Description

The invention relates to a kit according to the preamble of claim 1.

An diesem tragenden Gerippe bzw. The term "double-shell stud wall" includes a wall that has a load-bearing framework, also called stud framework, made in particular of vertical and horizontal girders that intersect at right angles and that consist in particular of wood, metal profiles or another suitable, rigid material. On this load-bearing framework or stud frame, panels made of insufficiently stable materials are attached on both sides, e.g. B. Lightweight panels in the form of plasterboard.

The previous practice when inserting a double-walled wall element consisting of two panels, for example double-glazed windows, consists in cutting out an opening from the existing wall in accordance with the size of the wall element to be used, lining the edges of this opening with suitable reinforcement members and the two panels on these reinforcement members, z. B. double glass windows, to be fastened by means of suitable fastening and sealing elements.

It is also known to prefabricate double glass panes in the form of a so-called monoblock by inserting two glass panes at a distance from one another in a peripheral frame. This "monoblock" is then inserted into the previously cut opening at the construction site and fastened to the beams or stands that delimit the opening. In the previous systems of this type, relatively complex assembly work has to be carried out, which is very complex both in terms of costs and the time required, without ensuring that the wall element is properly inserted and positioned.

For the construction of room partitions, prefabricated wall elements are known according to US 4,852,317 A, which consist of two plates which are inserted in parallel and at a distance from one another by means of sealing profiles in a circumferential frame, which is composed of adjoining profile supports which are used to hold the edges of the plates in Have open grooves, essentially delimited by a U-profile, in the direction of the wall plane. Clamping strips are fastened in a clip-like manner to the two side profile supports of the frame, which together with the profile supports limit open grooves to the outer sides of the wall element, which essentially have the shape of a U-profile and are used for fastening or attaching office equipment. The terminal strips are provided with clamping tongues which are aligned essentially perpendicular to the plane of the wall element. To attach or insert a wall element equipped in this way, it is a prerequisite that an adjacent wall element also has a clamping strip provided with a correspondingly designed clamping tongue, in order to be perpendicular to the surface by relative movement of adjacent wall elements Level of the wall elements to fasten these two wall elements to one another essentially in a clip-like manner by the interaction of the opposing clamping tongues. With such a type of fastening there is a risk that a wall element can unintentionally detach itself from an adjacent wall element when subjected to lateral loads. Apart from this, this known wall element is also not intended or suitable for insertion into a wall opening of a double-shell stud wall.

The invention has for its object to design a kit according to the preamble of claim 1 and to adapt the individual elements to each other so that the actual insertion of the wall element in the area of the construction site is simplified and can thus be carried out with less time and cost.

Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe dient ein Bausatz gemäß Patentanspruch 1.A kit according to claim 1 is used to solve this problem.

The wall element delivered to the construction site in particular as a so-called monoblock, e.g. B. in the form of a double glass window, then only needs to be inserted into the wall opening delimited by circumferential stands, the individual wall element being fixed by means of the fastening clips, in particular made of spring steel, which, on the one hand, form-fitting to the stand, in particular by screwing, fastened and on the other hand force-fit into the second grooves of the surrounding wall element frame.

The stand wall or lightweight wall shown only in part in FIG. 1 is represented on the one hand by the vertical stand 1 with light-weight panels, in particular plasterboard 2 attached to it on both sides, and on the other hand by a vertical stand 3 shown between the two double glass windows 4. Another double glass window, not shown, or the lightweight wall, as represented in FIG. 1 by the vertical stand 1 and the plasterboard, can be connected to the double glass window 4 shown on the left. It goes without saying that there are horizontal supports (not shown) above and below the two double-glazed windows 4, which, with the vertical stands 1 and 3, delimit wall openings into which the double-glazed windows 4 are inserted. FIG. 1 shows, as part of the lightweight wall, a heat and sound-insulating insert 6 inserted between the two plasterboard panels 2. The individual double-glass window 4 consists of two panes 5 each, which are inserted into a circumferential frame made of profiled beams, of which in FIG. 1 only the vertically extending profile beams 7 are shown.

