Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Anschlußsäule als Einschubteil mit mehreren Steckdoseneinsätzen für Netzspannungsanschlüsse und für Informationsanschlüsse, wobei ein in eine Geräteplatte eingelassener Ringmantel mit Führungen in Schienen der Anschlußsäule eingreift und wobei ein am Kopf der Anschlußsäule angeordneter Deckel die Kopfseite des Ringmantels abschließt. Eine derartige Auschlußsäule, entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, ist bereit aus US-A-5 351 173 bekannt.
Eine derartige Anschlußsäule stellt für bewegliche Datengeräte und andere Stromverbraucher die Netzspannung und/oder die Informationsversorgung bereit. Eine handelsübliche Anschlußsäule der gattungsgemäßen Art schließt in unbenutztem Zustand die Tischplatte nicht einwandfrei ab und ist in der Handhabung unzweckmäßig.
Das Einschubteil kann in eine Tischplatte versenkbar, in eine vertikale Geräteplatte in horizontaler Richtung einschiebbar oder in eine Bodenplatte eines Hängeteils z.B. eines Küchenschranks nach oben einschiebbar sein. Im folgenden ist die Erfindung anhand eines in eine Tischplatte versenkbaren Emschubteils erläutert.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung einer Anschlußsäule mit einem bündigen Abschluß der Tischplatte in unbenutztem Zustand und einer leichten Handhabbarkeit.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß der Deckel entgegen einer Vorspannung um einen parallel zur Ebene einer Einsatzplatte eines Steckdoseneinsatzes ausgerichteten Gelenkzapfen auf der Einsteckseite der Einsatzplatten hochschwenkbar ist.
Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als der Deckel bündig mit der Tischplatte abschließt und entgegen einer Vorspannung hochgeschwenkt werden kann. In dieser hochgeschwenkten Stellung läßt sich die Anschlußsäule mit Hilfe des Deckels hochziehen, so daß die Steckdoseneinsätze zugänglich sind. Nach Einstecken der Stecker in die Steckdoseneinsätze wird die Anschlußsäule abgesenkt. Die Anschlußleitungen der Stecker reichen durch die Stirnöffnung nach außen sind durch den Deckelrand teilweise abgedeckt. Dieses gilt entsprechend für eine Bodenplatte aus der das Einschubteil nach unten herausgezogen und wieder nach oben eingeschoben werden kann.
Eine stabile Anlenkung des Deckels wird dadurch erzielt, daß eine Kopfplatte der Anschlußsäule in Lagerstegen den Gelenkzapfen aufnimmt.
Die Vorspannung des Deckels in Schließlage wird dadurch erreicht, daß eine auf dem Gelenkzapfen sitzende Schenkelfeder sich an der Kopfplatte und an dem Deckel abstützt.
Der Deckel wird in der Schließlage dadurch formschlüssig abgesützt, daß ein Ansatz des Deckels sich an einer Anschlagstufe der Kopfplatte abstützt.
Die Handhabung und Betätigung des Deckels wird dadurch errleichtert, daß der Deckel auf der der Anschlastufe abgewandten Seite eine Mulde aufweist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel wird anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert, in denen darstellen:
  • Fig. 1 eine Tischplatte mit einem geschlossenen Deckel einer versenkten Anschlußsäule,
  • Fig. 2 eine Perspektive geschnitten in einer Radialebene zur Achse des Deckels,
  • Fig. 3 einen entsprechenden ebenen Schnitt,
  • Fig. 4 einen ebenen Schnitt senkrecht zur Achse der Anschlußsäule,
  • Fig. 5 einen Schnitt entsprechend der Fig. 2 mit aufgeschwenktem Deckel,
  • Fig. 6 die Anschlußsäule in herausgezogenem Zustand,
  • Fig. 7 die mit Steckern versehene Anschlußsäule in versenktem Zustand und
  • Fig. 8 die versenkte Anschlußsäule mit Steckern und aufgeschwenktem Deckel.
    • Fig 1 zeigt eine Ecke einer Tischplatte 1 eines Tisches, insbesondere eine Konferenztisches, eines Arbeitstisches, eines Kabinentisches oder dergleichen. Die Tischplatte 1 hat einen Ausschnitt 2 mit Kreisquerschnitt, der einen Ringmantel 3 aufnimmt. In dem Ringmantel 3 ist eine Anschlußsäule 4 in vertikaler Richtung als Einschubteil verschiebbar geführt. Auf der Kopfplatte 5 der Anschlußsäule 4 ist verschwenkbar ein Deckel 6 montiert, der in Fig. 1 in geschlossenem Zustand dargestellt ist.
