Claims (14)
- Papierlocher mit einem Unterteil (1) und einem an seitlichen Lagerböcken (2) des Unterteils (1) um eine Schwenkachse (3) schwenkbar gelagerten und auf Lochstempel (5) gegen die Rückstellkraft einer Feder einwirkenden Betätigungshebel (4), dessen Schwenkbereich durch Anschläge begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine erste Anschlagfläche (22, 24) seitlich an den Lagerbökken (2) und mindestens eine zweite Anschlagfläche (26, 28) an die Lagerböcke (2) seitlich übergreifenden Lagerlappen (16) des Betätigungshebels (4) angeordnet sind.
- Papierlocher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Anschlagflächen (22, 26) zur Begrenzung des Schwenkbereichs in einer Rückstellrichtung vorgesehen sind.
- Papierlocher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Lagerbock (2) zwei erste Anschlagflächen (22, 24) und an jedem Lagerlappen (16) zwei zweite Anschlagflächen (26, 28) angeordnet sind, die einen ersten Anschlag (22, 26) in Rückstellrichtung und einen zweiten Anschlag (24, 28) in Betätigungsrichtung bilden.
- Papierlocher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine erste Anschlagfläche (22, 24) an mindestens einer äußeren Seitenfläche der Lagerböcke (2) angeordnet ist.
- Papierlocher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine erste Anschlagfläche (22, 24) durch mindestens einen seitlich auskragenden Vorsprung (18) gebildet ist.
- Papierlocher nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Vorsprung durch mindestens eine Ausprägung (18) gebildet ist.
- Papierlocher nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Ausprägung (18) ausgehend von einer geraden Stanzlinie (20) annähernd viertelkugelförmig mit einer der Stanzline (20) entsprechenden, ebenen ersten Anschlagfläche (22) geprägt ist.
- Papierlocher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine zweite Anschlagfläche (26, 28) durch mindestens einen Rand mindestens einer Ausnehmung der Lagerlappen (16) gebildet ist.
- Papierlocher nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine zweite Anschlagfläche (26, 28) durch (jeweils) eine randoffene Ausstanzung der Lagerlappen (16) gebildet ist (Fig. 1, 2).
- Papierlocher nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Ausnehmung durch (jeweils) eine eingeprägte Vertiefung (36) der Lagerlappen (16) gebildet ist, die die damit zusammenwirkende, mindestens eine erste Anschlagfläche (22, 24) übergreift und unfallsicher nach außen abdeckt.
- Papierlocher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine erste Anschlagfläche (22, 24), in Lochgut-Zuführrichtung gesehen, hinter der Schwenkachse (3) angeordnet ist.
- Papierlocher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine erste Anschlagfläche (22, 24) unter der Schwenkachse (3) angeordnet ist.
- Papierlocher nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (4) mit einer aufgerasteten Abdeckung (30) versehen ist, die zwei die Anschlagflächen (22, 24; 26, 28) nach außen abdeckende Seitenwangen (32) aufweist.
- Papierlocher nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung eine quer zwischen den Seitenwangen (32) verlaufende Schürze (34) aufweist, die dahinterliegende Locherelement abdeckt.
