Claims (13)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (1) mit einem Basisteil (9), mit einem mit dem Basisteil (9) zusammensteckbaren Steckteil (12) und mit mindestens einem Verriegelungshebel (3),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Lagerarm als Federarm (8) ausgebildet ist derart, dass zum Verrasten und Entrasten des Verschlussschenkels (6) der Verriegelungshebel (3) gegen die Federkraft des Federarmes (8) gegenüber dem Basisteil (9) in Richtung auf das Steckteil (12) verschiebbar ist.der Verriegelungshebel (3) hat einen am Steckteil (12) verrastbaren Verschlussschenkel (6) und einem am Basisteil (9) des Steckverbinders (1) schwenkbar gelagerten Lagerschenkel (5) und ist ein einstückiges integrales Bauteil,wobei der Lagerschenkel (5) zwei Lagerarme (7, 8) aufweist, welche zur Lagerung des Verriegelungshebels (3) einen Lagerzapfen (10) am Basisteil (9) zumindest teilweise zur Bildung eines Drehgelenks umgreifen,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussschenkel (6) derart ausgebildet ist, dass er zur Verrastung einen Verriegelungszapfen (14) am Steckteil (12) des Steckverbinders (1) hintergreift. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussschenkel (6) zur Aufnahme des Verriegelungszapfens (14) ausgemuldet ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerarme (7, 8) im wesentlichen in einer Ebene liegen. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerarme (7, 8) zur Aufnahme des Lagerzapfens (10) ausgemuldet sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungshebel (3) einen weiteren aus dem Lagerschenkel (5) ausgebildeten Anschlagsarm (15) aufweist, der derart ausgebildet ist, dass er einen Anschlag zur Federwegbegrenzung des Federarms (8) bildet. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkebene des Verriegelungshebels (3) etwa parallel zu der in Steckrichtung (13) verlaufenden Mittellängsachse des Steckverbinders (1) ausgerichtet ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungshebel (3) plattenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verriegelungshebel (3) aus einem federnden Werkstoff, insbesondere Federstahl, hergestellt ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem dem Lagerschenkel (5) abgewandten Ende des Verriegelungshebels (3) eine Handhabe (17) angebracht ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Verriegelungshebel (3) einen Verriegelungsbügel (2) bilden derart, dass die Verriegelungshebel (3) an dem dem Lagerschenkel (5) abgewandten Ende durch ein Querjoch (4) miteinander verbunden und im wesentlichen zueinander parallel angeordnet sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Querjoch (4) als Handhabe (17) ausgebildet ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Lagerzapfen (10) und Verriegelungszapfen (14) hinsichtlich Ausbildung und Anordnung an Basisteil (9) und Steckteil (12) des Steckverbinders (1) identisch sind derart, dass der Verriegelungshebel (3) wahlweise auch am Verriegelungszapfen (14) lagerbar ist, wobei der Lagerzapfen (10) dann die Funktion eines Verriegelungszapfens übernimmt.
