Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'éléments moulés en forme de plaques à base de fibres naturelles, les fibres naturelles étant mélangées à des liants (3), le mélange étant déversé d'un poste de moulage (4), le cas échéant démoulé et finalement lié, le liant (3) étant ajouté par mélange sous forme de fibres à plusieurs composants d'un matériau de support qui forment un liant au moins partiellement après une activation, les fibres à plusieurs composants étant formées à partir d'un élément de support et d'un gainage d'une matière synthétique réticulée,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'activation se fait au moyen d'air chaud, la masse déversée étant pénétrée de vapeur avant l'activation au moyen d'air chaud.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fibres à plusieurs composants présentent au moins partiellement des liants à plusieurs composants.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un support polymère est utilisé comme élément de support.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'activation se fait au moyen d'air chaud.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément moulé est chargé d'air de refroidissement à la fin de l'activation par l'air chaud.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les fibres naturelles comprennent des fibres de cellulose.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les fibres naturelles comprennent des fibres de bois.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mélange de fibres naturelles et de fibres à plusieurs composants se fait mécaniquement.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le déversement du mélange se fait mécaniquement.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le déversement se fait par épandage.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le démoulage se fait mécaniquement.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le démoulage se fait au moins partiellement par raclage.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le démoulage se fait au moins partiellement par pression.
