Description

The invention relates to a combination packaging according to the Genus of the preamble of claim 1.

Such a combination packaging is from DE 198 12 153 A1 known to the applicant. It has been shown that the Plug 12 according to FIG. 1 is not without problems in its Lock position can be brought, since this only in a non-positive locking position is what one requires precise assembly process. Nevertheless can cause unwanted leakage in mass production occur due to an imprecise seat in the rest position.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a generic one To create combination packaging in which the stopper a mass production simply in its closed position can be brought and certainly undesirable Leaks must be excluded. In addition, the manual Mixing process with a relatively light effort to be possible.

This task is solved by the characteristic Features of claim 1. Further advantageous training the invention emerge from the subclaims.

Der Stopfen 13 mit der Sollbruchzone 18 ist ein werkzeuggebundenes Teil sowie ein definierter Einsatz im Flaschenhals, welcher leicht zu montieren ist und geringste Toleranzabhängigkeiten aufweist.1 shows a combination packaging 1 for packaging a first and a second, flowable material 2, 3, which were kept separate until used and for Use to be mixed together, taking the mixture 4 removed from a closable removal opening 5 becomes. The first material 2 is of a first, separate one Packing part 6 and the second material 3 from one second separate packaging part 7 added. The first Packaging part 6 is with the second packaging part 7 screwable, the first packaging part 6 as an essentially rotationally symmetrical Screw cap 8 is formed and on an upper Outside 9 has the removal opening 5 and inside a cup-like container open at the bottom 10, which contains the first material 2 and by means of a release film 11 on the container edge 12 liquid-tight is closed. The second packaging part 7 is from a stopper 13 closed liquid-tight, with a device 15 arranged on the plug base 14 for Opening the release film 11 is provided. The plug 13 is so formed with a sealing collar 32 that he second packaging part 7 closes axially fixed. The stopper base 14 is recessed and has an inclined base surface 16, which in the edge region 17 a predetermined breaking zone 18 is provided when screwing (Internal thread 27 / external thread 29) of the two Packaging parts 6, 7 torn from the container rim 12 is, between an outer side wall 19 of the cup-like container 10 and an inner side wall 20th the plug 13 has a liquid-tight connection 21 exists (Fig. 4 and 5). The inclined base 16 has has an inclination angle of approximately 8 degrees a relatively short way to separate the plug bottom 14 results. Because the piercing mandrel 22 is not higher as an upper edge height 28 of the plug 13 ensures that the piercing mandrel 22 only after one Establishment of the liquid-tight connection 21 with the release film 11 comes into contact. Until the removal of the Mixture 4, the opening 5 remains through a cap 30 closed. The first and the second packaging part 6, 7 are separated until use, for example next to each other in a folding box (not shown) arranged. Both packaging parts 6, 7 exist inexpensive plastic. The first material 2 is a powdery product 25 and 3 as a second material liquid product 26 is provided, with a mixture of 4 cosmetic product, in particular a hair cosmetic Product like a two-component permanent waving agent is provided. The screw cap 8 is with a Provided internal thread 27 larger diameter than that Diameter of the container rim 12 of the cup-like Container 10, the release film 11 such Has diameter that it can be closed (Welding) when placing on the cup-like Container 10 is guided centrally by the internal thread 27. The Removal opening 5 is until the mixed is removed Materials 2, 3 by means of a cap 30 locked. As a release film 11 is weldable Composite material made of plastic and metal (e.g. aluminum) provided, the metal side toward piercing mandrel 22 is arranged and by a conventional welding process (e.g. ultrasonic welding) with the container rim 12 is welded. This results in a better one Puncturing behavior of the release film 11. When The user merging process is a clear one Opening and activation noise can be heard and thus the activation is understandable. This sound is in its intensity over the toughness or brittleness of the Plastic material adjustable. The making of a The predetermined breaking zone 18 is a tool-specific defined one Situation while a plug 13 in a locked position of diverse tolerances. The plug 13 with its sloping floor 14 with predetermined breaking zone 18 is lighter to position and assemble as one in one Stopper to be inserted. The plug 13 with the predetermined breaking zone 18 is a tool-bound part as well a defined use in the bottle neck, which is easy to assemble and lowest tolerance dependencies having.

The cruciform piercing mandrel 22 is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 out closer. The piercing mandrel is preferably 22 integrally connected to the plug 13 and as a Injection molded plastic part provided.

To bring the two packaging parts 6, 7 together Achieve a mixture 4 of the two materials 2, 3 the first packaging part 6 onto the second packaging part 7 screwed, which in the course of the screwing process first between the outer side wall 19 of the cup-like Container 10 and the inner side wall 20 of the plug 13 a liquid-tight connection 21 is formed. In another The separating film 11 follows from the piercing mandrel 22 pierced what is shown in Fig. 4. After that the container edge 12 of the container 10 reaches the upper one Area 31 of the inclined stopper base 14, whereby initially the annular predetermined breaking zone at this point 18 non-positively from the edge of the container 14 downwards is separated and later on from the edge of the container 14 is completely separated, which is shown in FIG. 5, the Plug bottom 14 falls down and the release film 11 completely is open upwards, so that the material 2 from the container 10 flows on the material 3 and being by manual Shake the combination packaging 1 one ready-to-use mixture 4 is created by losing weight the cap 30 can be removed via the opening 5 can.

A second embodiment of a combination container 1.1 is shown in Figure 6, in which the two Packaging parts 6, 7 also up to use with each other connected as a packaging unit 23, one Known tearable securing device 24 unintentional mixing of the two materials 2, 3 prevented.
