Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung (1) für die Sanitärinstallation mit einem mindestens zwei Vertikalstreben (2) aufweisenden Rahmen, wobei der Fuß (5) jeder Vertikalstrebe (2) durch mindestens eine nach unten überstehende Lasche (6) gebildet ist, die nach außen in eine horizontale Stellung umbiegbar ist.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung für die Sanitärinstallation mit einem mindestens zwei Vertikalstreben aufweisenden Rahmen.
Sanitärelemente für den Trockenbau stellen üblicherweise Rahmenkonstruktionen dar, die sich aus der Anordnung horizontaler und vertikaler Profilstücke ergeben, an die verschiedene Sanitärinstallationen, wie z.B. ein Spülkasten, angebracht werden können. Je nach Anwendungsfall werden entweder Vertikalstreben, die in entsprechenden horizontalen Bodenleisten befestigbar sind, oder Vertikalstreben, die unmittelbar auf dem Boden befestigt werden, verwendet.
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, daß die Vertikalstreben wahlweise in Bodenleisten oder unmittelbar auf dem Fußboden befestigt werden können.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch erfindungsgemäß gelöst, daß der Fuß jeder Vertikalstrebe durch mindestens eine nach unten überstehende Lasche gebildet ist, die nach außen in eine horizontale Stellung umbiegbar ist.
Vorzugsweise weist die Vertikalstrebe zwei Laschen auf, die jeweils an einer horizontalen Falzlinie nach außen in die horizontale Stellung umbiegbar sind. So kann die Vertikalstrebe wahlweise mit nach unten überstehenden Laschen in eine nach oben offene Bodenschiene oder in ein entsprechendes Verbindungselement einer unteren Vertikalstrebe eingreifen oder mit nach außen umgebogenen Laschen unmittelbar auf dem Fußboden aufstehen. Aufgrund der Falzlinie kann die Lasche vor Ort vom Installateur leicht umgebogen werden.
Für eine definierte umgebogene Stellung kann seitlich an der Vertikalstrebe für jede Lasche ein Vorsprung vorgesehen sein, an dem die umgebogene Lasche anliegt.
Um die Vertikalstreben mit ihren umgebogenen Laschen am Fußboden festschrauben zu können, weist jede Lasche ein Befestigungsloch auf.
Bei bevorzugten Ausführungsformen der Erfindung kann die Vertikalstrebe an ihrem Kopfende ein aufgestecktes Verbindungselement mit Aufnahmen aufweisen, in die eine weitere Vertikalstrebe mit ihrer bzw. ihren Laschen von oben einsteckbar ist.
Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung und der Zeichnung. Ebenso können die vorstehend genannten und die noch weiter aufgeführten Merkmale erfindungsgemäß jeweils einzeln für sich oder zu mehreren in beliebigen Kombinationen Verwendung finden. Die gezeigten und beschriebenen Ausführungsformen sind nicht als abschließende Aufzählung zu verstehen, sondern haben vielmehr beispielhaften Charakter für die Schilderung der Erfindung.

Die für die Sanitärinstallation verwendete Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung ist in Fig. 1 insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnet und umfasst einen Rahmen mit zwei Vertikalstreben 2, zwischen denen ein Spülkasten 3 befestigt ist. An ihrem unteren Ende sind die Vertikalstreben 2 in einer am Fußboden verankerten Bodenschiene 4 befestigt. Dazu ist, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, der Fuß 5 jeder Vertikalstrebe 2 durch zwei nach unten überstehende Laschen 6 gebildet, mit denen die Vertikalstrebe 2 in die nach oben offene Bodenschiene 4 eingreift.
Soll die Vertikalstrebe 2 unmittelbar auf dem Fußboden aufstehen, so werden die beiden Laschen 6 um eine nicht dargestellte horizontale Falzlinie um 90° nach außen in die in Fig. 3 gezeigte horizontale Stellung umgebogen. Außen an der Vertikalstrebe 2 sind zwei Vorsprünge 7 vorgesehen, an denen die umgebogenen Laschen 6 jeweils zur Anlage kommen. Zur Verankerung am Fußboden ist in den Laschen 6 jeweils ein Befestigungsloch 8 vorgesehen.
Fig. 4 zeigt das Kopfende einer unteren. Vertikalstrebe 2, auf das ein Verbindungselement 9 aufgesteckt ist. Das Verbindungselement 9 hat oben zwei schlitzförmige Aufnahmen 10, in die eine obere Vertikalstrebe 2 mit ihren beiden Laschen 6 einsteckbar ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung (1) für die Sanitärinstallation mit einem mindestens zwei Vertikalstreben (2) aufweisenden Rahmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß (5) jeder Vertikalstrebe (2) durch mindestens eine nach unten überstehende Lasche (6) gebildet ist, die nach außen in eine horizontale Stellung umbiegbar ist.
  2. Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertikalstrebe (2) zwei Laschen (6) aufweist.
  3. Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertikalstrebe (2) für jede Lasche (6) eine horizontale Falzlinie aufweist, an der die Lasche (6) nach außen in die horizontale Stellung umbiegbar ist.
  4. Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass seitlich an der Vertikalstrebe (2) für jede Lasche (6) ein Vorsprung (7) als Anlage für die umgebogene Lasche (6) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lasche (6) ein Befestigungsloch (8) aufweist.
  6. Vorwandinstallationsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertikalstrebe (2) an ihrem Kopfende ein aufgestecktes Verbindungselement (9) mit Aufnahmen (10) aufweist, in die eine weitere Vertikalstrebe (2) mit ihrer bzw. ihren Laschen (6) einsteckbar ist.
