Claims (17)

  1. Panneau en matériau à base de bois comprenant au moins trois couches d'un matériau à base de bois, dont au moins une couche intermédiaire (1) constituée d'un mélange de matériau à base de bois et d'un matériau plastique expansé (4) caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (1) présente en outre au moins un matériau naturel expansé (4).
  2. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau naturel est du maïs, du riz, du blé, ou un mélange de cela.
  3. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau à base de bois de la couche intermédiaire (1) présente une densité inférieure à celle du matériau à base de bois des couches externes.
  4. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une densité apparente moyenne de 500 kg/m3.

  8. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (1) présente des composants (5) fibreux ou filamenteux.
  9. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les composants (5) fibreux ou filamenteux sont en matériaux naturels, en particulier en lin.
  10. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les composants fibreux ou filamenteux sont en matériaux plastiques, en particulier carbone, PE, PP, PET ou en fibres de verre.
  11. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les composants (5) fibreux ou filamenteux sont constitués de deux composants.
  12. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la couche intermédiaire (1) présente des charges additionnelles en matériau plastique, de préférence à base de mousse de polyuréthane et/ou de mousse de polystyrène.
  13. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche intermédiaire (1) présente en outre des accumulateurs de chaleur latente pour augmenter la capacité d'accumulation de chaleur.
  14. Panneau en matériau à base de bois selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les accumulateurs de chaleur latente sont micro-encapsulés.
  15. Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau en matériau à base de bois constitué d'au moins trois couches selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on constitue chaque couche individuelle en dispersant des fibres de bois ou des copeaux de bois mouillés avec un adhésif, et on ajoute des produits naturels expansibles, en particulier du maïs, du riz ou du blé dans l'au moins une couche intermédiaire, les couches formées par dispersion étant pressées sous l'action de la pression et la température pour former un panneau d'épaisseur désirée, lesdits produits naturels moussant immédiatement avant ou au cours de la compression.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute dans ladite au moins une couche intermédiaire (1) des charges (3) en matériau plastique, en particulier à base de mousse de polyuréthane et/ou de mousse de polystyrène qui moussent elles aussi au cours de la compression.
  17. Procédé selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que des fibres de renfort (5) et, le cas échéant, des accumulateurs de chaleur latente sont ajoutés dans ladite au moins une couche intermédiaire (1).
