Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines optischen Sicherheitsbauteils, mit einem Prägeschritt einer transparenten Folie, einem Vakuumabscheidungsschritt einer Schicht aus dielektrischem Material mit einer hohen Optikzahl über die gesamte Oberfläche, einem Teilmetallisierungsschritt der so vorbereiteten Folie und einem Beleimungsschritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Prägeschritt mit einer Matrize durchgeführt wird, die einen ersten Typ von Zonen aufweist, deren Oberflächenzustand matt ist, einen zweiten Typ von Zonen, deren Oberflächenzustand Gravuren aufweist, um ein brechendes Netzwerk zu bilden, und dass der Metallisierungsschritt darin besteht, eine Metallschicht (2) auf nur einem Teil der Zonen eines jedes Typs abzuscheiden, wobei der andere Teil transparent (1) bleibt.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Prägen mit einer Matrize durchgeführt wird, die ferner einen dritten Typ von Zonen aufweist, deren Oberflächenzustand glatt ist.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Prägen mit einer Matrize durchgeführt wird, die ferner einen vierten Typ von Zonen aufweist, deren Oberflächenzustand halbmatt ist, mit einer kleineren Korngröße als der matte Oberflächenzustand.
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einige der genannten metallisierten Teile eine kleinere Abmessung als 0,5 mm aufweisen.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einige der genannten transparenten Teile eine kleinere Abmessung als 0,5 mm aufweisen.
  6. Matrize für die Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen ersten Typ von Zonen aufweist, deren Oberflächenzustand matt ist, einen zweiten Typ von Zonen, deren Oberflächenzustand Gravuren aufweist, um ein brechendes Netzwerk zu bilden, und einen dritten Typ von Zonen, deren Oberflächenzustand glatt ist, wobei einige der genannten Zonen eine kleinere Abmessung als 0,5 mm aufweisen.
  7. Matrize gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner einen vierten Typ von Zonen aufweist, deren Oberflächenzustand halbmatt ist, mit einer kleineren Korngröße als der matte Oberflächenzustand.
  8. Sicherheitsbauteil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es farbige Zonen aufweist, die einem Brechungsnetzwerk entsprechen, Zonen mit einem matten Metallaspekt und Zonen mit einem abstrahlenden Spiegelaspekt, wobei einige der genannten Zonen eine kleinere Abmessung als 0,5 mm aufweisen.
