Description
Über eine Leitung mit einem steuerbaren Ventil und einer Druckluftquelle kann ein Luftraum im Vorratsbehälter oberhalb der Reinigungsflüssigkeit mit Druckluft beaufschlagt werden. In den Vorratsbehälter ragt eine Leitung hinein, deren Öffnung in die Reinigungsflüssigkeit mündet. Durch Öffnen eines steuerbaren Ventils, während der Luftraum im Vorratsbehälter sich unter Druck befindet, strömt die Reinigungsflüssigkeit über diese Leitung direkt zu den Düsen im Waschraum. Somit ist nur eine drucklose Zufuhr der Reinigungsflüssigkeit in den unter Druck stehenden Vorratsbehälter ohne einen zusätzlichen Behälter offenbart. Außerdem weist der Vorratsbehälter auch kein Ventil zum Entlüften der Vorratsbehälter auf.

Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zur Förderung von fließfähigen Stoffen, aufweisend eine Anordnung (10, 10', 10") mit einem Druckraum (11), in dem die Stoffe durch ein von wenigstens einem Verdichter (2) unter Druck gestelltes gasförmiges Fördermedium mit einem Druck beaufschlagt werden, der zwischen zwei Druckniveaus abwechselnd so verändert wird, dass bei einem niedrigen Druckniveau die Stoffe in den Druckraum (11) eintreten können und durch Anlegen des höheren Druckniveaus in die gewünschte Förderrichtung aus dem Druckraum gefördert werden, wobei die Anordnung (10, 10', 10") wenigstens einen mit einem Behälter (9) mittels einer Leitung (13) leitend verbundenen Druckraum (11), in den das gasförmige Fördermedium, durch ein Ventil (5) gesteuert, eingeleitet wird, aufweist, wobei der Druck in dem Druckraum (11), zwischen zwei Druckniveaus, abwechselnd so verändert wird, dass beim niedrigen Druckniveau im Druckbehälter (11) die Stoffe aus dem Behälter (9) in den Druckraum (11) eintreten, wobei zwischen dem Behälter (9) und dem Druckraum (11) ein Ventil (15) zum Öffnen oder Schließen der Verbindung zwischen dem Behälter (9) und dem Druckraum (11) angeordnet ist, und dass durch Anlegen des höheren Druckniveaus an den Druckraum (11) die Stoffe in eine mit dem Druckraum (11) lei-tend verbundene Ableitung (12) gefördert werden, wobei zwischen dem Druckraum (11) und der Ableitung (12) ein Ventil (16) zum Öffnen oder Schließen der Verbindung zwischen dem Druckraum (11) und der Ableitung (12) angeordnet ist und dass der Druckraum (11) einen weiteren mit einem Ventil (17) gesteuerten Eingang (18) zur Entlüftung des gasförmigen Fördermediums aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (13) sich von dem Behälter (9) bis zur Ableitung (12) erstreckt und eine Abzweigung (14) zu dem Druckraum (11) aufweist, wobei der Eintritt (20) des gasförmigen Fördermediums in den Druckraum (11) in Gebrauchslage der Vorrichtung (1, 1', 1") oben und der Eintritt der Stoffe von der Leitung (13) her in Gebrauchslage der Vorrichtung (1, 1', 1") unten angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (15) zum Öffnen oder Schließen der Verbindung zwischen dem Behälter (9) und dem Druckraum (11) ein Rückschlagventil ist, das eine Austrittsöffnung des Behälters (9) bei Auftreten einer in der Anordnung (10, 10', 10") gegen den Behälter (9) gerichteten Strömung verschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (16) zum Öffnen oder Schließen der Verbindung zwischen dem Druckraum (11) und der Ableitung (12) ein Rückschlagventil ist, das die Ableitung (12) bei Auftreten einer in der Anordnung (10, 10', 10") gegen den Behälter (9) oder gegen den Druckraum (11) gerichteten Strömung verschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückschlagventil einen kugel- oder kegelförmigen Schließkörper aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verdichter (2) das gasförmige Fördermedium in einen in Strömungsrichtung des gasförmigen Fördermediums nach dem Verdichter (2) an diesen angeschlossenen Druckbehälter (4) einleitet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil (5) zur Steuerung der Einleitung des gasförmigen Fördermediums in den Druckraum (11) zwischen dem Druckbehälter (4) und dem Druckraum (11) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (10', 10") eine Verbindung (22) zwischen der Ableitung (12) und dem Verdichter (2) für das gasförmige Fördermedium aufweist, in der ein weiteres Ventil (6) zur Steuerung der Einleitung des gasförmigen Fördermediums in die Ableitung (12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stoffe in der Anordnung (10") durch das gasförmige Fördermedium mit einem Druck beaufschlagt werden, der zwischen zwei Druckniveaus abwechselnd so verändert wird, dass bei einem niedrigen Druckniveau, bei dem ein Unterdruck herrscht, die Stoffe eingesaugt und durch Anlegen des höheren Druckniveaus, bei dem ein Überdruck herrscht, in die gewünschte Förderrichtung gefördert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck in dem Druckraum (11), zwischen zwei Druckniveaus, abwechselnd so verändert wird, daß bei dem niedrigen Druckniveau im Druckbehälter (11), bei dem ein Unterdruck herrscht, die Stoffe aus dem mit diesem Druckraum (11) leitend verbundenen Behälter (9) in den Druckraum (11) eingesaugt und durch Anlegen des höheren Druckniveaus, bei dem ein Überdruck herrscht, in die mit dem Druckraum (11) leitend verbundene Ableitung (12) gefördert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (10") eine Verbindung (23) zwischen dem Druckraum (11) und einer Saugleitung (7) des Verdichters (2) aufweist, wobei die Saugleitung (7) des Verdichters (2) in Strömungsrichtung des gasförmigen Fördermediums nach der Abzweigung für die Verbindung mit dem Ventil (17) des weiteren mit einem Ventil (17) gesteuerten Eingangs (18) des Druckraumes (11) ein weiteres Ventil (8) zum Öffnen oder Schließen der Saugleitung (7) gegenüber der Umgebung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gasförmige Fördermedium Luft ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu fördernden Stoffe aus Gasen, Flüssigkeiten oder Feststoffen und/oder Gemischen derselben bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stoffe gegebenenfalls mit Feststoffen und/ oder mit Gasen befrachtete, gegebenenfalls heiße und/oder schäumende, Flüssigkeiten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in einer Geschirrspülmaschine (25) angeordnet ist.
- Geschirrspülmaschine dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorrichtung (1, 1', 1") zur Förderung von Stoffen nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der Geschirrspülmaschine (25) angeordnet ist.
