16 takes through this process a lens shape. 5 is also clearly too recognize how the protective shell 17 protects the edge region of the inner part 16 surrounds.
- the outlet device 7 can be designed in a wide variety of ways. In this can e.g. Valve devices or simple locking devices can be placed.
- the Receiving bag 1 Due to the fact that preferred plastic materials for the production of the Receiving bag 1 can be used, the most diverse optical Effects are achieved. If you use e.g. a stable, transparent plastic film, depending on the result in the recording room 13 cosmetic product located a magnifying lens that in the cosmetics sector will definitely be used. The position of the elliptical opening 20 also ensures for a positive effect, as completely as possible the cosmetic product in the direction of the outlet channel 8 can be pressed out.
- the receiving bag 1 shown in FIG. 8 does not comprise a separate frame ring, but the frame ring 6 is through the edge areas of the lower and upper Membrane wall 2 and 3 formed and by ultrasonic welding of these areas generated. As a result, the frame ring 6 is stiffer than the membrane walls 2 and 3. Die Top of the frame ring is provided with a V-shaped annular groove 29, the completely revolves around the frame ring 6.
- the upper shell element 5 has one narrow annular groove 23, which has just such a width that the frame ring fits in between.
- the side surface formed by the upper shell element 5 Ring groove 23 is provided with a triangular cross-section elevation also revolves in a ring and form-fit in the V-shaped annular groove 29 in Frame ring 5 engages.
- annular groove 29 is formed by an embossing process is located on the underside of the frame ring 6, a V-shaped elevation, the corresponding to the annular groove 29 revolves in a ring.
- the lower shell element 4 is provided with a V-shaped annular groove 30 into which a triangular, annular Increasing the frame ring 6 engages.
- the annular groove 29 on the top of the Frame ring 6 and the increase on the opposite side of the Frame rings 6 are created by a common stamping process.
- the shell elements 4 and 5 are joined together at the parting surfaces intimate connection of the protective shell 17 with the membrane walls 2 and 3. Preferred the connection can be made by an adhesive process.
