Claims (4)

  1. Ensemble enfichable (1) pour fixer des lignes électriques dans un répartiteur d'un équipement de télécommunication, l'ensemble (1) enfichable sur un composant de contact pouvant être équipé de parafoudres (2), l'ensemble (1) présentant des creux et des contacts pour y insérer des fusibles (3) et l'ensemble (1) étant doté d'une nervure d'enfichage (4) pouvant être insérée entre les contacts à ressort (8) du composant de contact et présentant des deux côtés à chaque fois une rangée d'éléments de contact enfichables (5) qui s'étendent dans le sens de l'enfichage et qui sont opposés les uns aux autres par paires dans deux couches séparées, caractérisé en ce que l'un des éléments de contact enfichables (5) d'une paire est à chaque fois plié en forme de U dans le plan de l'autre couche au niveau du côté frontal de la nervure d'enfichage (4) qui fait face au composant de contact, en ce qu'une traversée (11) est prévue dans la nervure d'enfichage (4) à la suite du pliage, en ce qu'un point de séparation destiné à la séparation optionnelle d'une nervure de liaison (10) entre les deux couches est prévu dans la zone de la traversée (11) dans l'élément de contact enfichable et en ce que les contacts à ressort (8) du composant de contact peuvent être déposés sur les éléments de contact enfichables (5) directement à la suite des points de séparation.

Ensemble selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que pour les paires d'éléments de contact enfichables (5) voisines, les nervures de liaison (10) sont disposées selon une symétrie axiale les unes par rapport aux autres et en ce qu'une traversée (11) continue commune est prévue entre les deux nervures de liaison (10).
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux couches d'éléments de contact (6) sont découpées et pliées dans une platine commune, en ce que les éléments de contact (6) des deux couches restent reliés entre eux d'une seule pièce, en ce que les éléments de contact (6) reliés sont surmoulés avec un boîtier dans un moule et en ce que les nervures de liaison (10) sont ensuite sectionnées en fonction des besoins.
