Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Verbesserung der Planheit von in wenigstens einem Walzgerüst (WW) gewalztem Band, insbesondere von Stahlband,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Anschluß an ein in Walzrichtung gesehen letztes Walzgerüst (WW) wenigstens eine Planheitsmeßrolle (PMR) und ein Streckrichter (STR) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Walzgerüst (WW) und dem Streckrichter (STR) eine erste Planheitsmeßrolle (PMR), und nach dem Streckrichter (STR) eine zweite Planheitsmeßrolle (PMR) angeordnet ist, deren Planheits-lst-Signale als Regelgröße zur Sollwert-Korrektur auf den Streckrichter STR, und/oder als Regelgröße zur Korrektur der Stellgrößen des Walzwerks (WW) auf diese zurückgeführt werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Rückführung ein Auswerte-Algorithmus vorgesehen ist, der nach Maßgabe der Signale der Ist-Planheit der ersten und/oder zweiten Planheitsmeßrolle (PMR) eine Entscheidung erstellt, ob eine Beeinflussung der Walzwerks-Stellglieder und/oder des Streckrichters (STR) am effektivsten ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellglieder des Walzwerks (WW) und des Streckrichters (STR) eine Einheit zur Verbesserung der Planlage von Bändern sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streckrichter (STR) ohne Kassettensystem ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Streckrichter (STR) eine S-Rollenführung (SF) für das Walzband vorgeordnet und/oder nachgeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Walzgerüst (WW), die Planheitsmeßrollen (PMR 1 und 2), die S-Rollenführung (SF) sowie der Streckrichter (STR) mittels Meß- und Regeleinheiten regeltechnisch miteinander verknüpft sind.
