Claims (14)
- Kabel zur Übertragung von elektrischen Signalen mita) einer Kabelseele, welche zumindest zwei nebeneinander liegende mit einer Aderisolierung versehene Adern aufweist,b) einem Innenmantel, welcher von der Kabelseele leicht entfernbar ist,c) einem Schirm sowied) einem äußeren Kabelmantel gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:1) die Oberfläche jeder Aderisolierung (1a,2a) weist eine Beschichtung (3) aus einem Trennmittel auf,2) der Schirm besteht aus einer ersten auf dem Innenmantel (4) aufliegenden Metallfolie (5), einer die Metallfolie (5) umgebende Verseillage (6)aus einer Vielzahl von Metalldrähten sowie einer auf der Verseillage (6) liegenden Metallfolie (7).
- Kabel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der Aderisolierung (1a,2a) befindliche Trennschicht eine Wachsschicht ist.
- Kabel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der Aderisolierung (1a,2a) befindliche Trennschicht (3) eine dünne Schicht aus einem Faservlies ist.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aderisolierung (1a,2a) zweischichtig ist, wobei die innere Schicht weich und die äußere Schicht hart ist.
- Kabel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Schicht aus einem geschäumten Polyolefin besteht.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenmantel (4) aus einem geschäumten Polyolefin, vorzugsweise geschäumtem Polypropylen besteht.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innen liegende Metallfolie (5) eine zumindest an einer Seite mit Kunststoff beschichtete Kupfer- oder Aluminiumfolie ist.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innen liegende Metallfolie (5) längseinlaufend auf den Innenmantel (4) aufgebracht ist.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verseillage (6) mit wechselnder Schlagrichtung der Drähte auf die innen liegende Metallfolie (5) aufgebracht ist.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drähte der Verseillage (6) verzinnte Kupferdrähte sind.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der Verseillage (6) befindliche Metallfolie (7) eine zumindest an einer Seite mit Kunststoff beschichtete Folie aus Kupfer oder Aluminium ist.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die über der Verseillage (6) befindliche Metallfolie (7) mit dem Außenmantel (8) verklebt ist.
- Kabel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die über der Verseillage (6) befindliche Metallfolie (7) längseinlaufend aufgebracht ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kabels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:a) Herstellen der Adern durch Beschichten eines metallischen Leiters mit Kunststoff.b) Aufbringen der Trennschicht auf die Aderisolierungc) Verseilen der Adern zu einer Kabelseeled) Umhüllen der Kabelseele mit einem Innenmantel durch Extrusion des Innenmantelse) Auflegen einer ersten längseinlaufenden Metallfolie auf den Innenmantelf) Umseilen der ersten Metallfolie mit einer Vielzahl von Metalldrähteng) Auflegen einer zweiten längseinlaufenden Metallfolie auf die Umseilung undh) Extrusion des Außenmantels, wobei die Schritte a bis h im Tandem durchgeführt werden.
