Claims (10)
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung mit einem Tambour, einer Tragtrommel und einer Bahneinführungseinrichtung mit einer zwei Zugstränge aufweisenden dynamischen Klemmeinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Klemmstrecke der Klemmeinheit, in der die zwei Zugstränge (3', 4') klemmend zusammenwirken, vor der Tragtrommel (7) endet und ein Zugstrang (4') über einen Abschnitt des Umfangs der Tragtrommel (7) geführt und vor einem Nip (8) zwischen der Tragtrommel (7) und dem Tambour (2) umgelenkt ist.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der Zugstrang (4'), der um die Tragtrommel (7) geführt ist, als Band ausgebildet ist.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Umlenkposition (12) und dem Nip (8) eine Druckluftführungseinrichtung (14) angeordnet ist.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dasjenige der Bänder um den Abschnitt des Umfangs der Tragtrommel (7) geführt ist, das bezogen auf die Tragtrommel (7) radial weiter außen angeordnet ist.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (4') auf der dem Tambour (2) gegenüberliegenden Seite auf die Tragtrommel (7) aufläuft.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (4') um eine vorbestimmte Strecke vom Nip (8) wegbewegbar ist, die ausreicht, um Platz für einen unbewickelten Tambour (18) zu schaffen.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (4') an der Umlenkposition (12) um eine Umlenkrolle (10) geführt ist, die verlagerbar ist.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrolle (10) auf einer bogenförmigen Bahn (11) verlagerbar ist.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrolle (10) um die Achse der Tragrolle (7) verschwenkbar ist.
- Bahnaufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bänder (3', 4') in einem axialen Abschnitt der Tragtrommel (7) angeordnet sind, der zumindest teilweise zur Arbeitsbreite gehört.
