Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dishwasher with a rotatably mounted spraying device for distributing washing liquid onto the dishes to be stored in the dishwasher.
  • the rinsing liquid is supplied by a circulating pump to a rotatably mounted spray arm, from which the rinsing liquid is distributed to the items to be stored in the dishwasher.
  • the spray arm is set in motion, wherein due to the uniform supply of the rinsing liquid, the rotational movement is carried out at a constant angular velocity. It is known that in the corners, which are not immediately below the rotational range of the spray, less rinse liquid meets the items to be washed and so the cleaning effect is reduced there.
  • a dishwasher according to the preamble of claim 1 is made GB-A-1 119 449 known.
  • a control means which controls the rotation of the spray means in an angle-dependent manner, i. the angular velocity of the sprayer is dependent on the instantaneous angle of the sprayer, which is one revolution between 0 and 360 °.
  • the spray device is, for example, a rotatably mounted spray arm or another, rotatably mounted spray device, which distributes a rinsing liquid in the dishwasher interior by a rotating rotation.
  • the control device can be designed so that the spray rotates at each rotation with the same angle-dependent rotational or angular velocity, wherein the angular velocity differs at least at a predetermined angle of the angular velocity at the other angles.
  • the angular velocity is e.g. adjustable depending on a currently running washing program.
  • the spray can At the beginning of a cleaning or rinse cycle, more and more rinse liquid is emitted in the direction of the dosing device for the cleaning agent or the dosing device for the rinse aid, so that the cleaning or rinse aid is dissolved more quickly in the rinsing liquid and distributed to the items to be washed.
  • the circulation pump is controlled by the control device such that the spray device is an angle dependent an adjustable Spülillonkeitsmenge supplied.
  • the speed of the circulation pump can be increased to increase the flow rate. Due to the inertia accelerates the spray device, which is driven by the recoil pulse of the rinsing liquid, delayed first, so that the quadrant with increased rinsing liquid feed is passed slowly and the acceleration leads only to an increased angular velocity of the sprayer.
  • the subsequent quadrants with less Spülierikeits system be through go through the previous acceleration faster and slowed down at the same time by the lower Spülckenkeitszuschreib.
  • a braking or retaining element is controlled by the control device.
  • the braking or holding element acts on the angular velocity of the spraying device and by slowing down or holding the spraying device, an increased amount of flushing liquid is introduced into the area in which braking or holding is carried out.
  • a drive for the spray device which drives the spray device angle-dependent with different speed.
  • the spraying device slowly pass through a given quadrant of the dishwashing basket while, at the same time, the mechanical cleaning action of the dishwashing liquid is particularly strong due to the increased flushing liquid feed from the circulating pump.
  • a position sensor which detects the actual position of the spray device at least at one point.
  • the position sensor may be regularly a mechanical switch, an optical sensor, a magnetic switch or the like, which emits a signal when the spray is in a certain position.
  • the controller may also drive a flow control element or a flow control element be at least part of the control device, which also controls the amount of flushing liquid, which is supplied to the spraying device.
  • the control device also sets the rinsing fluid quantity sprayed by the spraying device and possibly the angular velocity of the spraying device which is changed by the recoil.
  • the angle-dependent rotational speed of the spray can also be adjusted by the fact that the spray device is braked by a friction and / or potential barrier.
  • a potential barrier the direction of spray is e.g. raised in the desired slow-pass through one or more guide cam over one or more predetermined angular ranges, so that the spray and the amount of flushing liquid therein must be raised.
  • By lifting the rotational energy is converted into potential energy, so that the spray is slowed down. Thereafter, it recovers its rotational energy as the spray falls back to its normal level.
  • Fig. 1 shows the bottom view of an upper spray arm of a dishwasher.
  • the spray nozzles 2 oriented downwards in different directions are distributed.