    Der Ringmantel 3 liegt mit einem Flansch 7 am Rand des Ausschnitts 2 an. An der Innenseite des Ringmantels 3 sind zwei axiale Führunganasen 8, die bei dargestellten dem Ausführungsbeispiel einander diametral gegenüberstehen. Auf ein Gewinde 9 auf der Außenseite des Ringmantels 3 ist ein Gewindering 10 aufschraubbar, womit der Ringmantel 3 an der Tischplatte 1 festspannbar ist.
    Die Anschlußsäule 4 umfaßt einen Profilabschnitt mit Führungsschienen 11, die auf die Führungsnasen 8 aufsteckbar sind. Die Anschlußsäule 4 nimmt in Aufnahmeprofilen 12 Steckdoseneinsätze 13 für Netzspannungsanschlüsse und Steckdoseneinsätze 14 für Informationsanschlüsse auf, die bekannt sind und nicht in Einzelheiten erläutert werden. In den Fig. 6 und 7 sind Netzspannungsstecker 15 und Informationsstecker 16 eingezeichnet. Die Anschlußleitungen der Steckdoseneinsätze 13 und 14 sind nach unten abgeführt. Das Kopfende der Anschlußsäule 4 ist durch die Kopfplatte 5 abgeschlossen, die nach Fig. 3 auf den Stirnenden der Führungsnasen 8 aufliegt und das Einschieben der Anschlußsäule 4 begrent. Am Unterende der Anschlußsäule 4 befindet sich ebenfalls ein nicht dargestelltes Anschlagstück, das mit den Führungsnasen 8 zusammenwirkt und das Herauszeiehen der Anschlußsäule 4 begrenzt.
    Die Kopfplatte 5 weist in Zentrum zwei nach oben weisende, parallel zueinander ausgerichtete Lagerstege 17 mit Durchgängen 18 auf. Auf der den Steckdoseneinsätzen benachbarten Seite sind die Lagerstege 17 durch eine Anschlagstufe 19 verbunden. Ferner ist eine Aufnahme 20 für einen Schenkel einer Schenekelfeder 21 vorhanden;
    Der Deckel 6 greift mit einem mantelförmigen Ansatz 22 über die Lagerstege 17. Der Ansatz 22 weist ebenfalls eine nicht dargestellte Aufnahme für einen Schenkel der Schenkelfeder 21 auf. Der Ansatz 22 und die Lagerstege 17 sind durch einen Gelenkzapfen 23 verbunden. Die Schenkelfeder 21 spannt den Deckel m der Verschlußlage vor, wobei nach Fig. 2 der Ansatz 22 auf der Anschlagstufe 19 aufsteht. Zur Betätigung des Deckels 6 ist ist der Anschlagstufe 19 gegenüberliegend eine Mulde 24in die Dekkeloberfläche eingeformt.
    Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen die Anschlußsäule mit geschlossenem Deckel 6. Durch Drücken auf die Mulde 24 wird der Deckel 6 in Öffnungslage nach Fig. 5 bewegt, so daß man unter den Deckelrand greifen kann. Die Anschlußsäule 4 wird durch Ziehen an dem Deckel 6 in die Stellung gemäß Fig. 6 nach oben gezogen. Jetzt sind die Steckdoseneinsätze 13 und 14 zugänglich, so daß Netzspannungsstecker 15 und Informationsstecker 16 in der erforderlichen Anzahl eingesteckt werden können.
    Die Anschlußsäule 4 wird in den Ringmantel 3 eingeschoben, so daß die aus der Stirnfläche austretenden Leitungen durch den Deckel 6 abgedeckt sind. Der Deckel 6 ist nur teilweise geschlossen, vgl. Fig. 5 und 8.

    Claims (5)

    1. Elektnsche Anschlußsäule (4) als Einschubteil mit mehreren Steckdoseneinsätzen (13) für Netzspannungsanschlüsse und für Informationsanschlüsse, wobei ein in eine Geräteplatte (1) eingelassener Ringmantel (3) mit Führungen (11) in Schienen der Anschlußsäule eingreift und wobei ein am Kopf der Anschlußsäule angeordneter Deckel (6) die Kopfseite des Ringmantels abschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (6) entgegen einer Vorspannung um einen parallel zur Ebene einer Einsatzplatte (25) eines Steckdoseneinsatzes (13) ausgerichteten Gelenkzapfen (23) auf der Einsteckseite der Einsatzplatten (25) hochschwenkbar ist.
    2. Anschlußsäule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kopfplatte (5) der Anschlußsäule (4) in Lagerstegen (17) den Gelenkzapfen (23) aufnimmt.
    3. Anschlußsäule nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine auf dem Gelenkzapfen (23) sitzende Schenkelfeder (21) sich an der Kopfplatte (5) und an dem Deckel (6) abstützt.
    4. Anschlußsäule nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ansatz (22) des Dekkels (6) sich an einer Anschlagstufe (19) der Kopfplatte (5) abstützt.
    5. Anschlußsäule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (6) auf der der Anschlagstufe (19) abgewandten Seite eine Mulde (24) aufweist.
