Definitions
- the invention relates to a building wall, in particular a building exterior wall, consisting of a support structure, the at least two substantially horizontally oriented longitudinal beams and at least two substantially vertically aligned cross member, which in nodes with each other are connected and on at least one side of the longitudinal and transverse beams a Planking, wherein between the longitudinal and transverse beams a heat- and / or sound insulation layer is arranged.
- Such building walls are known from the prior art. Usually such building walls have a support structure in wood construction on.
- the support structures consist of longitudinal and transverse beams, with in Dependence of the length or height of the building wall several longitudinal or Cross member may be provided. Compared to conventional truss constructions such support structures are not static enough stable, so that at least one planking must be provided, which the Stiffening support structure statically.
- Between the longitudinal and / or cross members a heat and / or sound insulation layer is provided.
- Such heat and / or Sound insulation layers are usually not suitable, the static To improve stability of such building walls, as usual heat and / or Sound insulation materials not or only limited to pressure or train are resilient. Since the standard cross sections of the wooden structures in the area are about 8 to 10 cm, which is arranged between this planking Heat and / or sound insulation layer usually insufficient to the required sound insulation values or the required thermal resistance to reach.
- US-A-4 658 557 discloses a corresponding building wall, which is designed as a building exterior wall.
- This previously known building wall consists of a support structure that is at least two substantially horizontal aligned longitudinal beams and at least two substantially vertically aligned Cross member which are interconnected in nodes. It is also a planking on at least one side of the longitudinal and transverse beams intended. Between the longitudinal and transverse beams is still a heat and / or Sound insulation layer arranged.
- the invention has the object, in terms of improving a generic building wall of their moisture resistance, sound insulation and protection against pests and in terms of their thermal resistance, while improving the konres thermal resistance, while the structural design of such a building wall in terms of its processing into simplify.
- a foil is arranged in particular in the form.
- the inventive embodiment of a generic Building wall an additional heat and / or sound insulation layer, with the interposition of a water-draining and vapor-permeable layer is arranged on the outside planking.
- This water-draining and vapor-permeable layer which is preferably formed as a film, protects the Supporting structure, d. H. the longitudinal and transverse beams before the passage of Moisture and wood pests.
- the advantage is achieved that the wooden support structure is durable.
- the order the water-draining and vapor-permeable layer directly on the planking has the advantage that the water-draining and vapor-permeable layer substantially from damage, for example during assembly of the building wall is protected by anchors or the like. This eliminates costly Fastening measures of the film, otherwise usual arrangement on the Surface of the additional external insulation. Furthermore, the water-draining and vapor-permeable layer already on the factory side on large-surface planking be provided so that when mounting the building wall only the joints of abutting planking plates in addition to a water-draining and vapor-permeable film covered or overlapping must be sealed.
- the layer has a diffusion-equivalent air layer thickness S D ⁇ 0.5 m, in particular ⁇ 0.2 m.
- the support structure on both sides of a planking, so that the first heat and / or sound insulation layer completely in the building wall is included.
- the building wall can be set up individually Consist of elements, each with a support structure and two Planking with interposed heat and / or sound insulation layer exhibit.
- the building wall construction site is built from their individual components. In the course of increasing However, prefabricated house construction is the former design of the Building wall of particular economic importance.
- an outer shell in particular be arranged in the form of masonry.
- This masonry may for example be provided with an outer layer of plaster.
- the Outer shell may be spaced from the thermal and / or sound insulation layer be arranged to form an air gap, dissipated via the moisture can be.
- the distance between the outer shell and the heat and / or Sound insulation layer is less than 10 cm, in particular less than 6 cm and has a size of at least 2 cm.
- the Distance between the outer shell and the heat and / or sound insulation layer thus between 2 and 6 cm tall.
- connection of the outer shell with the outside planking takes place via spacer elements that are connected to the outside Planking are connected and the heat and / or sound insulation layer succeed.
- the water-draining and vapor-permeable layer directly on the planking Fasten.
- a bonding of this layer on the planking advantageous.
- the bonding can be done both full and partial area and factory-made. This will damage this water-draining and vapor-permeable layer during the usual Aufmauems the outer shell and its anchoring on the insulating layer or on the planking, for example by anchors to be performed, but also especially in correcting the correct arrangement of the water-draining and permeable layer prevented.
- the planking consists of statically effective elements.
- statically effective elements In particular are full wood, wood-based materials in the form of resin-bonded or cement-bonded wood Particle board, pore lightweight concrete, plasterboard and / or gypsum fibreboard panels suitable.
- As a thermal and / or sound insulation layer are mineral fiber products, especially rock wool products provided.
- a windsperrende and especially steam-braking Layer is arranged in the form of a film, cardboard and / or a paper.
- the building wall consists of a support structure 1, which is not shown in detail, vertically extending cross members and with the cross members at junctions connected, horizontally oriented side rail 2 made of wood. Between the longitudinal members 2 is a heat and sound insulation layer. 3 made of rock wool, which is the space between the longitudinal beams 2 and fills the flanking crossbeams.
- the support structure 1 is on both sides with a planking of wood panels over the entire surface covered.
- the planking consists of an inner planking 4 and an outer planking 5, wherein the outer planking 5 directly on the longitudinal members 2 and the cross members, not shown, of the support structure 1 is applied while the inner planking 4 with interposition a wind barrier and vapor barrier layer 6, consisting from a film on the longitudinal members 2 and the not shown Cross beams of the support structure 1 is attached.
- the support structure 1 forms together with the inner and the outer planking 4 or 5 a statically stable building wall.
- a water-permeable and diffusion-open layer 7 with a diffusion-equivalent air layer thickness S D of 0.15 m is applied.
- This water-draining and diffusion-open layer 7 is fixed or glued to the outer skin 5, wherein the adhesive layer is formed over part of the surface.
- a plastic film is provided as a water-permeable and permeable layer 7, a plastic film is provided.
- a heat and sound insulation layer 8 applied in the form of rock wool panels.
- the Rock wool boards can be applied to the water-draining and vapor-permeable layer 7 glued or otherwise secured. For example, this can be done Also profile elements may be provided with the outer panel 5 screwed and formed engaging in the stone wool slabs.
- the heat and sound insulation layer 8 is made of a plurality of spacer elements 9, which is an outer shell in the form of a masonry connect to the outer panel 5.
