Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum kontrollierten Abbrechen eines Startvorgangs für einen Verbrennungsmotor (4) mit:(a) einem Anlasser (2);(b) einer Steuerungseinrichtung (24), die mit dem Anlasser (2), einer Einspritzanlage (20) und einer Zündanlage (22) in Wirkverbindung steht; und(c) einem Timer (26) zum Verzögern der Abschaltung des Anlassers (2) bezogen auf den Zeitpunkt des Abschaltens der Einspritzanlage (20) und der Zündanlage (22) in Antwort auf ein Startabbruchsignal.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Anlasser (2) durch eine mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung (12) ansteuerbare Einrückeinrichtung (6) mit dem Motor (4) in und außer Wirkverbindung bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Steuerungseinrichtung (24) mit der Betätigungseinrichtung (12) in Wirkverbindung steht und das Abschalten des Anlassers (2) mit einem Ausrücken der Einrückeinrichtung (6) gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Anlasser (2) mit einem Startschalter (8), der mit der Steuerungseinrichtung (24) in Wirkverbindung steht, betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, wobei die Steuerungseinrichtung (24) eine mit der Betätigungseinrichtung (12) in Wirkverbindung stehende Einrücksteuerung (14), eine mit der Einspritzanlage (20) in Wirkverbindung stehende Einspritzsteuerung (16) sowie eine mit der Zündanlage in Wirkverbindung stehende Zündsteuerung (18) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Timer (26) in die Steuerungseinrichtung (24) integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Steuerungseinrichtung (24) in eine Motorsteuerung für den Motor (4) integriert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, wobei der Timer (26) mit dem Startschalter (8), dem Anlasser (2) und optional mit der Steuerungseinrichtung (24) in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Verfahren zum kontrollierten Abbrechen eines mit einem Anlasser (2) durchgeführten Startvorgangs für einen Verbrennungsmotor (4) mit den Schritten:(a) Erfassen eines Startabbruchsignals;(b) Zuführen des Startabbruchsignals an eine Steuerungseinrichtung (24), um ein weiteres Einspritzen von Kraftstoff-Luft-Gemisch und weitere Zündaktivitäten zu unterbinden;(c) Zuführen des Startabbruchsignals an einen Timer (26) zum Verzögern der Abschaltung des Anlassers (2) und/oder der Trennung des Anlassers (2) vom Motor (4) bezogen auf den Zeitpunkt des Unterbindens der Einspritzung und der Zündaktivitäten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Abbrechen des Startvorgangs durch Beenden der Betätigung eines mit dem Anlasser (2) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Startschalters (8) eingeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei das Zuführen des Startabbruchsignals gemäß Schritt (b) durch Zuführen des Startabbruchsignals an eine Einspritzsteuerung (16) und eine Zündsteuerung (18) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei der Anlasser (2) durch eine mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung (12) ansteuerbare Einrückeinrichtung (6) mit dem Motor (4) in und außer Wirkverbindung bringbar ist und die Steuerungseinrichtung (24) mit der Betätigungseinrichtung (12) in Wirkverbindung steht, um das Abschalten des Anlassers (2) mit einem Ausrücken der Einrückeinrichtung (6) zu koppeln.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Steuerungseinrichtung (24) eine mit der Betätigungseinrichtung (12) in Wirkverbindung stehende Einrücksteuerung (14) aufweist, die als Antwort auf ein vom Timer (26) geliefertes Signal die Einrückeinrichtung (6) ausrückt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, wobei der Timer (26) das Abschalten des Anlassers (2) so steuert, daß der Motor (4) solange in Vorwärtsrichtung bewegt wird bis keine Gemischentflammung mehr erfolgen kann.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 und des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14 für einen Boxermotor, insbesondere einen in einem Motorrad vorgesehenen Boxermotor.
