Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mold for the production of moldings, in particular shaped concrete blocks with one or more mold cavities, each of which has one or more protruding into the cavity Mold cores for making recesses on the outside of the concrete block are assigned.
The concrete blocks made with such a shape (see e.g. DE-AS 1 708 675) have triangular shapes on each of the four sides Cams and indentations. When laying the concrete blocks the triangular cams engage in the corresponding recesses of the adjacent concrete block. This gives a heavy-duty vertical and horizontal support on all four sides of the concrete blocks. The triangle shape the cam and the recesses is for joining the Concrete blocks required when laying.
Die Formkerne müssen deshalb in relativ kurzen Zeitabständen gereinigt werdenFor making the triangular depressions in the concrete block it is known to have a triangular shaped core with the tip ahead retract linearly into the mold cavity. For this is located in the mold wall a recess through which the mandrel protrudes into the mold cavity. The disadvantage here is that when the mandrel is withdrawn Remnants of concrete stick to the mold core from the mold nest build up over time and grow bigger. The consequence of this is an irregular surface of the finished concrete block and one inadequate dimensional accuracy of the wells, which makes the fit Assembling the concrete blocks when laying difficult. Also irregularities occur when the mold is removed or when the mold is lifted on the outside of the finished concrete block, if the mandrel is in the retracted position and. concrete residues still adhere to the mold core. The mold cores must therefore be cleaned at relatively short intervals
The invention has for its object the disadvantages mentioned to avoid and create a form of the type mentioned at the beginning, which is a complete self-cleaning of the mold cores and thus one smooth and even surface finish of the finished Allows concrete block.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the Mold cores are pivoted and supported by at least one Recess in one or more mold walls or in the mold base can be pivoted back and forth into the mold cavity.
This prevents concrete from sticking to the mold cores. that the air gap between the inner boundary edge dimension the recess and the outer contour of the mandrel is that the boundary edge when swinging the mold cores back acts as a wiper.
In a preferred embodiment, the mold core or cores can be swiveled around a horizontal axis on the outside of the mold stored.
An essential feature of the invention is that the Form core is a cylindrical segment-shaped body with triangular-like End faces and the horizontal pivot axis of the mandrel in the Area of the central axis of the cylindrical segment-shaped body is, the opposite side of the pivot axis of the End faces each form an arc segment. As a result, the Swiveling back of the mandrel all surfaces of the mandrel, that came into contact with the concrete on the inner boundary edge stripped and cleaned the recess in the mold wall.
Vorzugsweise beträgt der Segmentwinkel des zylindersegmentförmigen Körpers ca. 90°.The segment angle of the cylindrical segment is preferably Body approx. 90 °.
In order to make the recesses in the concrete block roughly triangular, the end faces are chamfered in the area of the circular arc segments, so that on both end faces the shape of a truncated segment Bulges arise. This will bring the concrete blocks together enables when laying.
The angle is preferably at which the two end faces are bevelled towards the circular arc segment, approx. 45 °.
Dabei beträgt der Schwenkwinkel vorzugsweise ca. 90°.The mold cores can be swiveled in and out in both directions of rotation limited pivotable driven about the horizontal pivot axis. The swivel angle is preferably approximately 90 °.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the Swivel drive of the mold cores from an oblique slot control, the through a horizontally displaceable drive rod and at least one control pin attached to the actuator stem is formed, which slides into an oblique slot of the mandrel intervenes. Each mold wall of the mold cavity is a drive rod and assigned at least one mandrel, the drive rods on the inside of a common led around the mold Drive belts are attached to the piston rod one double-acting hydraulic cylinder is connected.
According to a further feature of the invention, the drive belt is over Deflection pulleys guided, each arranged at the four corners of the form are.
In another embodiment of the invention, the or the Mold cores can be swiveled on the outside around a vertical axis stored in the form.
In this version, each mandrel consists of a prismatic one Body with a triangular base, the vertical Swivel axis of the mandrel in the area of a corner of the Base area is arranged and one opposite the pivot axis Side of the mandrel forms an arc segment, the The center of the circle is the swivel axis.
When the mold core is swung back, it is turned towards the mold nest Side wall of the mandrel not stripped. That's why she sees Invention before that this side wall of the mandrel pivoted back Condition one level with the inside of the mold wall forms. This creates one when the mold is removed or raised Wiping effect, which ensures a smooth and clean surface of the finished Concrete block ensures.
So that the side wall of the mold core and the inside of the mold wall in the swiveled-back state of the mandrel, if possible form a closed surface, the swivel axis consists of a Vertical bearing that lies within the wall thickness of the mold wall.
To swivel in and out there is a protruding part on the mold core Lever arranged with one on the outside of the Mold wall attached drive unit is connected.
When using multiple mold cores, the levers are connected by an articulated rod connected to each other for the common drive.
In the case of a molded block made with a mold according to the invention and especially as a concrete composite stone for floor coverings or masonry is used, the protrusions on the side walls of the shaped stone as cylinder segments with triangular-like End faces formed, the inside of the shaped block horizontal cylinder axis of the cylinder segment horizontally and parallel runs to the side wall of the stone and the outer boundary of the cylinder segment are each formed by an arc segment whose center axis is the cylinder axis and the end faces are chamfered in the area of the circular arc segments, so that Both end faces form truncated cone-shaped curvatures. The segment angle of the cylinder segment is approximately 80 ° and the angle at which the end faces to the circular arc segments are bevelled, approx. 45 °.
According to another feature of the invention is next to each projection on the side wall of the molded block a the projection of the adjacent shaped stone corresponding recess arranged is produced with a mandrel according to the invention.
Particularly advantageous laying patterns result from the fact that a protrusion on each side wall of the square shaped block and a recess arranged in pairs next to each other at a distance are.
The advantages achieved with the invention are in particular that as a result of the self-cleaning of the mold cores, the cleaning intervals the shape can be extended and the manufacturing process is improved. Due to the pivotability of the invention Mold cores ensure that all surfaces of the mold core that have come into contact with the concrete when swinging back wiped clean and cleaned. This creates one Smoothing the surfaces of the concrete block produced in this way, so that a clean, regular and dimensionally stable surface of the concrete block is reached.

So that the concrete blocks 5 produced with the
6 angebracht. In Fig. 3 ist der Formkern 9 im zurückgeschwenkten
bzw. aus dem Formnest 2 herausgeschwenkten Zustand dargestellt. The
If the cylindrical segment-shaped
20 in Antriebsverbindung steht.
The swivel drive of the
beiden Treibriemen 23 zweier benachbarter Formnester 2 verbunden
sind. In the case of a multiple mold with four
An

ausgeführten Antriebseinheit 38 in Verbindung steht.
miteinander verbunden.The
8). Dadurch erfolgt beim Entformen bzw. Hochfahren der Form 1 eine
Selbstreinigung der Seitenwand 33 des Formkernes 28 und eine
gleichzeitige Glättung der Oberfläche des Betonformsteines 5.Before the
Fig. 10 shows the molded
So lässt
The embodiment of the
