Description
The invention relates to the use of a microfilament nonwoven fabric having basis weights of 70 to 150 g / m 2 and a particle retention capacity> 90% for particle particles <0.5 microns, as allergy sleeping clothes.
A not inconsiderable part of the population suffers from allergies caused by house dust mites. In particular, the upholstery of mattresses, pillows and duvets provide ideal breeding grounds for dust mites, as mites can retreat into the interior and thus avoid a permanent removal by washing the cover fabrics such as sheets and bed sheets. It has therefore already been proposed to equip the cover fabrics with acaricidal active ingredients. The disadvantage here is that the active ingredients are removed very quickly by the necessary washing for hygienic reasons. Another proposal is to apply a tight film on a fabric. However, this prevents the moisture transport and sweat can no longer be diverted.
From the document US 5,050,256 and US 5,950,264 antiallergic fabrics are known in which a polyurethane layer is laminated to a substrate. The polyurethane layer is intended to impart to the material a pore size of <10 .mu.m while still permitting water vapor permeability.
The invention has set itself the task of inexpensive sleepwear, the one has high particle retention at a low weight and a Specify method for their preparation.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that a nonwoven fabric with basis weights of 70 to 150 g / m 2 and a particle retention> 90% for particle <0.5 microns is used as the sleep fabric of the nonwoven fabric of melt spun, stretched and deposited directly to a nonwoven Multi-component continuous filaments with a titer of 1.5 to 5dtex and the Mehrkomponentenlosfilfilee optionally after a preconsolidation at least 80% to micro-continuous filaments with a titer of 0.1 to 0.8 dtex are split and solidified. Such a sleepwear, with a comparatively low weight, has a particle retention capacity> 90% for particle particles <0.5 .mu.m and is therefore suitable as a hypoallergenic sleeping lye, in particular vis-a-vis house dust mites and their secretions.
Preferably, the sleepwear is one in which the nonwoven fabric is made melt spun, stretched and deposited directly to a nonwoven Multi-component continuous filaments with a titer of 2 to 3 dtex consists and the multi-component continuous filaments at least 80% to micro continuous filaments with a titer of 0.1 to 0.3 dtex split and solidified are.
Preferably, the sleepwear is one in which the multi-component continuous filament a bicomponent filament of two incompatible Polymers, in particular a polyester and a polyamide. Such Bicomponent filament has a good splittability in micro continuous filaments and causes a favorable ratio of strength to Weight per unit area.
Preferably, the sleepwear is one in which the multi-component continuous filaments a cross-section with orange or "pie" Having said multi-segment structure, wherein the segments alternately each containing one of the two incompatible polymers. Beside this orange-like multisegment structure of the multicomponent continuous filaments is also a "side-by-side" (s / s) arrangement of incompatible polymers in the Multi-component endless filament possible, preferably for the production crimped filaments is used. Such arrangements of incompatible Polymers in the multicomponent continuous filament have proven to be very good fissile proved.
Preferably, the sleepwear is still one in which at least one of the multicomponent continuous filament forming incompatible polymer Additive, such as color pigments, permanent antistatic agents and / or the hydrophilic or hydrophobic properties affecting additives in Amounts up to 10% by weight. The spun-dyed fibers existing sleepwear has a very good wash fastness. Farther can be reduced or avoided by the additives static charges and the moisture transport properties are improved.
Preferably, the sleepwear is still one that is point calendered. A such surface design improves abrasion resistance.
The process for making a sleepwear exists in that multicomponent continuous filaments are melt-spun, stretched and placed directly to a fleece, a Pre-consolidation takes place and the nonwoven fabric by high-pressure fluid jets solidified as at the same time in micro continuous filaments with a titer of 0.1 to 0.8 dtex is split. The resulting sleepwear is very even in terms of its thickness, it has an isotropic thread distribution, has no tendency to delaminate and is characterized by high module values excellent.
Advantageously, the method for producing the sleepwear in the Performed such that the solidification and splitting of the multi-component continuous filaments characterized in that the optionally pre-consolidated Nonwoven fabric at least once on each side with high pressure water jets is charged. The sleepwear has thereby a good surface and a degree of splitting of the multi-component continuous filaments> 80%.
Particularly preferred is a method in which the multi-component continuous filaments be spun dyed. The integration of the dyes in the Polymer fibers leads to excellent wash fastness.
The abrasion resistance of the sleepwear according to the invention is characterized improves that the micro filaments on the surfaces of the nonwoven fabric selectively welded together by a thermal calendering process become. For this purpose, the solidified and split into micro filaments Nonwoven fabric passed through heated rollers, which have elevations and on These sites to a fusion of micro-filaments lead one another.
The sleepwear is particularly suitable as bed linen and sheets for allergy to dust mites and their Secretions. In addition, the sleepwear has a good water absorption and drainage capacity, which is reflected in corresponding values of water vapor permeability and short-term water vapor absorption capacity or the water vapor resistance manifests.
From a polyester-polyamide (PES-PA) -bicomponent continuous filament a Filamentflor is produced with a basis weight of 154 g / m 2 and subjected to a water jet needling with pressures up to 250 bar on both sides.
