Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device for producing bags from a double-layer plastic sheet, in which the double-layer sheet is intermittently in one Welding station is advanced, at least in the welding station the web two at a distance from each other and arranged synchronously up and down low-moving separating welding elements is divided into individual bags, the The web and the bags on a suction belt conveyor that is also moved forward in cycles lie, then the bags are taken over by an upper suction belt conveyor and then be handed over to a collecting facility.
- bags are made from a double-layer plastic sheet, by separating the two layers of the plastic sheet in a welding station using separating welding elements be divided into bags, one separating the two at the same time Layers connecting weld seam is produced.
- the train is cycled into the Advanced welding station in which the separating welding element arranged transversely to the path, for example a welding bar that creates the side seam and at the same time one Separates the bag.
- the step length of the feed in the welding station corresponds to the Width of the bag produced, one bag is thus produced for each welding cycle.
- the bag should have a bottom seam, i.e. should be closed at the bottom, the Double layer of the web by folding a double wide web lengthways generated.
- the longitudinal fold of the web forms the bottom fold of the after the division in the bag Bag.
- DE 39 22 236-C2 describes a method and a device of the generic type kind known in which the double-layer web by means of two at a distance from each other Separating welding elements arranged diagonally to the track and which can be moved up and down synchronously is divided into individual bags.
- the welding bars as separating welding elements work on counter-rollers next to the suction belt conveyors are arranged.
- This known device is used for the production of lace bags trapezoidal floor plan. It is first used with the first separation welding element Section of film with parallelogram-like plan separated, this is then from the second separating welding element through a diagonal separating cut in two Split lace bags. This process is not for making rectangular bags suitable.
- the device is also structurally complex.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a generic method create with the bag in a rectangular shape at high production speeds can be produced.
- Another object of the invention is to provide a To create a device with which a simplified inventive construction Procedure can be carried out safely.
- the first object is achieved according to the invention in that the web and the bags lie in the welding station on a suction belt that extends in length without interruption that the bag extends at least over the area of all separating welding elements are separated from welding elements that are perpendicular to the web that the web is fed into the welding station in one cycle step Stride length corresponds to the product number of separating welding elements x bag width, and that the subsequent upper suction belt conveyor taking over the bags is synchronous is moved forward at the cycle frequency of the feed into the welding station.
- the number of separating welding elements corresponds to one Number of rectangular pouches, at least two pouches, made in sync by the upper suction belt conveyor.
- the device shown in the drawing is used to manufacture plastic bags with a rectangular cross section, in particular for bags for bread packaging or for the Hygiene sector.
- the plastic sheet is in a known manner from one to one Unwinding device continuously withdrawn from a roll Folding device 1 folded in the longitudinal direction.
- the plastic film web therefore leaves the Folding device 1 double-layer, an additional in the present embodiment Bottom folding is carried out on the long side with the fold. On this long side the web is therefore four layers.
- a folding and intermediate storage device 2 follows the folding device 1 on the one hand continuously withdraws the web from the unwinding device 1, on the other hand Dispenses sections of the track in cycles.
- a so-called intermediate storage device is used Compensation rocker, from which the path running in during a standstill cycle is recorded.
- the preferred and intermediate storage device 2 is followed by one Welding device 3 with two welding elements 3.1, 3.2, which are at a distance of Single or multiple bag widths from each other on the machine side are arranged on which the bottom fold is located.
- the two welding parts 3.1, 3.2 heat the web in the four-layer area of the bottom fold, so that this thickened area securely welded in the subsequent division of the web into bags and is severed.
- the welding device 3 is followed by a feed unit 4, of which the web is cycled is advanced into a subsequent welding station 5.
- the feed unit 4 contains Transport rollers as conveyor elements.
- the web on a by means of a Belt drive 15 cyclically advanced suction belt 6 lying through the welding station 5 funded.
- the welding station 5 contains at least two separating welding elements 7, 8, which are arranged at a distance from each other perpendicular to the web and extend across the entire machine width.
- the welding station preferably contains 5 two separating welding elements 7, 8, as shown in the figures. It is also possible, arrange three or four separation welding elements at a distance from each other, which then the Cut off the corresponding number of bags at the same time. In these embodiments the number of pre-welding elements also becomes the number of separating welding elements customized.
- the distance between the separating welding elements 7, 8 corresponds to that of simple or multiple widths of bags to be made.
- the separation welding elements are synchronous can be moved up and down with the clock frequency of the feed unit to get out of the path separate individual bags that are welded on the sides.
- the distance between the separating welding elements 7, 8 is from one another variably adjustable so that bags of different widths can be produced.
- the Separation welding elements 7, 8 are moved up and down by a lifting drive 16.
- the suction belt 6 running below the separating welding elements 7, 8 extends in its length without interruption at least over the area of the two separating welding elements 7, 8 up to the area of an upper one arranged below Suction belt conveyor 9, from which the bags are taken over.
- the suction belt 6 has its own drive 10 to continue conveying the bags in cycles. Since on the suction belt 6 the separation welding is carried out, it is made of a temperature-resistant material, preferably made of PTFE (Teflon).
- Separation welding elements 7, 8 serve strips that extend across the machine width extending below the conveying strand of the suction belt 6 are arranged and support this against the pressure of the welding bars.
- the strips are made of rubber manufactured and on its top is a layer of a temperature resistant Material, preferably PTFE, glued.
