With concrete floor slabs in particular, it is important to maintain the exact distance between the reinforcement mat and the outside of the floor slab in order to avoid the influence of salt water caused by winter scatter on the steel mat.
- the invention has for its object an exact To achieve positioning of the reinforcement mat in the form to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to enable a largely automated workflow.
- the object is achieved in that the mold insert which delimits the mold cavity has one or more movable stops which cooperate with the reinforcement mat and can be moved out of the mold cavity after the concrete mass has been compacted.
- FIG. 1 of the drawing shows, a mold 3 is placed on a molding board 4 on a vibrating table 1 of a molding machine 2.
- the mold 3 contains a mold insert 5 which delimits a mold cavity 6 to be filled with flowable concrete.
- a reinforcement mat 7 is inserted to reinforce the finished concrete molding.
- a sliding part 9 is provided on two opposite sides of the mold insert 5 on the inner wall 8 of the mold cavity 6, which limits the mobility of the reinforcement mat 7 in the transverse direction and downwards (FIG. 2).
- the sliding parts 9 are each horizontally displaceably mounted in a recess 10 of the opposite side walls of the mold insert 5.
- Each sliding part 9 is connected to two drive units 11, the piston rods 12 of which are fastened to the outside of the sliding part 9.
- the Drive units 11 consist of double-acting hydraulic cylinders, which are part of the form 3.
- the stop for the reinforcement mat 7 in the transverse direction of the form 3 is formed by two stop surfaces 14, which are each arranged at the ends of the sliding part 9. To make it easier to insert the reinforcement mat 7, the stop surfaces 14 are designed to converge downwards towards the support surface 13 (FIG 5).
- the stop for the reinforcement mat 7 in the longitudinal direction consists of an insert 15 which is mounted horizontally displaceably in the sliding part 9.
- piston rods 16 are fastened by two further drive units 17, which are provided for the horizontal displacement of the insert 15 relative to the sliding part 9.
- the drive units 17 consisting of double-acting hydraulic cylinders are fastened to the mold 3 in the same way as the drive units 11 for the sliding part 9.
- the sliding parts 9 are first brought into their position according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the reinforcement mat 7 is inserted into the mold cavity 6 and through the support surface 13 of the sliding parts 9 in the vertical direction and through the stop surfaces 14 in Positioned transversely.
- the drive units 17 are actuated and the inserts 15 are brought into their position according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
- the reinforcement mat 7 is thus positioned exactly in the longitudinal direction and thus in all three planes. This procedure means that the reinforcement mat 7 does not have to be inserted exactly between the inserts 15, since the exact positioning in the longitudinal direction takes place only after the inserts 15 have been inserted.
- the concrete mass is poured into the mold cavity 6 and compacted by shaking the mold 3.
- the sliding parts 9 and the inserts 15 are moved out of the mold cavity 6 in the longitudinal direction by actuating the drive units 11 and 17, until the inner sides of the sliding parts 9 and the inserts 15 lie flush with the inner wall 8 of the mold cavity 6 and the mold insert 5, respectively (Fig. 6).
- the resulting cavities 18 in the concrete mass are eliminated by shaking and refilling.
- the mold 3 is moved upwards in a known manner for demolding, the finished concrete molding being removed with the inserted reinforcement mat 7 on the mold board 3 (FIG. 7).
- the displaceable inserts 15 can be used to limit the reinforcement mat 7 in the longitudinal direction of the mold 3 to be replaced by two upward stops which are mounted in the sliding part 9 so as to be vertically movable.
- the upward spring-loaded stops have contact surfaces which, when the sliding part 9 moves out of the mold cavity 6, for example, interact with the upper boundary edge of the recess 10 in the mold insert 5 and are lowered downwards against the spring pressure, so that the sliding part 9 can extend unhindered until the inner wall 8 of the mold cavity 6 is closed flush with the sliding parts 9 and the stops.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for positioning inserts, in particular reinforcement mats made of steel, in molds for the production of concrete moldings, with a mold insert and at least one mold cavity, which receives the reinforcement mat and is filled with flowable concrete.
To reinforce the finished concrete moldings, it is known to insert so-called reinforcement mats, for example in the form of a flat steel mesh made of round steel, into the mold cavity before filling the mold. It is important that the reinforcement mat is correctly positioned in the form. To obtain sufficient reinforcement over the entire surface of the molded part, the reinforcement mat should extend as far as possible to the outside of the molded part. On the other hand, the reinforcement mat on the outside of the molded part must not be visible for optical reasons. In this case, the reinforcement mat would also rust or the concrete surface would be destroyed if the reinforcement mat was too close to the Outside of the molded part sits. With concrete floor slabs in particular, it is important to maintain the exact distance between the reinforcement mat and the outside of the floor slab in order to avoid the influence of salt water caused by winter scatter on the steel mat.
It is known to provide the ends of the reinforcement mat with plastic spacers. At least four spacers must be attached on the bottom side and at least two spacers on the long and short sides of the reinforcement mat in order to reliably prevent the reinforcing steel from reaching the outer surfaces of the concrete molding. In contrast, it can not be prevented that the spacers are on the outer surfaces of the concrete molding, which is also associated with disadvantages. The position of the reinforcement mat in relation to the outer surfaces of the molded concrete part cannot be precisely determined. The spacers are visible from the outside, which is disadvantageous for optical reasons. In addition, there is tension in the concrete and the surface is destroyed, especially when exposed to frost, because the spacers lie on the surface of the precast concrete and water can penetrate into the concrete. Another disadvantage is that the spacers have to be attached by hand, which is very labor intensive and costly.
The invention has for its object an exact To achieve positioning of the reinforcement mat in the form to avoid the disadvantages mentioned and to enable a largely automated workflow.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the mold insert which delimits the mold cavity has one or more movable stops which cooperate with the reinforcement mat and can be moved out of the mold cavity after the concrete mass has been compacted.

As FIG. 1 of the drawing shows, a
In order to position the
Die Wirkungsweise der Erfindung ist wie folgt. The operation of the invention is as follows.
By actuating the
In another embodiment of the invention, not shown, the displaceable inserts 15 can be used to limit the
