Claims (10)

  1. Mit einem der Aufbauprofile (2) eines Aufnahmerahmens für eine Füllung (3) zusammenwirkende und an die Dicke der Füllung (3) anpassbare Glashalteleiste (1), welche ein Mittel zum Einhängen und Befestigen (7) auf dem Rahmenprofil (2) aufweist, wobei dieses Mittel (7) mit einem Mittel (9) zum Blockieren der Füllung (3) in der Klemmstellung im aus den Aufbauprofilen (2) gebildeten Rahmen zusammenwirkt, wobei das Einhäng- und Befestigungsmittel (7) in der Form einerseits einer Schwenkkante (7') in einem entsprechenden Sitz (11) des besagten Rahmenprofils (2) und andererseits eines Längselements in Form eines Hakens (7") ausgebildet ist, der auf der zum Innern des Rahmenprofils (2) gerichteten Fläche der Glashalteleiste zum Zusammenwirken mit einer entsprechenden Längswand (12) des besagten Rahmenprofils (2) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese Wand außen tangential zum Schwenksitz (11) der Schwenkkante (7') angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (9) zum Blockieren der Füllung (3) in der Klemmstellung im aus dem Profil (2) gebildeten Rahmen als mechanische Einrichtung zum Zusammenwirken über die Form in der Art eines irreversiblen Einrastens ausgebildet ist, aufgebaut aus einem auf der Innenfläche des Hakens (7'') vorgesehenen Zahnsegment, das mit einem weiteren, auf dem freien Ende der Längswand (12) vorgesehenen Zahnsegment zusammenwirkt, wobei die auf den Zahnsegmenten vorgesehenen Zähne der Innenfläche des Hakens (7'') und des Endes der Wand (12) einen Querschnitt aufweisen, der einen gegenseitigen Eingriff unter der Wirkung eines durch Anlegen der Dichtung (13) unter Kraft gegen die entsprechende Fläche der Füllung (3) bewirkten Gegendrucks begünstigt.
  2. Glashalteleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verrastung zwischen den beiden Zahnsegmenten durch ein Klemmmittel (15) sichergestellt wird.
  3. Glashalteleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Längselement in Form eines Hakens (7") eine Krümmung aufweist, deren Radius dem Abstand zwischen dem Schwenkpunkt der Längskante (7') im Sitz (11) und der Verankerung des Längselements in der Glashalteleiste (1) entspricht, wobei das freie Ende dieses Hakens (7'') umgebogen ist, um in einer Endstellung mit dem Ende der Längswand (12) des Rahmenprofils (2) zusammenzuwirken, wobei diese Wand (12) bezüglich der Senkrechten zum Innern des Sitzes geneigt ist, den sie mit dem Rahmenprofil (2) abgrenzt.
  4. Glashalteleiste nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmmittel (15) aus einem federförmigen Element besteht, das einerseits im Rahmenprofil (2) und andererseits auf der Außenfläche des Hakens (7") anliegt.
  5. Glashalteleiste nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das federförmige, das Klemmmittel (15) bildende Element aus in regelmäßigen Abständen über die gesamte Länge des Rahmenprofils (2) und der Glashalteleiste (1) verteilten Blattfedern mit einem im wesentlichen U- oder V-förmigen Querschnitt oder aus einem einzigen elastischen Längsprofil mit einem im wesentlichen U- oder V-förmigen Querschnitt besteht, wobei ein Flügel dieser Blattfedern oder des elastischen Profil.s mit einem entsprechenden, sich oberhalb des Aufnahmesitzes des Hakens (7'') und oberhalb des Endes der Längswand (12) des besagten Rahmenprofils (2) erstreckenden Aufnahmesitz (16) des Rahmenprofils (2) zusammenwirkt.
  6. Glashalteleiste nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmmittel (15) aus einer in das Rahmenprofil (2) eingespritzten Klebemasse besteht, insbesondere im Bereich des Eingriffs des Hakens (7'') in dem besagten Rahmenprofil (2).
  7. Mit einem der Aufbauprofile (5) eines Aufnahmerahmens für eine Füllung (6) zusammenwirkende und an die Dicke der Füllung (6) anpassbare Glashalteleiste (4), welche ein Mittel zum Einhängen und Befestigen (8) auf dem Rahmenprofil (5) aufweist, wobei dieses Mittel (8) mit einem Mittel (10) zum Blockieren der Füllung (6) in der Klemmstellung im aus den Aufbauprofilen (5) gebildeten Rahmen zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (10) zum Blockieren der Füllung in der Klemmstellung im aus den Profilen (5) gebildeten Rahmen aus einer in den Rahmen (5) zwischen der Füllung (6) und der Innenfläche der Innenseite der Glashalteleiste (4) eingespritzten Klebemasse besteht.
  8. Glashalteleiste nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (8) zum Einhängen und Befestigen auf dem Rahmenprofil (5) der Glashalteleiste (4) aus einem durch einen zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Haken (19) einer Kante des Rahmenprofils (5) vorgesehenen Haken (18) abgegrenzten Sitz (17) besteht, wobei das Ende der Glashalteleiste (4) gegen die mit einer Dichtung (20) versehene Füllung (6) anliegt.
  9. Glashalteleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (19) des Rahmenprofils (5) einen bogenförmigen Querschnitt entsprechend dem Querschnitt des Sitzes (17) der Glashalteleiste (4) aufweist.
  10. Glashalteleiste nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihre zum Innern des Rahmenprofils (5) gerichtete Innenfläche mit Längssitzen mit Ausbuchtungen (21) ausgerüstet ist, welche zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Mittel (10) zum Blockieren der Füllung (6) in der Klemmstellung im aus den Profilen (5) gebildeten Rahmen vorgesehen sind.
