Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un appareil permettant de recevoir une demande et un signal associé à ladite demande et pour enregistrer le signal vocal sur une carte vocale. Ledit procédé consiste à mettre en oeuvre un terminal et un téléphone au niveau d'un utilisateur, un premier appareil d'enregistrement connecté audit terminal et audit téléphone, un second appareil d'enregistrement connecté audit premier appareil d'enregistrement, et une carte vocale connectée au premier et au second appareil d'enregistrement. Ce procédé consiste notamment à recevoir une demande contenant une adresse de destination en provenance de l'utilisateur, par l'intermédiaire du réseau de communication, et à enregistrer les informations de la demande dans une base de données, à recevoir le signal vocal en provenance de l'utilisateur sur la ligne téléphonique, et à enregistrer le signal vocal sur une carte vocale, puis à extraire l'adresse de destination et à transmettre les informations de la demande et le signal vocal à l'un des deux appareils d'enregistrement en un emplacement où la carte vocale est disponible.
