Claims (5)

  1. Dalle d'impact pour la coulée continue, qui est destinée à être placée dans l'intérieur d'un panier de coulée qui reçoit le métal fondu provenant d'une poche de coulée, et à partir du panier de coulée, ledit métal fondu est dirigé vers un moule de formage, la dalle d'impact étant constituée d'un corps creux (1) en forme de boite d'une configuration géométrique sélective, un plancher ondulé ou rainuré (5) et des parois latérales (3) avec des extrémités étagées (4) qui définissent une embouchure (2) couvrant moins que le fond rainuré formé par le plancher (5).
  2. Dalle d'impact pour la coulée continue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps en forme de boíte (1) avec son plancher ondulé ou rainuré (5) peut avoir un contour qui peut être rectangulaire, trapézoïdale, triangulaire et même circulaire.
  3. Dalle d'impact pour la coulée continue selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la longueur des ondes du plancher (5) est égale ou différente de l'amplitude de chaque onde.
  4. Dalle d'impact pour la coulée continue selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les ondes ou ondulations du plancher (5) du corps en forme de boíte (1) sont concentriques les unes aux autres.
  5. Dalle d'impact pour la coulée continue selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le plancher (5) du corps en forme de boite (1) présente des rainures d'un profil ondulé ménagées dans celui-ci.
