Claims (7)
- Wagenkasten eines großräumigen Fahrzeuges, insbesondere eines Schienenfahrzeuges, mit einem aus Metallprofilen (1) gebildeten Kastengerippe, einer Außenverkleidung (2) und einer Innenverkleidung (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Elemente der Außenverkleidung (2) und Elemente der Innenverkleidung (3) über formschlüssige und/oder kraftschlüssige Befestigungsmittel zu einer Baugruppe vereinigt sind, wobei zwischen dieser Baugruppe und den Metallprofilen (1) des Kastengerippes ein maßliche Toleranzen des Kastengerippes ausgleichendes Spiel besteht.
- Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente der Außenverkleidung (2) und/oder die Elemente der Innenverkleidung (3) aus pultrudierten Halbzeugen erstellt sind.
- Wagenkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente der Außenverkleidung (2) und die Elemente der Innenverkleidung (3) durch Steck-, Schraub-, Klebe- oder Klettverbindungen vereinigt sind.
- Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus Elementen der Außenverkleidung (2) und aus Elementen der Innenverkleidung (3) gebildete Baugruppe an den Metallprofilen (1) des Kastengerippes in vertikaler Richtung abgestützt ist.
- Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur die Elemente der Außenverkleidung (2) oder nur die Elemente der Innenverkleidung (3) durch Steck-, Schraub-, Klebe- oder Klettverbindungen an den Metallprofilen (1) des Kastengerippes befestigt sind.
- Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente der Außenverkleidung (2) Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für äußere Anbauteile aufweisen, beispielsweise für Schürzen, Wasserrinnen oder Zierleisten.
- Wagenkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente der Innenverkleidung (3) Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für innere Anbauteile aufweisen, beispielsweise für Kabelkanäle, Leuchten oder Lautsprecher.
