Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zur Anzeige einer überhöhten Geschwindigkeit beim Fahren eines Kraftfahrzeuges, gekennzeichnet durch einen an der Fahrbahn (1, 11, 12) angeordneten Sender (4.1, 4.2), der ein Signal, das der an dem jeweiligen Fahrbahnabschnitt zu fahrenden Höchstgeschwindigkeit entspricht, sendet, einen Empfänger (8) am Kraftfahrzeug (6), der das vom Sender (4.0) gesendete Signal empfängt, eine Warneinrichtung am Kraftfahrzeug (6), und eine Einrichtung am Kraftfahrzeug (6), die die vom Tachometer des Kraftfahrzeuges (6) gemessene Fahrgeschwindigkeit mit dem vom Sender (4.1, 4.2) gesendeten, mit dem Empfänger (8) empfangenen Höchstgeschwindigkeitssignal vergleicht und bei einer vom Tachometer gemessenen Geschwindigkeit über der vom Empfänger (8) empfangenen Höchstgeschwindigkeit die Warneinrichtung betätigt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sender (4.1, 4.2) in Fahrtrichtung (2, 14) der zugeordneten Fahrbahn (1, 11) sendet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sender (4.1, 4.2) an einer Verkehrstafel (3.1, 3.2) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkehrstafel eine Höchstgeschwindigkeitsverkehrstafel (3.1) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sender (4.1, 4.2) an der Rückseite der Verkehrstafel (3.1, 3.2) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vom Sender (4.1, 4.2) gesendete Höchstgeschwindigkeitssignal einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vom Sender (4.1, 4.2) ausgesendete Höchstgeschwindigkeitssignal durch Funk einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Empfänger (8) am Kraftfahrzeug (6) zum Empfang von Höchstgeschwindigkeitssignalen ausgelegt ist, die vom Sender (4.1, 4.2) von hinten an das Kraftfahrzeug (6) gesendet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Empfänger (8) an der Rückseite des Kraftfahrzeuges (6) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Empfänger (8) im Bereich des Kraftfahrzeugkennzeichens (7) angeorndet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Warneinrichtung einen vorgegebenen Zeitraum lang ausschaltbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Warneinrichtung eine akustische Warneinrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftfahrzeug (6) einen Sender aufweist, der ein Signal sendet, das der mit dem Tachometer gemessenen Geschwindigkeit entspricht.
