Claims (20)

  1. Nicht tropfender Ausguss (1) zur Befestigung im Innern eines typischerweise aus einem Schraubring bestehenden Halsteils (6) eines Behälters oder einer Flasche (5), die eine Flüssigkeit enthält, mit einem Mantelteil (2), der ein Innenrohr bildet und auf seiner Außenfläche ein Mittel zur dichten Befestigung (20) am Halsteil aufweist, welches Mittel aus wenigstens einem flexiblen, eine Befestigungs- und Dichtrippe (200) bildenden Umfangsring besteht, und mit am sog. "oberen Ende" (22) des Mantelteils (2) einem erweiterten oberen Teil (21), der ganz oder zum Teil einen auskragenden Abschnitt (210) bildet, derart, dass er nach Befestigung des Ausgusses (1) im Innem des Flaschenhalses (6) um eine Höhe H über den Mündungsrand (60) des Flaschenhalses (6) hinausragt, Ausguss, bei dem:
    a) die Art und/oder die Dicke des Werkstoffs, aus dem zumindest der auskragende Abschnitt (210) besteht, so gewählt sind, dass dieser auskragende Abschnitt (210) flexibel ist, damit er durch eine typischerweise axiale Spannung beim Verschließen der Flaschenöffnung mit einer Verschlusskapsel (3) an den Mündungsrand (60) gepresst werden kann und seine ursprüngliche ausgebreitete Position wieder einnimmt, sobald diese Spannung typischerweise beim Öffnen der Flaschenöffnung (6) nicht mehr aufgebracht wird,
    b) der Übergang zwischen dem oberen Ende (22) des Mantelteils (2) und dem erweiterten Teil (21) einen dünneren Bereich (220) aufweist, um als Gelenk zu fungieren und die mehrfache Biegung des auskragenden Abschnittes (210) zu begünstigen, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    1) das obere Ende (22) des Mantelteils (2) an seiner Außenfläche einen Außenrand (28) aufweist, der ein Arretierungsmittel oder Schulterteil zur axialen Positionierung des Ausgusses im Flaschenhals bildet, wobei der Außenrand am Innenrand der Mündung (60) zum Anliegen kommt, um das Eindrücken des Ausgusses (1) in den Flaschenhals (6) in einer vorbestimmten axialen Höhe zu blockieren und zu ermöglichen, dass der flexible auskragende Abschnitt (210) an den Mündungsrand (60) gedrückt werden kann,
    2) der Ausguss ein einstückiges Gussteil bildet.
  2. Ausguss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkstoff unter den gießbaren thermoplastischen Polymeren oder Copolymeren gewählt wird, typischerweise PE, PP, PET, Polybuten, Metallocen.
  3. Ausguss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, bei dem der Werkstoff ein Elastomer, typischerweise ein Polybutadien aufweist.
  4. Ausguss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem das Mittel zur dichten Befestigung mindestens zwei Umfangsrippen (200) aufweist, die typischerweise parallel zur Horizontalebene liegen.
  5. Ausguss nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die Umfangsrippen (200) einen Außendurchmesser aufweisen, der mit der Höhe der Rippe, je mehr sich die Rippe vom unteren Ende (23) des Mantelteils (2) entfernt, zunimmt.
  6. Ausguss nach Anspruch 5, bei dem das Mittel zur dichten Befestigung (20) eine sog. "untere" Rippe (201) aufweist, die dem unteren Ende (23) des Mantelteils am nahesten ist und weniger als 10 mm von diesem unteren Ende entfernt gelegen ist, so dass das Zurückhalten der Flüssigkeit typischerweise geringer ist als 1 cm3, wenn die Flaschenöffnung bei leerem Behälter nach unten gerichtet ist.
  7. Ausguss nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, bei dem mindestens eine Umfangsrippe (200) umfangsseitig einen Rundbereich geringerer Dicke (202) aufweist.
  8. Ausguss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem der Mantelteil ein Mittel zur Begrenzung der Durchflussmenge aufweist, bestehend aus einem Mittel zum partiellen Verschließen des Innenrohrs, das typischerweise durch eine mit Öffnungen (240) durchsetzte, ebene Wand (24) gebildet ist.
  9. Ausguss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem der Mantelteil (2) ein eventuell mit einer Innenwand (24) versehenes unteres Ende (23) und einen unteren Rand (26) zur Aufnahme einer Kugel (27) aufweist, so dass ein Rückschlagventil gebildet wird, das das unerlaubte Wiederbefüllen der Flasche oder des Behälters nach Verzehr des ursprünglichen Inhaltes verhindert.
  10. Ausguss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei dem das einstückige Gussteil aus einem einzigen oder aus mehreren Kunststoffen besteht.
  11. Ausguss nach Anspruch 10, bestehend aus einem einzigen Kunststoff und bei dem die mittlere Dicke EF des flexiblen, auskragenden Abschnittes (210) kleiner ist als die Dicke ER des Mantelteils (2).
  12. Ausguss nach Anspruch 11, bei dem die mittlere Dicke EF kleiner ist als 0,5.ER.
  13. Ausguss nach Anspruch 12, bei dem das einstückige Gussteil aus dem Mantelteil (2) und dem erweiterten oberen Teil (21) besteht, die aus zwei verschiedenen Kunststoffen gefertigt sind, wobei der starrere Kunststoff den Mantelteil (2) mit seinen Rippen (200) bildet und der flexiblere Kunststoff den erweiterten oberen Teil (21) bildet.
  14. Verschlusskapsel (3), umfassend:
    a) ein Mittel zum Abdichten,
    b) einen Ausguss (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
    c) ein Mittel zur vorübergehenden Verbindung des Ausgusses (1) mit der Kapsel (3), so dass der ursprünglich mit der Kapsel (3) verbundene Ausguss (1) mit dem Halsteil (6) des Behälters (5) verbunden ist, typischerweise irreversibel und beim Verkapseln des Behälters.
  15. Kapsel nach Anspruch 14, bei der das Mittel zum Abdichten unter einer aufgesetzten Dichtung (8) oder einem Einsatz (4) gewählt wird, die im Innern der Kapsel befestigt sind, typischerweise entweder durch eine Haltenut (30) oder durch eine Klebschicht oder durch Einpressen.
  16. Kapsel nach Anspruch 14, bei der das Mittel zum Abdichten ein Kunststoffeinsatz (4) ist, der typischerweise mit einer Rundlippe (40) versehen ist.
  17. Kapsel nach Anspruch 16, bei der die Rundlippe (40) mit dem Ausguss (1) zusammenwirkt, typischerweise mit der Innenseite des Mantelteils (2), um das Mittel zur vorübergehenden Verbindung zu bilden.
  18. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 17, bei der die Rundlippe (40) mit der Außenseite des Mündungsrandes (60) des Flaschenhalses (6) zusammenwirkt, um das Mittel zur vorübergehenden Verbindung zu bilden.
  19. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, bei der das Mittel zur vorübergehenden Verbindung durch Zusammenwirken, typischerweise durch Verklipsen oder Verrasten, der Umfangsränder (25, 41) gebildet wird, die auf der Innenseite des Mantelteils (2) bzw. auf der Außenseite der Rundlippe (40) aufsitzen.
  20. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19 mit Mitteln zur Garantiesicherung und/oder zur leichten Erstöffnung, typischerweise durch mindestens eine Schwächungslinie.
