Claims (2)
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'un contrôleur de pièces de monnaie, comportant un canal de pièces de monnaie par lequel circulent les pièces de monnaie, un mécanisme de renvoi des pièces de monnaie ouvrant le canal de pièces de monnaie, et une sonde inductive de mesure avec bobine primaire et bobine secondaire, un signal d'émission de la bobine primaire étant, dans des intervalles se reproduisant périodiquement, divisé en un nombre de pas de programme, et, à partir des pas de programme des valeurs associées en temps du signal de réception de la bobine secondaire, des courbes d'amortissement (1 à 9) sont formées, lesquelles courbes d'amortissement (1 à 9) correspondent à un amortissement du signal d'émetteur par une pièce de monnaie traversant la sonde inductive de mesure, pour des fréquences différentes, et, pour reconnaître la pièce de monnaie à partir d'au moins deux des courbes d'amortissement, un critère donnant l'information sur l'admission ou le rejet d'une pièce de monnaie est obtenu,
caractérisé en ce qu'on détermine d'abord si on dispose d'au moins d'une courbe d'amortissement, et en ce qu'un signal de renvoi attestant de l'actionnement du mécanisme de retour des pièces de monnaie est produit à partir d'au moins deux courbes d'amortissement de la même sonde de mesure, si la différence des maxima des courbes d'amortissement est plus petite qu'une valeur prédéfinie. - Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on établit d'abord si au moins une courbe d'amortissement atteint une valeur de palier prédéfinie.
