Description
Aus den Dokument US 5,050,256 und US 5,950,264 sind antiallergene Bezugsstoffe bekannt, bei denen eine Polyurethanschicht auf ein Trägermaterial auflaminiert ist. Die Polyurethanschicht soll dabei dem Material eine Porengröße < 10µm bei gleichzeitig noch vorhandener Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit verleihen.
Claims (10)
- Verwendung eines Mikrofiiament-Vtiesstoff mit Flächengewichten von 70 bis 150g/m2 und einem Partikelrückhaltevermögen > 90 % für Partikelteilchen < 0,5 µm, wobei der Vliesstoff aus schmelzgesponnenen, verstreckten und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegten Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 1,5 bis 5 dtex besteht und die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente gegebenenfalls nach einer Vorverfestigung zumindest zu 80% zu Mikro-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 0,8 dtex gesplittet und verfestigt sind, als Allergiker Schlafwäsche.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vliesstoff aus schmeizgesponnenen, aerodynamisch verstreckten und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegten Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 2 bis 3 dtex besteht und die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente gegebenenfalls nach einer Vorverfestigung zumindest zu 80 % zu Mikro-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 0,3 dtex gesplittet und verfestigt sind.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament ein Bikomponenten-Endlosfilament aus zwei inkompatiblen Polymeren, insbesondere einem Polyester und einem Polyamid, ist.
- Verwendung nach Anspruche 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente einen Querschnitt mit orangenartiger oder auch "Pie" genannten Multisegment-Struktur aufweisen oder eine "side-by-side"-Struktur besitzen, wobei die Segmente alternierend jeweils eines der beiden inkompatiblen Polymeren enthalten.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der das Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament bildenden inkompatiblen Polymere ein Additiv, wie Farbpigmente, permanent wirkende Antistatika und/oder die hydrophilen oder hydrophoben Eigenschaften beeinflussenden Zusätzen in Mengen bis zu 10 Gewichtsprozent, enthält.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vliesstoffpunktkalandriert ist.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Vliesstoff die Verfestigung und Splittung der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente dadurch erfolgt, daB der Vliesstoff mindestens einmal auf jeder Seiten mit Hochdruck-Fluidstrahlen beaufschlagt wird.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Vliesstoff eine Färbung der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente durch Spinnfärben vorgenommen wird.
- Verwendung nach einem derAnsprüche 1 bis 8 als Bettlaken.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Bettwäsche.
