Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de corps creux, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé consistant à :
    - préfabriquer des éléments trapézoïdaux individuels (1), dont la section transversale forme respectivement un segment du corps creux fini (2), deux surfaces de liaison (3, 4) étant présentes sur chaque élément individuel (1) pour fixer les éléments individuels (1) entre eux,
    - placer les éléments individuels (1) l'un à côté de l'autre dans l'alignement de manière à obtenir une surface fermée approximativement en forme de plaque, formant la face externe de la pièce finie,
    - appliquer au moins une bande de ruban adhésif (5) sur cette surface,
    - retourner la structure, en imprégner les surfaces de liaison (3, 4) d'agents liants ou d'adhésif, et
    - enrouler les éléments individuels (1) jusqu'à obtenir un corps creux fermé (2) et consolider ensuite le corps creux à l'aide d'au moins une bande de ruban adhésif.
  2. Procédé de fabrication de corps creux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise au moins une extrémité saillante de la au moins une bande de ruban adhésif (5) employée pour fabriquer la structure en forme de plaque pour consolider le corps creux fermé (2).
  3. Procédé de fabrication de corps creux selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on retire les bandes de ruban adhésif (5) après séchage de l'agent liant ou de l'adhésif.
  4. Dispositif pour fabriquer un corps creux en mettant en oeuvre un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente au moins un cadre réversible (6), pivotant dans son ensemble, qui est quant à lui constitué d'un cadre directionnel (7) et d'un cadre pivotant (9) relié au cadre directionnel (7) à distance réglable par au moins une articulation (8), dans lequel le cadre directionnel (7) présente au moins deux flancs d'ajustage (10, 11), dont au moins l'un est conçu mobile pour le réglage d'une mesure de distance fixe à l'intérieur du cadre directionnel (7).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le cadre directionnel (7) présente des écarteurs (12) susceptibles de s'aligner en fonction de la distance entre centres des surfaces de liaison (3, 4).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le cadre directionnel (7) présente au moins un cadrage pour régler les dimensions relatives à la pièce.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'articulation (8) entre le cadre directionnel (7) et le cadre pivotant (9) est une articulation à charnière, dont la première branche (13) est reliée directement au cadre directionnel (7) et dont la seconde branche (14) s'engage dans un dispositif de réglage (15), qui présente, pour sa part, une liaison avec le cadre pivotant (9).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage (15) présente un dispositif de levage entraîné par voie mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique ou électromagnétique.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage (15) présente une douille (16) avec un filet intérieur (17), dans lequel on peut visser une pièce rapportée (18), laquelle pièce rapportée présente un filet d'usage courant (19) opposé au filet intérieur (17) et qui peut être vissé sur une branche (14) de l'articulation (8), et sur laquelle pièce rapportée se trouve, en outre, une surface de prise ou d'attaque (20) pour un outil ou le dispositif de levage.
