Claims (18)
- Einrichtung (1) zum Lagern eines ersten Bauteils, insbesondere einer Ölwanne, an einem zweiten Bauteil, insbesondere einem Motorblock einer Brennkraftmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch einen ersten Stützkörper (2) welcher über erste Verbindungsmittel (11) an dem ersten Bauteil festlegbar oder festgelegt ist, einen zweiten Stützkörper (3), welcher über zweite Verbindungsmittel an dem zweiten Bauteil festlegbar ist und welcher von dem ersten Stützkörper (2) beabstandet ist, und einen elastischen Körper (4), welcher ersten und zweiten Stützkörper (2, 3) flüssigkeitsdicht verbindet und den ersten Stützkörper (2) an dem zweiten Stützkörper (3) elastisch bewegbar festlegt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erster und/oder zweiter Stützkörper (2, 3) im wesentlichen steif ausgebildet sind und insb. aus Metall bestehen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erster und / oder zweiter Stützkörper (2, 3) als umlaufende Körper ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der insbesondere aus Elastomer bestehende elastische Körper (4) fest mit erstem und zweitem Stützkörper (2, 3) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Anlagefläche (5) von erstem Stützkörper (2) zum ersten Bauteil eine oder mehrere Dichtlippen (6, 6') vorgesehen sind, die insbesondere einstückig mit dem elastischen Körper (4) ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Anlagefläche (7) von zweitem Stützkörper (3) zum zweiten Bauteil eine oder mehrere Dichtlippen (8) vorgesehen sind, die insbesondere einstückig mit dem elastischen Körper (4) ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Stützkörper (2) winklig ausgebildet ist und einen Verbindungsabschnitt (9), der sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Dichtungsebene erstreckt sowie einen Stützabschnitt (10) aufweist, der sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Dichtungsebene erstreckt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Verbindungsmittel (11) als Laschen ausgebildet sind, welche in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen des ersten Bauteils, insbesondere der Ölwanne, einführbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Bauteil, insbesondere die Ölwanne und der erste Stützkörper (2) durch Umbiegen der Laschen (11) miteinander fest verbindbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (11) an dem ersten Stützkörper (2), insbesondere dessen Verbindungsabschnitt, ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen (11) an der Biegestelle (12) einen Abschnitt mit verringertem Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ausnehmungen (13) vorgesehen sind, welche sich durch den zweiten Stützkörper (3) und wenigstens einen Teil des elastischen Körpers (4) erstrecken.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (13) zum Motorblock hin offen und gegenüber dem von der Ölwanne umschlossenen Raum durch den elastischen Körper (4) abgedichtet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (13) derart ausgebildet sind, dass durch die Ausnehmungen (13) ein Werkzeug einführbar ist, um den ersten Stützkörper (2) abzustützen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einige der Ausnehmungen (13) benachbart zu den ersten Verbindungsmitteln (11) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Stützkörper (3) Verbindungsöffnungen (14) aufweist, durch die die zweiten Verbindungsmittel zum Verbinden mit dem zweiten Bauteil durchführbar sind.
- Vormontierte Ölwanneneinheit, welche eine Ölwanne aufweist, die mit einer Einrichtung (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche verbunden ist.
- Vormontierte Ölwanneneinheit nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Stützkörper ein Verbindungsflansch der Ölwanne ist.
