Claims (10)
- Bauteil zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts, das eine durchsichtige Kunststofffolie (11) aufweist, die einen Prägelack (3) trägt, der gestanzt ist, um mindestens ein Beugungsgitter aufzuweisen, wobei die gestanzte Oberfläche mindestens teilweise von einer Metallisierungsschicht überzogen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gestanzte Prägelack (3) einen ersten metallisierten Bereich (1, 4, 5, 20, 30), der einen Regenbogeneffekt in einer ersten Ausrichtung des Bauteils zu einer Beleuchtungsrichtung erzeugt, wobei der Regenbogeneffekt verschwindet, wenn das Bauteil rechtwinklig zu der ersten Ausrichtung ausgerichtet ist, und einen zweiten Bereich (2, 6, 20, 30), der entmetallisiert und anschließend mit einem dielektrischen Material beschichtet wird, das einen Farbeffekt in einer ersten Farbe für eine erste Ausrichtung des Bauteils und in einer zweiten anderen Farbe für die zu der ersten Ausrichtung rechtwinkligen Ausrichtung erzeugt, aufweist.
- Bauteil zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Bereich eine Umfangsfläche (1) ist, welche den zweiten Bereich (2) umgibt, wobei jede der beiden Bereiche eine erkennbare Information darstellt.
- Bauteil zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Ausrichtung einer Ausrichtung entspricht, in welcher der Beobachter und die Beleuchtungsquelle sich in einer zu der Oberfläche des Bauteils rechtwinkligen Ebene befinden.
- Bauteil zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts gemäß mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Prägelack (3) gegenüber liegende Oberfläche von einer Klebeschicht überzogen ist.
- Bauteil zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts gemäß mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Prägelack (3) von einer Ablöseschicht (10) und der durchsichtigen Folie (11) überzogen ist.
- Verfahren zur Aufbereitung eines Bauteils zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt zum Prägen eines Lacks (3), der von einer durchsichtigen Folie (11) getragen wird, einen Schritt zum Metallisieren des geprägten Lacks (3), einen Schritt zum Teilentmetallisieren des derart aufbereiteten geprägten Lacks (3) und einen Schritt zum Abscheiden eines dielektrischen Materials umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Aufbereitung eines Bauteils zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dielektrische Material ein durchsichtiges dielektrisches Material mit hohem optischem Koeffizienten ist.
- Verfahren zur Aufbereitung eines Bauteils zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen zusätzlichen Klebstoffbeschichtungsschritt umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Aufbereitung eines Bauteils zur Authentifizierung eines Dokuments oder eines Produkts gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt zum Entmetallisieren durch Maskieren der Teile eines ersten Bereichs (1, 4, 5, 20, 30) durch einen Lack (3), dann durch den Durchgang des derart aufbereiteten Bauteils durch ein chemisches Bad ausgeführt wird.
- Sicherheitsdokument, bestehend aus einem Substrat, das ein optisches Bauteil (11) trägt, das eine durchsichtige Kunststofffolie umfasst, die einen gestanzten Prägelack (3) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gestanzte Prägelack (3) einen ersten metallisierten Bereich (1, 4, 5, 20, 30), der einen Regenbogeneffekt in einer ersten Ausrichtung des Bauteils zu einer Beleuchtungsrichtung erzeugt, wobei der Regenbogeneffekt verschwindet, wenn das Bauteil rechtwinklig zu der ersten Ausrichtung ausgerichtet ist, und einen zweiten Bereich (2, 6, 20, 30), der entmetallisiert und anschließend mit einem dielektrischen Material beschichtet wird, das einen Farbeffekt in einer ersten Farbe für eine erste Ausrichtung des Bauteils und in einer zweiten anderen Farbe für die zu der ersten Ausrichtung rechtwinkligen Ausrichtung erzeugt, aufweist.
