Definitions
- insulated Tank containers For transport and storage of temperature-controlled goods are insulated Tank containers required, usually insulated with insulation materials which are applied to the tank and surrounded by an outer shell are. Temperature changes of the cargo arise on the one hand by the Dämmaterial itself and on the other by thermal bridges, for example at the metallic joints between tank and frame arise. These temperature changes require additional heating or Cooling units to maintain a specific temperature range.
- High quality insulation especially vacuum insulation, where the space between the tank and the outer shell is evacuated, can over a longer period temperature ranges comply with and thus avoid the use of additional equipment.
- the insulating effect decisively limited by remaining thermal bridges.
- the heat output or take-up especially big, since the connection between Tank and frame largely for reasons of strength over metallic Components takes place.
- the preamble of claim 1 corresponds to one DE 32 12 696 C2 known freight container, in which a tank over a Ring taillight is connected to the front frame. Even with an insulating Intermediate layer between tank-side front ring and frame-side saddle ring There is there metallic fastening screws, both Enforce rings and the liner, a highly conductive, metallic Coupling between tank and frame. Such a saddle is also from DE 90 14 104 U1 known. In addition, conventional liners only absorb pressure forces. From USP 4,065,022 a saddle arrangement is known in which the cylindrical part of a container in a radial layered ring structure stored in a container frame is, wherein the ring structure is a resilient, non-metallic Liner includes. EP 0 760 345 A2 a tank container in which an inner container of Plastic foam surrounded and fixed by this in one Outer container is arranged without metallic contact.
- the invention is based on the general problem of as they occur in comparable prior art, at least partly to be eliminated. A more specific task can be seen in a suitable for receiving tempered cargo tank container with low heat losses, which is also suitable for high quality insulation, especially suitable for vacuum insulation.
- tank can be undesirable by the Isolierzarge Thermal bridge effects between tank and frame considerably be reduced.
- the metallic terminal ends may each be conventional Way with tank or frame side elements one Ring tying be connected.
- the insulating frame transfers all loads between tank and frame; It can be prefabricated and easily be processed as quasimetallisches component.
- the design according to claim 8 avoids temperature-related Tensions between tank and outer shell caused by different Thermal expansion of tank and outer shell arise. This is also large, tank and outer shell penetrating openings possible, without that at the joints critical voltages occur.
- Claims 9 to 14 give particularly advantageous embodiments of Isolierzarge to optimize the strength and the insulating effect.
- the tank container comprises a substantially cylindrical tank 1, which is connected via ring seals 2 with two end frames 3 .
- Each end frame 3 is provided with two upper and two lower corner fittings 4, 5 .
- the end frames 3 have upper and lower transverse beams 6, 7 and corner supports 8 , which are arranged between the corner fittings 4, 5 .
- the end frame 3 are reinforced by diagonal braces 9 used .
- saddle structures 11 are mounted for better power transmission between outer shell 10 and front frame, which are connected by struts 12 with the lower corner fittings 5 .
- Additional bottom groups 13 with corner fittings 5 allow the variable coupling to (not shown) vehicle chassis.
- the end frame 3 is welded to corresponding recesses in the transverse bars 6, 7, the corner supports 8 and the diagonal struts 9 with the outer shell 10 .
- the end frame can also be designed according to DE 32 12 696 C2 and attached to the end faces of the ends 14 of the outer shell 10 .
- the ring tether 2 comprises an end ring 15, a Isolierzarge 16 and a first saddle ring 17.
- the end ring 15 is designed as a piece of pipe and is welded to a bottom 18 of the tank 1 .
- a reinforcing ring 19 with radially extending flange is inserted between the bottom 18 and the end ring 15 .
- the first saddle ring 17 is welded to the cylindrical outer shell 10 and connected by ribs 20 with a second saddle ring 21 , wherein the ribs 20 are also welded to the outer shell 10 , which in turn is welded to corresponding cut-out frame parts 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 .
- FIG. 3 shows the remaining profile of a corner support 8 .
- the conical Isolierzarge 16 consists of a metallic, narrow, tank-side terminal end 22 , an intermediate piece 23 and a metallic, wide, frame-side terminal end 24th
- the intermediate piece 23 consists of a suitable fiber-reinforced plastic, in which the terminal ends 22, 24 are laminated, which are additionally fixed via the intermediate piece 23 and the terminal ends 22, 24 passing through pins 25 positively.
- the distance and thus the number of pins 25 can be varied according to the loads to be transmitted. Usually, the loads transmitted in the lower part of the tank container are higher than those in the upper part. This should be increased in the lower part, the number of pins 25 .
- the cross section of the intermediate piece 23 can be reduced between the two terminal ends 22, 24 in order to further reduce the heat transfer.
- an intermediate layer 26 with additionally reduced thermal conductivity can be used within the intermediate piece between the terminal ends in order to further improve the insulating effect of the intermediate piece 23 .
- the tank-side terminal end 22 is welded to the cylindrical peripheral surface 28 of the end ring 15 , and the frame-side terminal end 24 is welded to the radially extending end face 29 of the first saddle ring 17 .
- longitudinal and transverse tolerances with respect to the tank axis 30 can be compensated during assembly.
- the end 14 of the outer shell 10 is also welded. This creates between tank 1 and outer shell 10 an evacuated Holhraum 27th
- the fiber-reinforced plastic constituting the intermediate piece 23 has low outgassing rates to minimize the internal leakage of the evacuated cavity 27 .
- the tensile strength of a suitable insulating skirt 16 is above 105 N / mm 2 .
- the outer shell 10 has two Kompensatorringe 31 , compensate for the temperature-induced different changes in length in the axial direction of the tank 1 and outer shell 10 by elastic deformation. Between the compensator rings 31 , a connection region 32 is arranged, which passes through the outer shell 10 and is connected to the tank 1 . By Kompensatorringe 31 , the connection points between terminal portion 32 and outer shell 10 on the one hand and between terminal portion 32 and tank 1 on the other hand stress-free.
