Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Bilden eines Tabakstranges (110) für die Herstellung von stabförmigen Artikeln dertabakverarbeitenden Industrie aus unterschiedlich langen Tabakfasern,
mit den Schritten:Kurztabak (78) wird von längeren Tabakfasern getrennt,der Kurztabak (78) wird mit den längeren Tabakfasern im Bereich einer Strangbildungszone zu einem Tabakstrang (110) derart vereinigt, dass der Kurztabak (78) in Längsrichtung des Tabakstranges (110) heterogen verteilt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
wobei der Kurztabak (78) vor dem Vereinigen mit den längeren Tabakfasern portioniert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei der Kurztabak (78) in Abschnitten des Tabakstranges (110) eingebracht wird, die nach der Umhüllung des Tabakstranges (110) zwischen zwei Schnitten zur Vereinzelung des Tabakstranges (110) in die Artikel liegen. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei der Kurztabak (78) derart in den Tabakstrang (110) eingelagert wird, dass er in der Mitte des Tabakstranges (110) zu liegen kommt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei der Kurztabak (78) durch Sieben unter Verwendung von Vibration von den längeren Tabakfasern getrennt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei der Kurztabak (78) vor dem Portionieren angesammelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
wobei der Kurztabak (78) dem Portionieren dosiert in Abhängigkeit von der Menge des angesammelten Kurztabaks (78) zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 und nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei ein eine vorbestimmte Menge an Kurztabak (78) in den Portionen übersteigender Überschuß vor dem Vereinigen mit den längeren Tabakfasern von den Portionen abgetragen wird. - Vorrichtung zum Bilden eines Tabakstranges (110) für die Herstellung von stabförmigen Artikeln dertabakverarbeitenden Industrie aus unterschiedlich langen Tabakfasern,
mit einer Trenneinrichtung (27) zum Trennen von Kurztabak (78) und längeren Tabakfasern,
mit einem ersten Zuförderer (27, 32, 34, 40, 46, 48, 58, 62, 54) zum Fördern der längeren Tabakfasern zu einem Strangförderer (4),
mit einem zweiten Zuförderer (70, 76, 82) zum Fördern des Kurztabaks (82) zu dem Strangförderer (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Zuförderer (70, 76, 82) eine Vereinigungseinrichtung (82) aufweist, die den Kurztabak (78) mit den längeren Tabakfasern im Bereich einer Strangbildungszone des Strangförderers (4) derart vereinigt, dass der Kurztabak (78) in Längsrichtung des so gebildeten Tabakstranges (110) heterogen verteilt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
wobei die Vereinigungseinrichtung (82) eine Saugmulden (80) tragende Trommel (82) zum Portionieren des Kurztabaks (78) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
wobei die Saugmulden (80) kürzer als die herzustellenden Artikel und mit Abstand zueinander auf dem Umfang der Trommel (82) angeordnet sind, und wobei die Trommel (82) synchron zu einer Schneideinrichtung zur Vereinzelung des umhüllten Tabakstranges (110) in die Artikel antreibbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11,
wobei die Trommel (82) derart dem Strangförderer (4) zugeordnet ist, dass die Portionen des Kurztabaks (78) in der Mitte des fertigen Tabakstanges (110) zu liegen kommt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
wobei die Trenneinrichtung ein Schwingsieb (76) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
wobei ein Vorratsbehälter (29) zum Ansammeln des von der Trenneinrichtung (27) abgetrennten Kurztabaks (78) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
wobei der Vorratsbehälter (29) eine Füllstandsüberwachung (31) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15,
wobei der zweite Zuförderer (70, 76, 82) einen Schwingförderer (76) aufweist, der den Kurztabak (78) von der Trenneinrichtung (27) erhält, und der der Vereinigungseinrichtung (82) derart zugeordnet ist, dass diese den Kurztabak (78) von dem Schwingförderer (76) absaugen kann. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16,
wobei der zweite Zuförderer (70, 76, 82) eine Dosiereinrichtung (70) aufweist, mit deren Hilfe der Kurztabak (78) dem Vorratsbehälter (29) entnehmbar und dosiert an die Vereinigungseinrichtung (82) abgebbar ist.