- the design of the suction belt 6 as Machine-wide belt has the advantage that the feed is exact for each bag format with the preselected cycle step length over the entire height of the bag becomes.
- the individual bags carried away by the suction belt 6 are removed from the upper one Suction belt conveyor 9 taken over and hanging on this to a collecting device 11 transported.
- the upper suction belt conveyor 9 has individual, side by side close spaced tapes 22 with a series of suction openings are provided. It contains a drive 17 which has a cyclical forward movement predefined clock frequency and step length enables.
- suction channels 23 connected to a suction fan (FIG. 4). You generate the required vacuum through the suction openings. So that the bags of that Suction belt 6 are passed to the suction belt conveyor 9, the negative pressure of the Suction belt 6 is switched off cyclically in the transfer area.
- the suction belt conveyor 9 has a slide with which the suction openings can be closed intermittently to reduce the negative pressure to interrupt.
- the collecting device 11 is preferably designed as a so-called pin stacking device, which contains a driven, cyclically rotating belt 18 in a known manner, are attached to the plate with two protruding pins 19, on which the Bags are collected into packages.
- Such pen stacking devices are known and described for example in WO 00/12300.
- the tape 18 of the pen stacking device extends into the area below the suction belt conveyor 9.
- the on the Pen stacking device 11 bag packages are arranged in a behind the Suction belt conveyor 9 arranged blocking station 12 on the in WO 00/12300 described manner and then blocked by the gripping hand of a robot 13 removed from the pen stacking device 11 and packed in boxes.
- a tapping device 14 is arranged, from which the bags mechanically downward the pins of the pen stacking device 11 are pressed.
- the tee 14 is in Figures 3 and 4 shown enlarged. It contains pneumatically or through one Servo motor 20 vertically movable runners 21, which between the belts 22 of the Suction belt conveyor 9 are arranged. Each runner 21 is in the end one by means of Servomotors 20 up and down movable connecting rod attached. In addition, it will held by side guide rods 25.
- the runners 21 are guided by exactly an area above the lower runs of the belts 22 of the suction belt conveyor 9 movable down to the pins 19.
- the plastic film web is continuously rolled deducted and fed to the folding device 1, in which a central longitudinal fold and a additional bottom folding is performed.
- the web leaves the folding device 1 in Area of the bottom gusset four-ply, in the remaining area double-ply.
- the preferred and Intermediate storage unit 2 is the web in cycles with a predetermined clock frequency and step length fed into the subsequent processing stations, the Cycle frequencies of the pre-welding device 2, the welding station 3 and the suction belt conveyor 9 are synchronized.
- the pre-welding takes place during a standstill, the separation welding in the welding station 5 and the transfer to the suction belt conveyor 9th
- the cycle step length at which the web is fed into the welding station 5 corresponds to the product of the number of separating welding elements x bag width, in the preferred embodiment with two separation welding elements of double Bag width. Both the distance between the welding elements 3.1 and 3.2 from each other the distance between the separating welding elements 7, 8 from one another is also at one value set, which corresponds to the single or multiple bag width, for large Bag widths preferred the simple one.
- a pre-welding is carried out in the pre-welding device 3, in which the web was preheated in the four-layer area of the bottom fold along the later dividing line becomes.
- the separating welding elements 7, 8 separate web sections separated as a bag and at the same time welded on its sides. Since the train with a step is advanced, the stride length of twice the bag width corresponds to two bags in a rectangular shape with each welding cycle manufactured. If the known welding times are retained, this leads to a doubling production compared to bag machines with only one welding bar.
- the bags are on the suction belt 6 and from this with the predetermined clock frequency transported to the suction belt conveyor 9.
- the cycle step length of the suction belt 6 is slightly larger than twice the bag width. As a result, a small gap is created between two bags during removal becomes. The bags are thus safely separated at the dividing lines. During transportation on the suction belt 6 the web and the bags made from it are Negative pressure kept safe.
- the individual bags are then taken over by the suction belt conveyor 9 and conveyed by this to the collecting device 11, whereby it is transported through Be kept under vacuum.
- the suction belt conveyor 9 taking over the bags becomes moved into the welding station in synchronism with the cycle frequency of the feed.
- the Clock step length of the suction belt conveyor 9 corresponds to the clock step length of the Feeds into the welding station 5 or it is slightly larger to bag on to bring a small distance from each other.
- the takeover of the bags from the suction belt 6 takes place during a standstill phase in which the suction air of the Suction belt 6 is switched off. In the next standstill phase, those in the Area of the collecting device 11 conveyed two bags from the suction belt conveyor 9 handed over to the collecting device 11 and stored there.
- the Bag on the suction belt conveyor 9 holding negative pressure interrupted by the Suction openings of the tapes 22 are closed.
- the skids 21 press the Teeing device 14 down the bag so that it is securely on the pins 19 of the trained as a pin stacking device 11 can be plugged.
- the Bags are mechanically moved from the suction belt conveyor 9 to the collecting device 11 pressed.
- the circulating belt 18 of the pen stacking device 11 stands still until two packets each with the predetermined number of bags are collected.
- the belt 18 of the pen stacking device 11 then moves the pouch packs into the Blocking station 12 where the bags are blocked together. After this The packets of bags are blocked in the handling area of the robot 13 promoted.
- the robot 13 picks up the packages from the pen stacking device 11 and packs them in boxes.
