Claims (8)
- Steckverbinder aus Kunststoff zur Verbindung von hohlen Abstandsprofilen (A,B) kleineren Querschnitts für Mehrscheibenisoliergläser mit ausgestanzten Perforationslöchern in dem dem Scheibenzwischenraum zugewandten Quersteg der Abstandsprofile, mit einem flachen, länglichen Körper, von dem das eine Ende in das eine Abstandsprofil (A) und das andere Ende in das andere Abstandsprofil (B) einsteckbar sind und dessen Oberfläche mit wenigstens einem in etwa in der Mitte des Steckverbinders angeordneten Anschlagelement versehen ist, welches beim Einschieben des Steckverbinders in die miteinander zu verbindenden Abstandsprofile an den Profilstimseiten anstößt, sowie mit Vorsprüngen zur Vergrößerung der Reibungskraft zwischen der Steckverbinderoberfläche und der Profilinnenwandoberfläche, bestehend aus an den parallelen Längsseiten des Steckverbinders mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten, von der Körperlängsachse wegweisenden und jeweils zur Körperlängsmitte des Steckverbinders gerichteten, federnden Lamellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der längliche Körper (2) einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, dessen Quersteg (3) auf seiner Oberseite (5) mit wenigstens einer schmalen Längsrippe (6, 7) versehen ist, die so angeordnet ist, daß sie im Einbauzustand des Steckverbinders (1) mit den Rändern der Perforationslöcher (8) in Eingriff steht.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei mit Abstand voneinander getrennte, parallele Längsrippen (6, 7) vorhanden sind, an die sich mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete, von der Längsachse D des länglichen Körpers (2) wegweisende, zur Längsrichtung des Steckverbinders geneigte und jeweils zur Körperlängsmitte M gerichtete, federnde Lamellen (11,12) anschließen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die inneren Enden der federnden Lamellen (11, 12) bündig in die Oberfläche (10) der Oberseite (21) des Querstegs (3) übergehen, aus der sich die Längsrippen (6, 7) erheben.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsrippen (6, 7) schmaler sind als der senkrechte Steg (4) des T-förmigen Querschnitts dick ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Längsrippen (6, 7) kleiner ist als die Höhe des senkrechten Stegs (4) des T-förmigen Querschnitts.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Längsrippen (6, 7) abgeschrägt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich beidseitig der Längsseiten (16, 17) in der Mitte M des Steckverbindes (1) je ein Anschlagelement (18, 19) befindet.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in der Mitte M des Steckverbinders (1) eine etwa Z-förmige Querrippe (22) befindet, die die beiden Längsrippen (6, 7) miteinander verbindet und mit ihren seitlichen Enden als Auflage für die Anschlagelemente (18, 19) dient.
