Um zu verhindern, dass der vom Absaugtrichter erzeugte Unterdruck zu einem Flattern der aus dem Spalt zwischen dem Stanzzylinder und dem Gegendruckzylinder austretenden Bogenteile führt, sind bei der bekannten Stanzanordnung Andrückwalzen oder -rollen vorgesehen, welche den Bogen so lange gegen eine Gegendruckfläche drücken, bis er den Wirkungsbereich des Absaugtrichters verlassen hat. Nachteilig an dieser Anordnung ist, dass diese Andrückwalzen bzw. -rollen die im Offset-Druck-Verfahren hergestellten Bogen nur in nicht bedruckten Randbereichen berühren können, da es ansonsten zu einem Verwischen zumindest der zuletzt aufgedruckten Farbe kommen würde, die beim Durchlaufen des Stanzwerkes noch nicht völlig durchgetrocknet ist. Eine Alternative wäre hier lediglich, zwischen dem letzten Druckwerk und dem Stanzwerk eine Förderstrecke vorzusehen, die so lang ist, dass für die zuletzt aufgedruckte Farbe ausreichend Zeit zum Durchtrocknen bleibt. - A stamping arrangement according to claim 1 or claim 2 characterised in that the size of the cross-section of the suction intake opening (9) of the at least one suction removal hood (8) is somewhat larger than the stamping to be sucked away thereby.
- A stamping arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the size of the suction intake opening of the suction removal hood (8) is adjustable.
- A stamping arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the blower device (14) includes a plurality of nozzles (30) which are stationary during operation and which each direct a respective jet of gas against the surface of the printed sheet (6), over which is disposed the suction intake opening (9) of the suction removal hood (8), the nozzles being arranged substantially uniformly around the periphery of the suction intake opening (9) of the at least one suction removal hood (8).
- A stamping arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the gas flowing in the blower device (14) is air.
- A stamping arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that there are provided two cylinders (2, 3), between which the printed sheets (6) pass and of which the one cylinder (2) on its otherwise smooth peripheral surface carries a number of stamping plates (4, 4'), which corresponds to the number of the stampings to be produced, while the other cylinder (3) which has a completely smooth peripheral surface serves as a counter-pressure cylinder for pressing the sheets (6) against the stamping plates (4, 4').
- A stamping arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that provided for each stamping to be produced is its own suction removal hood (8, 8').
