Claims (8)

  1. Jeu de pièces détachées pour la mise en place d'un élément de cloison dans une ouverture de cloison d'une cloison à ossature à double plateau comprenant des montants (1, 3) pouvant être insérés dans la cloison et délimitant l'ouverture de la cloison de manière essentiellement périphérique, un élément de cloison (4) préfabriqué se composant de deux panneaux (5) insérés parallèlement et à distance l'un de l'autre à l'aide de joints d'étanchéité profilés (9) dans un cadre périphérique, lequel se compose de plusieurs poutres laminées (7) à la suite les unes des autres le long du pourtour de l'élément de cloison, lesquelles poutres présentent des premières rainures (10) ouvertes essentiellement délimitées par un profil en U pour recevoir les bords des panneaux en direction du plan de la cloison, caractérisé par d'autres deuxièmes rainures (11) prévues dans les poutres laminées (7) et ouvertes vers les côtés extérieurs de l'élément de cloison (4) et essentiellement délimitées par des profils en U, et des agrafes de fixation (12, 20) lesquelles possèdent une première partie pouvant être fixée par crabotage sur les montants, et une deuxième partie pouvant être fixée avec adhérence dans la zone des deuxièmes rainures (11).
  2. Jeu de pièces détachées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les profils en U formant les premières et les deuxièmes rainures (10, 11) se jouxtent les unes les autres de manière à ce que l'une des branches (11.1) des profils en U formant les deuxièmes rainures (11) soit en même temps essentiellement la base du profil en U de la première rainure (10).
  3. Jeu de pièces détachées selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les joints d'étanchéité profilés (9) pouvant être insérés dans les premières rainures (10) des poutres laminées (7) présentent la forme de profils en U, aux extrémités des branches desquels des fourrures d'étanchéité (9.1 et/ou 9.1', 9.2) orientées vers l'intérieur sont formées dessus.
  4. Jeu de pièces détachées selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une cloison de délimitation des premières rainures (10) des poutres laminées (7) présente une arête contre-dépouillée (10.1), et en ce que chaque joint d'étanchéité profilé est pourvu d'une lèvre de serrage (9.3) orientée vers l'extérieur au moins sur le côté extérieur de l'une des branches du profil en U.
  5. Agrafe de fixation pour un jeu de pièces détachées selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'agrafe de fixation (12) possède la forme d'un profil en L (13, 16) dont l'une des branches (13) peut être fixée par crabotage sur un montant (1, 3), alors que la deuxième branche (16) peut être insérée de manière serrée avec une réglette d'attache élastique formée sur son extrémité, dans une deuxième rainure (11) de la poutre laminée (7).
  6. Agrafe de fixation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'environ dans la zone médiane de la branche (16), une masse de serrage élastique (18) est formée.
  7. Agrafe de fixation pour un jeu de pièces détachées selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'agrafe de fixation (20) possède, pour la fixation d'éléments de cloison (4) préfabriqués des deux côtés sur un montant, une première partie médiane (21) en forme de profil en U, sur les extrémités des branches duquel des deuxièmes parties en forme de profils en L (22, 23) avec leurs branches plus courtes sont formées dessus, et en ce que des réglettes d'attache (24) élastiques sont formées sur les extrémités des deuxièmes branches (23), pour l'insertion avec serrage dans respectivement une des deuxièmes rainures (11) des poutres laminées (7).
  8. Agrafe de fixation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que environ dans la zone médiane des branches (23), des masses de serrage (36) élastiques sont formées.
