Abstract
- Zuführen von Partikeln eines ersten Materials, von Stärke, von Bindemitteln und von Flüssigkeit in eine Kavität (20, 23), so daß ein Gemisch (21) der zugeführten Materialien in der Kavität (20, 23) vorhanden ist,
- Verdichten und Erwärmen der zugeführten Materialien, und
- Austragen des Materialgemisches aus einer Öffnung (26) der Kavität (20, 23). Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Agglomerat umfassend Bindemittel, Stärke und Tabakpartikel.
Description
- Zuführen von Partikeln eines ersten Materials, von Stärke, von Bindemitteln und von Flüssigkeit in eine Kavität, so daß ein Gemisch der zugeführten Materialien in der Kavität vorhanden ist,
- Verdichten und Erwärmen der zugeführten Materialien, und
- Austragen des Materialgemisches aus wenigstens einer Öffnung der Kavität.
- Zuführen von Partikeln eines ersten Materials, von Stärke, von Bindemitteln und von Flüssigkeit in eine Kavität, so daß ein Gemisch der zugeführten Materialien in der Kavität vorhanden ist,
- Verdichten und Erwärmen der zugeführten Materialien, und
- Austragen des Materialgemisches aus wenigstens einer Öffnung der Kavität, das dadurch weitergebildet ist, daß Agglomerate aus der Öffnung gespritzt werden.

Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Agglomeraten (27), wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfaßt:dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Agglomerate (27) aus der Öffnung (26) gespritzt werden.Zuführen von Partikeln eines ersten Materials, von Stärke, von Bindemitteln und von Flüssigkeit in eine Kavität (20, 23), so daß ein Gemisch (21) der zugeführten Materialien in der Kavität (20, 23) vorhanden ist,Verdichten und Erwärmen der zugeführten Materialien, undAustragen des Materialgemisches aus wenigstens einer Öffnung (26) der Kavität (20, 23),
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Partikel des ersten Materials Tabakpartikel, insbesondere Tabakstaub, sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Agglomerate (27) ein insbesondere rauchbares Extrudat sind und daß ein Extruder (20) die Kavität umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zugeführte Material kurz vor der Öffnung (26) auf eine Temperatur von wenigstens 150° C gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verdichten des Materials kurz vor der Öffnung (26) auf einen Druck zwischen 10 und 30 bar geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus der Öffnung (26) gespritzten Agglomerate (27) auf einen Feuchtegehalt zwischen 10 Gew% und 14 Gew%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse, getrocknet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Feuchtegehalt der aus der Öffnung (26) gespritzten Agglomerate (27) zwischen 5 Gew% und 20 Gew%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse, liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zugeführten Materialien wenigstens teilweise vor dem Zuführen in die Kavität (20, 23) vermischt werden.
- Agglomerat erhalten durch ein Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
- Agglomerat umfassend Bindemittel, Stärke und Tabakpartikel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sinkgeschwindigkeit des Agglomerates kleiner als 3 m/s. ist.
- Agglomerate nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schüttdichte mehrerer der Agglomerate kleiner als 250 kg/m3 ist.
- Agglomerat nach Anspruch 10 und/oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein wesentlicher Teil der Agglomerate eine Fraktion aufweist, die kleiner als 5 mm ist.
- Agglomerat nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Agglomerat (27) eine zufällige Form hat.
- Agglomerate nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füllkraft von mehreren der Agglomerate (27) größer als 2,5 cm3/g ist.
- Agglomerat nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Agglomerat (27) tabakähnliche Abbrandeigenschaften aufweist.
- Agglomerat nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Agglomerat (27) relativ abriebfest ist.
- Agglomerate nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wasseranteil 5 bis 20 Gew%, insbesondere 10 bis 14 Gew%, bezogen auf die Gesamtmasse, ist.
- Stabförmiger Artikel der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie umfassend Agglomerate nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 17.
- Verwendung der Agglomerate nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 17 in rauchbaren Artikeln.
- Verwendung der Agglomerate nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 17 in künstlichen Rauchartikeln.