  • the spray arm 1 combined spray and drive nozzles 3 are arranged, which spray the rinsing liquid partially horizontal and perpendicular to the spray arm 1, so that the spray arm is rotated by the recoil of the sprayed rinsing liquid in rotary motion.
  • the direction of rotation is in Fig. 1 indicated by the arrow.
  • the spray surface is indicated, which is applied during the rotation of the spray arm 1 in normal operation evenly with Speller thoroughlykeitsmenge when the spray arm 1 rotates at a uniform angular velocity and the rinsing liquid is supplied with a constant amount of time.
  • a position sensor 4 is arranged, which the spray arm in the in Fig. 1 detected position detected.
  • Fig. 2 is shown schematically a block diagram of Spül folkkeitsmengenregultechnik the dishwasher.
  • the position sensor 4 detects the position of the spray arm 1 and is at each revolution of the spray arm 1 a signal to a program sequence control 5.
  • the program control 5 in turn outputs control signals to a circulation pump 6, with which the speed of the circulation pump 6 is set.
  • the circulation pump 6 then leads the spray arm 1 to the rinsing liquid with controllable amount.
  • the detergent must be rinsed out of the dosing compartment in the front door of the dishwasher.
  • the dosing is located from the spray arm 1 in the radial direction between the in Fig. 1 shown quadrants B and C.
  • this boundary region is passed through by the spray arm 1 relatively slowly. Only after the boundary between the quadrants B and C is exceeded, the angular velocity of the spray arm 1 reaches its maximum. At the same time, after exceeding the limit range, the rotational speed of the circulation pump 6 is lowered again by a time delay in the program sequence control 5, so that the rinsing liquid quantity supplied to the spray arm 1 is again reduced.
  • the adjacent to the border area quadrants are thus supplied with less Spülillonkeitsmenge, since both the speed of the spray arm 1 is higher and the Spülillonkeitsmenge is reduced.
  • the supply of rinsing liquid into the corners of the dishwasher is increased.
  • the corners are each approximately in the middle of the Quadrants A to D in radial. Direction.
  • the speed of the circulation pump 6'hightens so that in the middle An increased amount of flushing liquid is supplied to the area of the quadrants, while the acceleration of the spraying arm 1 essentially only has an effect after passing through the central area.
  • the spray arm 1 was again braked by friction, so that the next central area of a quadrant is run through again at a slow speed.
  • an increased amount of flushing liquid is introduced into the corners of the dishwasher, while in the intermediate areas a reduced amount of flushing liquid is provided, so that the cleaning effect of the flushing liquid also in the corners of the dishwasher corresponds to the cleaning effect, the in Fig. 1 is achieved in the uniform spray circuit.
  • Fig. 3 shows a throttle device 7, which is installed in the cross section of a Spülmatikeitszulauf effet for a spray arm.
  • the throttle device 7 is composed of two parallel, directly adjacent perforated disks 8, 9.
  • the perforated disc 8 is in Fig. 3 shown with a solid circle and has an oval opening 10.
  • the perforated disc 8 is arranged stationarily in the inlet in front of the spray arm.
  • the perforated disc 9 is in Fig. 3 shown in dashed lines and has a round opening 11th on.
  • the perforated disc 9 is firmly connected to the spray arm and rotates with this.
  • the free cross section for the rinsing fluid changes during the rotation of the spray arm.
  • the free opening cross section is the sectional area between the oval opening 10 and the round opening 11, which in Fig. 3 hatched. If the circular opening 11 is offset in the direction of the short axes of the oval opening 10, a reduced amount of rinsing liquid enters the spray arm, which then applies reduced rinsing liquid quantity to the dishes. If the circular opening 11 lies in the direction of the long axes of the oval opening 10, then the maximum amount of flushing liquid enters the spray arm. As a result, the amount of rinsing liquid is varied during the circulation of the spray arm and an angle-dependent supply of the rinsing liquid quantity into the spray arm is achieved by the throttle device 7.
