Claims (11)
- Outil de sertissage de palettes (13) de contacts électriques (10) sur des pistes conductrices (41) d'un circuit souple (40) caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un réseau multipoints de matrices de sertissage constitué à partir d'un bloc massif (1) comportant au moins une surface plane (2) sur laquelle un réseau de pavés (3) de section polygonale et à base évasée est usiné, les pavés constituant les matrices.
- Outil selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les pavés (3) ont un profil formant sur chacune de leurs faces latérales une courbe s'évasant de la section terminale du pavé vers la base du pavé.
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le bloc constituant la matrice multipoints comporte un réseau de pavés sur deux surfaces (2, 4) parallèles opposées du bloc.
- Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes adapté à des contacts (10) munis de pointes (11) de sertissage disposées en couronnes (12), caractérisé en ce que la section terminale polygonale des pavés est orientée de telle sorte que les faces latérales des pavés viennent en contact avec les pointes de sertissage lors de l'opération de sertissage de façon à repousser les pointes et de les conformer en pétales.
- Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le bloc constituant la matrice usinée comporte des trous (5, 6) parallèles aux deux surfaces en regard dans un plan médian à ces deux surfaces, ces trous recevant des tiges (7, 8) de maintien et de guidage du bloc ces tiges solidarisant le bloc avec un support lui même solidaire du piston d'une presse de sertissage (9).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le bloc comporte des pions ou rails de maintien dans un support lui même solidaire du piston d'une presse de sertissage (9).
- Dispositif de sertissage de contacts sur circuit souple caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte -une enclume (50) formant une surface d'appui inférieure pour les éléments de contact électrique (10), un dispositif mobile de presse (9) étant disposé en regard de l'enclume et muni d'un bloc massif (1) dont la surface parallèle au plan d'alignement des contacts comporte une pluralité de matrices de sertissage constituées par des pavés (3) à section terminale polygonale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que l'enclume (50) disposée sous les palettes (13) comporte au moins un élément de positionnement (51) disposé en regard d'une couronne (12) de pointes de sertissage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que deux éléments de positionnement disposés en regard de couronnes de deux contacts disposés à chaque extrémité du circuit souple (40), chaque élément de positionnement étant introduit dans un trou circulaire d'une couronne.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que les éléments de positionnement comportent un dispositif piston constitué d'un tube (52) encastré dans l'enclume, ce tube recevant une tige (53) montée dans le tube avec un ressort (54) permettant le coulissement de la tige dans le tube.
- Poste de sertissage de contacts électriques sur circuit souple les contacts et le circuit souple étant reçus dans un module de connecteur électrique caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un dispositif de sertissage selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, et en ce que les modules de connecteurs (20) étant munis d'une fenêtre arrière (22) et d'un volet (28) de maintien du circuit souple constitué d'un cadre, le bloc de sertissage est reçu au travers du cadre (28) et l'enclume au travers de la fenêtre (22).
