Definitions
- the invention relates to a rail profile formed by two curved moldings with two opposite, one in having substantial C-shaped cross-section, connecting areas with two each approximately parallel to each other side walls, which protrude from a rear wall and have free end portions, with an angled portion, each substantially parallel to the side walls extending webs are provided, wherein the two rear walls by each extending substantially parallel to the side walls connecting walls with each other are connected.
- the rear walls each have a substantially V-shaped cross-section, whose the corresponding free end facing base angle is less than 180 °.
- the Moldings are cohesively along the crest lines of the rear walls formed by the base angle connected with each other.
- the above-mentioned rail profiles serve, for example, the attachment, in particular the Suspension, of pipe supports.
- a pipe through a pipe clamp suspended on a rail profile for example, a structure by the Connection of several rail profiles conceivable.
- a fastener such as a rail nut releasably set, to which an object can be fastened.
- From DE 298 23 181 is a rail profile with two opposite, a having substantially C-shaped cross-section, connecting areas known. Further The two connection areas each have a rear wall, which by connecting walls connected to each other.
- a disadvantage of the known solution is that the arrangement of two connection areas the height of the rail profile, which extends parallel to the side walls and extends normal to the longitudinal direction of the rail profile, interfering with many applications effect. Due to the excessive height of the rail profile over known rail profiles with a connection area, handling is also difficult for a user of the rail profile.
- connection areas have two approximately parallel mutually extending side walls, which protrude from a rear wall and free end portions having, with an angled portion, each substantially parallel to the side walls running webs are provided.
- the two back walls are each through connected substantially parallel to the side walls extending connecting walls.
- the Connection walls abut each other and can with openings for performing a Be provided fastener.
- the back walls continue to point each substantially a V-shaped cross-section, facing its corresponding free end Base angle ( ⁇ ) is less than 180 °.
- the moldings are along the, from the base angle ( ⁇ ) formed crest lines of the rear walls are materially interconnected.
- An advantage of the known solution is that the rail profile has a low overall height and is economically producible.
- a disadvantage of the known solution that the Rail profile has a low stability, in particular a low torsional strength.
- the present invention is based on the object, a rail profile with two substantially C-shaped connection areas to create, which has a low height and is economically producible.
- the rail profile should have a high stability.
- the object is achieved in that the Connecting walls to form a box-shaped central part are spaced from each other.
- the height of the Side walls which extends normal to the longitudinal direction of the rail, small dimensions are, as an inserted fastener, especially in the middle of a large height having. Furthermore, by the substantially V-shaped cross section is a high Stability of the rail profile achieved, especially in the field of torsional stiffness.
- the cross section of the rail profile for example, W- or U-shaped be formed, if an application reaching fastener a accordingly formed sub-area, which opposes the corresponding Rear wall extends.
- the rail profile is characterized by two curved moldings that run along the two Crest lines are interconnected to form an economic production of the Ensure rail profile.
- the two mold parts are materially connected to each other so that a particularly stable connection of the two mold parts is guaranteed.
- the base angle preferably corresponds to about 120 ° to 160 °, to the lowest possible Height of the rail profile to obtain and also a handy installation of a Ensure application reaching fastener.
- the apex line formed by the base angle of the rear wall extends substantially Centered to the side walls, for optimal recording of an application to ensure reaching fastener.
- the apex line is preferably parallel to the sidewall to facilitate easy shifting to ensure a fastener inserted in a connection area. Should, for example, due to certain conditions of an application a such possibility of displaceability be undesirable, it can, for example, by a deviating from the side wall leadership of the crest line this can be achieved. Further is by an accurate coordination of the sizing of the applicable to the application Fasteners and the formation of the apex line a kind of locking effect between the applied fastener and the connection area reachable.
- the plane passing through the respective apex lines forms a Symmetry plane of the rail profile. This is the use of both connection areas facilitated for a user, since the rail profile symmetrical, for example, mirror-symmetrical is trained.
- the height extending from a free end to the corresponding free end height The rail profile preferably corresponds to 3.5 to 4.5 times that of a free end to the corresponding rear wall extending connection height. This is one optimal balance between stability of the rail profile and the height of the same guaranteed.
- the extent of the connection region corresponds normal to the opening 1.25 to 1.75 times the extent of the sidewall normal to Opening to ensure optimum dimensioning of the rail profile.
- the two moldings for example in particularly stressed Ranges a multiple of the wall thickness of the remaining portion of the molding.
- this is one or more convolutions executed.
- the two mold parts have areas with substantially V- or U-shaped Cross sections in order to ensure increased stability in this area.
- the back wall and / or the side walls have at least areas with a substantially V- or U-shaped cross section.
- FIG. 1 is a rail profile according to the invention with two opposing, having a substantially C-shaped cross-section terminal portions 1 with each two approximately mutually parallel side walls 2 shown.
- the side walls 2 protrude from a rear wall 4 and have free end portions 5, which with a Angling each with substantially parallel to the side walls 2 extending webs 6 are provided.
- the two rear walls 4 are each through substantially parallel to the Side walls 2 extending connecting walls 7 connected to each other.
- the rear wall 4 each has a substantially V-shaped cross-section, whose the base end (5) facing the free end 5 is less than 180 °, in particular approximately 140 ° equivalent. Further, the apex line 3 formed by the base angle ( ⁇ ) of the rear wall 4 runs essentially in the middle and approximately parallel to the side walls 2. The two crest lines 3 define a plane of symmetry of the rail profile.
- the rail profile is made of two curved moldings that run along the two crest lines 3 are integrally connected to each other by a weld are.
- the from a free end 5 to the corresponding free end 5 extending height a of the rail profile corresponds to about 4 times that of a free end.
- 5 corresponds to the corresponding rear wall 4 extending connection height b.
- connection height b about 1.5 times the extension c of the side wall normal to the opening.
- FIGS. 2 to 5 show further embodiments of the invention Rail profile with two opposing, one substantially C-shaped Cross-section having terminal portions 11, each with two approximately parallel to each other extending side walls 12 shown.
- the side walls 12 protrude from a rear wall 14 and have free end portions 15, which with a bend with each substantially are provided parallel to the side walls 12 extending webs 16.
- the two Rear walls 14 are each through substantially parallel to the side walls 12 extending Connecting walls 17 connected to each other.
- the rail profiles shown in Figs. 2 to 5 are made of two curved moldings, along two crest lines 13 with each other through a Weld seam are cohesively connected. In contrast to that shown in Fig. 1 Embodiment, however, the two mold parts are bent differently. By overlapping in certain target areas this will increase stability in these target areas ensured, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 2.
- One more way To influence the stability is through the molding of the molding in the target area, such as this is evident for example from FIG. 4.
- By the formation of essentially V or U-shaped cross-sections in the target areas ensures increased stability. Since the stress of the rail profile in particular transversely to the longitudinal direction of the rail profile takes place, the cross section of the rail profile, in particular in the normal plane to the longitudinal direction of such a trained cross-section.