The profile carrier 7 has the shape of a box profile with internal stiffening ribs 8, see also FIG. 6. At the outer longitudinal edges, each profile carrier 7 is provided with first grooves 10 which are open in the direction of the wall plane and essentially delimited by a U-profile, with the internal ones Legs of the U-profiles delimiting the grooves 10 each have an undercut edge 10.1. The individual profile carrier 7 is further provided with second grooves 11, which are open to the outside of the wall element 4 and are essentially delimited by U profiles, one leg 11. 1 of which simultaneously forms the base of the U profiles of the first grooves 10. The plates or disks 5 are inserted into the first grooves 10 with the interposition of sealing profiles 9.

The sealing profiles 9 essentially have the shape of U-profiles, on the leg ends of which are formed inward, inner sealing strips 9.1 and likewise inward-directed, outer sealing strips 9.2. The sealing profiles 9 used according to FIG. 1 are shown enlarged in FIG. 5a and differ from the sealing profile 9 shown in FIG. 5b in that the sealing strip 9.1 is designed as a hollow strip. In the finished assembled state, each sealing profile 9 is provided on the profile leg lying inside according to FIG. 1 with an outwardly directed clamping lip 9.3 which, according to FIG. 1, engages behind the undercut edge 10.1 in one leg of the first grooves 10.

In the case shown on the right in FIG. 1, in which the prefabricated wall element in the form of a double glass window 4 connects directly to the plasterboard panels 2 of the lightweight wall, the double glass window 4 is fastened by means of fastening clips 12, as shown in FIGS. 2a, 2b. This fastening clip essentially has the shape of an L-profile, the longer leg 13 of which is provided with a bore 15 for screwing in a screw 14, while a resilient terminal strip 17 is formed on the shorter leg 16, the width of which is essentially equal to the width of the second Groove 11 of the beam 7 is adapted. The fastening clip 12 can thus be positively screwed to the lightweight wall 1, 2 with its first section formed by the leg 13 and can be non-positively fastened in the second groove 11 of the profiled beam 7 with its second section comprising the shorter leg 16 and the resilient terminal strip 17.

Die Länge des zweiten Schenkels 16 entspricht im wesentlichen der Tiefe der zweiten Nut 11.The length of the second leg 16 corresponds essentially to the depth of the second groove 11.

On the shorter leg 16 is a resilient clamping lug 18 projecting in the direction of the first groove 10 of the profile carrier - see Figure 1 - whose function will be described.

In the assembly method shown on the left in FIG. 1, two adjacent double glass windows 4 are fastened to the vertical stand 3 of the stud wall by means of fastening clips 20 shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b. The fastening clip 20 has a first middle section 21 in the form of a U-profile, on the leg ends of which second sections 22 are formed by means of lateral connecting webs, which essentially correspond to the second section 16, 17, 18 of the fastening clip 12 shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b , In this case, the connecting webs 22, which are angled at right angles to the U-profile legs of the first section 21, form the shorter legs of an L-profile; At the free end of the longer leg provided with a resilient clamping nose 36, a resilient clamping strip 24 is formed, which is intended for non-positive engagement in a groove 11 of the profile beam 7. The depth of the U-profile of the fastening clip 20 forming the first section 21 is such that the bottom of this first section 21 comes to bear flat against the vertical stand 3 in the finished assembly state.

The bottom of the first section 21 is provided with a bore 30 for a fastening screw 25 for screwing the fastening clip 20 onto the vertical stand 3. In the finished assembly state shown in FIG. 1, the legs 23 are non-positively fastened in the grooves 11 with their clamping strips 24, thereby ensuring that the two adjacent double-glazed windows 4 are securely held on the vertical stand 3.

Die Längsränder der Blendstreifen sind im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu diesen abgebogen, um mit verstärktem Druck gegen die Dichtungsleisten 9.2 bzw. die Außenseite der Gipskartonplatte anzuliegen.FIGS. 4a, 4b and 4c show three embodiments of cover strips 26, 27, 28, each of which has an essentially flat cover strip 26.2; 27.2; 28.2 and at least one web 26.1 attached to this glare strip at right angles; 27.1; 28.1 for insertion into the second grooves 11 of the profile carrier 7 and for positive interaction with the resilient clamping lugs 18 of the fastening clips 12 or the clamping lugs 36 of the fastening clip 20. At the ends of the webs, lateral thickenings are formed, which reach behind the clamping lugs 18 and 36 in the assembled state in order to secure the cover strips. The longitudinal edges of the blind strips are bent essentially at right angles to them in order to bear against the sealing strips 9.2 or the outside of the plasterboard with increased pressure.
