Durch die gewählte Querschnittsgestalt der Schieberstange wird eine hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber Knick-, Biege- und Torsionsbeanspruchungen erreicht, die von den außermittig angreifenden Verriegelungsbolzen auf die Schieberstange wirken. Das Ausknicken aus der Nut wird durch die hohe Knick- und Biegesteifigkeit verhindert. Momente werden wegen der hohen Torsionssteifigkeit auf das nächste Führungselement, beispielsweise auf eine Eckumlenkung, übertragen, dort abgefangen und in den Flügelrahmen eingeleitet. Claims (6)

  1. A window or door frame (3) arranged in a frame assembly, for windows or doors, comprising a fitment for locking thereof, which has at least one slider bar (1) which can be longitudinally displaceably guided in a groove (2) by way of sliding surfaces (4, 5) and is adjustable by means of a handle portion, wherein arranged on the slider bar (1) are one or more locking bolts (6) which project out of the groove (2) and which are provided for engagement into locking portions arranged on the frame assembly, further comprising a corner deflection means, a transmission, a locking means or the like, characterised in that the slider bar (1) is fitted loosely in the groove (2) and is connected only in the region of its respective end to the corner deflection means, the transmission, the locking means or the like and for that purpose is provided with at least one respective opening for a connecting member, that in addition the sliding surfaces (4) of the slider bar (1) are provided on the side remote from the locking bolt (6) and the slider bar (1) in cross-section is in the form of a hollow profile, and that the sliding surfaces (5) of the groove (2) are formed by the groove bottom and the sliding surfaces (4) of the slider bar (1) are in the form of base bar portions (7) which are respectively arranged in the edge region of their surface towards the groove bottom and form sliding skids.
  2. A window or door frame (3) arranged in a frame assembly, for windows or doors, comprising a fitment for locking thereof, which has at least one slider bar (1) which can be longitudinally displaceably guided in a groove (2) by way of sliding surfaces (4, 5) and is adjustable by means of a handle portion, wherein arranged on the slider bar (1) are one or more locking bolts (6) which project out of the groove (2) and which are provided for engagement into locking portions arranged on the frame assembly, further comprising a corner deflection means, a transmission, a locking means or the like, characterised in that the slider bar (1) is fitted loosely in the groove (2) and is connected only in the region of its respective end to the corner deflection means, the transmission, the locking means or the like and for that purpose is provided with at least one respective opening for a connecting member, that in addition the sliding surfaces (4) of the slider bar (1) are provided on the side remote from the locking bolt (6) and the slider bar (1) in cross-section is in the form of a hollow profile, and that the sliding surfaces of the groove (2) are formed by a respective guide recess (8) arranged at the upper edge of the groove (2) and the sliding surfaces of the slider bar (1) are formed by respective edge projections which are arranged at the side surfaces thereof and which bear against the recess surface of the guide recess (8), which surface is parallel to the groove bottom.
  3. A window or door frame according to claim 2 characterised in that on their side towards the locking bolts (6) the edge projections (9) are of a configuration tapering inclinedly in a wedge shape.
  4. A window or door frame according to one of claims 2 and 3 characterised in that the guide recess (8) is formed by an edge bar portion (10) whose end face also serves as a sliding surface for the slider bar (1).
  5. A window or door frame according to one of claims 1 to 4 characterised in that the locking bolts (6) are arranged in stamped holes in the slider bar (1).
  6. A window or door frame according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterised in that on its side remote from the locking bolts (6) the slider bar (1) is provided with strip-shaped weight elements (11).
