Claims (12)
- Procédé de récolte et d'ordonnancement selon une séquence de numérotation des liasses de papiers-valeur au moyen de palettes de transfert véhiculées individuellement entre un poste de délivrance des liasses contenant m papiers-valeur dont la numérotation est une séquence continue de m numéros et un poste de finissage formant un paquet contenant des liasses de m papiers-valeur numérotées dans une séquence prédéterminée de numéros, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un premier et un second circuit de transfert en boucle fermée munis de moyens pour être interconnectés à volonté, sur lesquels circulent lesdites palettes, que l'on dispose sur chaque circuit n/q palettes, n étant le nombre de papiers-valeur imprimés sur une feuille avant le découpage en papiers-valeur individuels, et q le nombre de liasses successives de m papiers-valeur chacune venant d'une même pile de m feuilles et formant une séquence prédéterminée de qxm numéros, le premier circuit étant proche d'un poste de délivrance des liasses de m papiers-valeur chacune et le second circuit est proche d'un poste de finissage, que l'on dispose successivement dans chacune des palettes du premier circuit lors de son passage devant le poste de délivrance de liasses, q liasses de m papiers-valeur que l'on répète cette opération p fois de sorte à disposer dans chaque palette des liasses de papiers-valeur numérotées en séquence prédéterminée de pxqxm numéros, que lorsque la première palette pleine approche de l'interconnexion, on active les interconnexions entre le premier circuit avec le second et on transfert du premier circuit au second les palettes chargées et du second au premier les palettes vides, que l'on déconnecte les deux circuits et que les palettes se trouvant sur le premier circuit recommencent le cycle précédent pour être chargées chacune avec des liasses, lors des p passages successifs devant le poste de délivrance de liasses, pendant que les palettes chargées se trouvant sur le second circuit sont déchargées une à une au poste de formation de finissage des paquets, et qu'on arrête la circulation des palettes sur le circuit qui a terminé son cycle en attendant que l'autre termine et que l'on reconnecte les deux circuits pour échanger les palettes et ainsi de suite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que chacune des liasses est banderolée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'on inverse le sens de circulation des palettes du premier circuit entre deux passages de toutes les palettes devant le poste délivrant lesdites liasses de papiers-valeur, ou à volonté pour tenir compte de la numérotation des papiers-valeur dans chaque liasse, ou de la séquence d'ordonnancement prédéterminée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'on modifie l'ordre de passage des palettes devant le poste délivrant les liasses au moyen d'un système d'aiguillage pour tenir compte de la séquence d'ordonnancement prédéterminée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que m est égal à 100, p est égal à 10 et q est égal à 1.
- Installation de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une de revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un poste délivrant des liasses de papiers-valeur adjacent à un premier circuit en boucle fermé muni de moyens pour entraíner individuellement n/q palettes et un second circuit à boucle fermé muni de moyens pour entraíner individuellement n/q palettes, un poste de finissage adjacent au second circuit, des moyens d'interconnexion desdits circuits permettant de faire passer les palettes du premier circuit au second et celles du second au premier.
- Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que le premier circuit est muni de moyens permettant d'inverser le sens de déplacement des palettes entre deux passages de l'ensemble des palettes devant le poste de délivrance des liasses.
- Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que le premier circuit comprend un système d'aiguillage pour changer l'ordre de passage des palettes entre deux passages desdites palettes devant le poste de délivrance des liasses.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que les deux circuits sont des circuits disposés perpendiculairement au sol dans un ou deux plans.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que les circuits sont parallèles au sol.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée par le fait qu'un circuit est vertical et l'autre horizontal par rapport au sol.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisée par le fait que la vitesse de déplacement des palettes du second circuit est au moins égale à 1/p de la vitesse de déplacement des palettes du premier circuit.
