Abstract

本发明公布室外用阻燃防潮耐磨抗干扰数字电缆,属于数字通信电缆技术领域。导体外紧密挤制复合绝缘层构成导线,每2条导线进行绞合而成对线组形成通信单元;2~8个通信单元与复合填充物绞合形成圆形截面的缆芯,复合填充物由玻璃纤维丝与阻水纱进行绞合而成;缆芯外绕包复合包带层,复合包带层外绕包阻水带层,阻水带层外加纵包的挡潮屏蔽层,挡潮屏蔽层为铝‑聚乙烯复合带纵包粘接屏蔽层,最外层为挤制的复合护套层。本发明采用阻燃、阻水材料,提高了电缆的阻燃防火性能,复合护套层采用高性能的防火阻燃材料和高强度光滑耐磨材料,减小了施工时摩擦,便于施工,适用于复杂环境下数字通信。

技术领域
本发明属于数字通信电缆技术领域,特别涉及室外用阻燃防潮耐磨抗干扰数字电缆。
背景技术
随着数字化时代的到来,对通信产品在复杂外界环境中,防火、防潮、抗电磁辐射、抵御外界电磁波干扰和要求在恶劣环境下的铺设能力也提出了较高的要求,而目前现有的数字电缆通常适用于正常的环境条件,满足不了恶劣的环境,因此开发一种防火、防水、抗干扰以及施工方便快捷的数字通信电缆具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的为解决背景技术中所述的问题,提供室外用阻燃防潮耐磨抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,导体1外挤制复合绝缘层2构成导线,复合绝缘层2是由内绝缘层21外挤制外绝缘层22构成,每2根导线绞合而成对线组形成通信单元;2~8个通信单元与复合填充物3绞合形成圆形截面的缆芯,缆芯外依次绕包内包带层41、中间包带层42和外包带层43,组成复合包带层,复合包带层外绕包阻水带层5,阻水带层5外纵包挡潮屏蔽层6,并在挡潮屏蔽层6的纵包搭接处用热熔胶密封或用加热装置加热密封;挡潮屏蔽层6外依次挤制内护套层71和外护套层72组成复合护套层;所述复合填充物3由玻璃纤维丝与阻水纱进行绞合而成。
所述导体1为标准GB/T3956-2008所述的单芯和多芯电缆用第1种实心铜导体,导体直径为0.5mm~0.9mm;
所述内绝缘层21的材料为阻燃聚烯烃绝缘材料;
所述外绝缘层22的材料为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘材料;
所述内包带层41和外包带层43的材料均为聚酯带;
所述中间包带层42的材料为隔热无纺布;
所述阻水带层5的材料为高吸水膨胀型阻水带;
所述挡潮屏蔽层6的材料为铝-聚乙烯复合带;
所述内护套层71的材料为陶瓷化硅橡胶护套材料;
所述外护套层72的材料为阻燃尼龙塑料。
本发明的有益效果为,采用铝-聚乙烯复合带粘接屏蔽纵包,并在纵包搭接处用热熔胶密封或用加热装置加热密封,形成全封闭设计,提高了电缆的防潮性能和结构强度,同时屏蔽层能减少外界的电磁干扰对电缆导体的影响,保证电缆的信息传输效果;采用阻燃材料和阻水材料的复合填充,起到防火耐高温和阻水挡潮的效果;采用全干式阻水结构,提高了数字电缆的横向和纵向的阻水性能,避免采用油膏填充方式污染环境;采用高性能的防火阻燃材料,提高数字电缆的阻燃防火性能;采用高强度光滑材料,减小了施工时的摩擦,便于施工,能适应较为恶劣的环境中使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明进一步说明。
本发明实施例为室外用阻燃防潮耐磨抗干扰数字电缆,图1为室外用阻燃防潮耐磨抗干扰数字电缆的截面结构示意图,图2为通信单元的截面结构示意图。
符合标准GB/T3956-2008所述的单芯和多芯电缆用第1种实心铜导体1外挤制复合绝缘层2构成导线,导体直径为0.5mm,复合绝缘层2是由内绝缘层21外挤制外绝缘层22构成,每2根导线进行绞合而成对线组形成通信单元,如图2所示;4个通信单元与复合填充物3绞合形成圆形截面的缆芯,复合填充物3由玻璃纤维丝与阻水纱进行绞合而成;缆芯外依次绕包内包带层41、中间包带层42和外包带层43,组成复合包带层,其中,内包带层41和外包带层43均为绕包两层聚酯带组成,复合包带层外绕包阻水带层5,阻水带层5外纵包一层挡潮屏蔽层6,并在挡潮屏蔽层6的纵包搭接处用热熔胶密封;挡潮屏蔽层6外依次挤制内护套层71和外护套层72组成复合护套层。
内绝缘层21的材料为阻燃聚烯烃绝缘材料,外绝缘层22的材料为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘材料;内包带层41和外包带层43的材料均为聚酯带,中间包带层42的材料为隔热无纺布;阻水带层5的材料为高吸水膨胀型阻水带;纵包的挡潮屏蔽层6的材料为铝-聚乙烯复合带;内护套层71的材料为陶瓷化硅橡胶护套材料,外护套层72的材料为阻燃尼龙塑料。
本发明采用铝-聚乙烯粘结屏蔽纵包,并在纵包搭接处用热熔胶密封或用加热装置加热密封,形成全封闭设计提高了电缆的防潮性能和结构强度,同时屏蔽层能减少外界的电磁干扰对电缆导体的影响,保证电缆的信息传输效果;采用阻燃材料和阻水材料的复合填充,起到防火耐高温和阻水挡潮的效果;采用全干式阻水结构,提高了数字电缆的横向和纵向的阻水性能,避免采用油膏填充方式污染环境;采用高性能的防火阻燃材料,提高了数字电缆的阻燃防火性能;外护套层采用光滑耐磨的尼龙塑料作为护层,减小了施工时的摩擦,便于施工,能适应较为恶劣的环境中使用;本发明适用于复杂环境下数字通信。

Claims (10)

1.室外用阻燃防潮耐磨抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,导体(1)外挤制复合绝缘层(2)构成导线,所述复合绝缘层(2)是由内绝缘层(21)外挤制外绝缘层(22)构成,每2根导线绞合而成对线组形成通信单元;2~8个通信单元与复合填充物(3)绞合形成圆形截面的缆芯,缆芯外依次绕包内包带层(41)、中间包带层(42)和外包带层(43),组成复合包带层,复合包带层外绕包阻水带层(5),阻水带层(5)外纵包挡潮屏蔽层(6),并在挡潮屏蔽层(6)的纵包搭接处用热熔胶密封或用加热装置加热密封;挡潮屏蔽层(6)外依次挤制内护套层(71)和外护套层(72)组成复合护套层;所述复合填充物(3)由玻璃纤维丝与阻水纱进行绞合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述导体(1)为标准GB/T3956-2008所述的单芯和多芯电缆用第1种实心铜导体,导体直径为0.5mm~0.9mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述内绝缘层(21)的材料为阻燃聚烯烃绝缘材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述外绝缘层(22)的材料为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述内包带层(41)和外包带层(43)的材料均为聚酯带。
6.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述中间包带层(42)的材料为隔热无纺布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述阻水带层(5)的材料为高吸水膨胀型阻水带。
8.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述挡潮屏蔽层(6)的材料为铝-聚乙烯复合带。
9.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述内护套层(71)的材料为陶瓷化硅橡胶护套材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的室外用阻燃、防潮、耐磨和抗干扰数字电缆,其特征在于,所述外护套层(72)的材料为阻燃尼龙塑料。
